The rumors are true - you can find California taqueria style food here! Its worth the price too. I would show you a photo of my gigantic burrito, I (somehow) ate nearly all of it though. Try the aqua fresca, huge and made from real fruit.

Beat California burrito in town! Only open on the weekends but well worth the wait. This location is in front of office max, GPs will take you to Barnes and noble.

My husband and I have tried several things here and everything has been incredible. We have never been disappointed. Our food always comes out quickly despite long lines. The food is amazing and the staff is great. This is easily one of my favorite food trucks!

Absolutely delicious, my favorite taco truck in west texas so far. But google is wrong, their location is at the cotton patch restaurant parking lot in north midland by the loop. I also wish they were open on more days!

This is the BEST FOOD TRUCK in Midland! The owners are originally from San Diego and make authentic California burritos, Carne Asada fries and horchata! The whole menu is amazing and you will not be disappointed. They are quick too unlike many other food trucks and very friendly! Give them a try, you won t regret it. This will be your new favorite spot as it is mine!

Great portion sizes and the elote was delicious. Couldve used a little more seasoning on the tacos. They were a little bland but overall very tender meat. Aqua Frescas were huge and so yummy and the salsas topped off the dish.

I was passing by near the place for 3 days and I went to eat there without knowing... the food there is too delicious, I advise you to try the watermelon juice ... the burritos and the meats with French fries, good price, quantity and quality
