Didnt even know this place was there. Was driving by and saw it. You just park they come out. Take your order. Bring your food to you. Bacon double cheeseburger was really good. Excellent fries. We need more places like this. two of us ate for what it would cost for one person at some of the other burger joints

Had the #5 special burger with tots. Fantastic burger, good size, made right, not at all too greasy. Tots were crunchy, good small size so you dont feel gross after: fries were the lightly dusted kind. Clean bathrooms. Eat inside the car or over the hood/trunk. Wish they had some tables seating, but I get, its a bare bones spot with a straightforward menu. No more beer sales because people would use their Pew pews in the back of the lot and cause trouble.

It was pretty cool, I drove in parked in a spot. Waited 3 minutes. Somebody came out. Took my order. Food was out within 5 minutes. They let me eat, I turned on a blinker for them to come out, pay them and left. The waitress/carhop was very friendly.

Ordered a burger and chili fries. Use to come here all the time back in the day. I remember the food being better, to be honest. The burger was ok, nothing wrong with it. Lacked a little seasoning. This classic Dallas burger joint offers quick, friendly service and delicious burgers at a great price. After parking under the canopy, the car hop walks out and takes your order, then returns with drinks and amount owed. If you pay by credit/ debit they do need to know tip percentage, if giving one. It s just an old payment system. Then food arrives shortly thereafter. They easily accommodated a Bun Free Order, where the cook subs the bun for iceburg lettuce, special sauce on the side. #5 is the way! The onion rings and poppy seed buns are customer favorites as well as my husband s. Its a local institution with a history as rich as its burgers. Dietary restrictions: Kitchen had no problem preparing the burger without a bun, having iceburg lettuce on the top and bottom. Special sauce on the side.

Been coming here for years because it always hits the spot, food is always great as well as atmosphere, but today on 6/25/24 was the worst customer experience I ve ever had, I m guessing a new employee took our order and during the process he asked if we would like to tip while looking straight at me as if he was expecting me too. I did not tipped due to the feeling of being pressured, but I was thinking of leaving a cash tip after our food came. However when the server gave us the food we said thank you and he completely ignored us and walked away, our drinks had more ice than lemonade and we ve never had an issue with the drinks before. Overall the food was as expected delicious as always, but I would also liked a better customer experience in the future than today.

Kellers was brought to my attention by a review on a local newspaper. We got #5 and it was good. The price was above what was described on the review. Great prices for tasty food. Servers were happy, friendly, and helpful with questions. Food orders came out very quick considering they are not previously prepared. Easy access from northwest hwy. We ordered hamburgers that were modified without errors. I got mine with the grilled onions, which were fantastic. My friend got her s without onions and tater tots. The dive spot comes from the dated decor & grounds, but food is still spot on drive in eats! Parking: Carport covering expected of any drive in restaurant. There were extra uncovered spots as well.

First time at this Kellers location, we were visiting my Moms grave nearby. She loved her #5 special and rings! So fitting she was laid to rest so close. Our only disappointment here is that they didnt have shakes, but the onion rings made up for that. Pleasant service, and you cant go wrong with that #5. I honestly think the burger I got here was the best Ive had considering the ingredients were super simple. The fries and onion rings are good, but the burgers are definitely the stars of the show. I probably wouldnt go for a long walk in that neighborhood to burn off the calories after dark though, just in case youre considering it.

My son wanted to try this place out because he likes to look for new restaurants to try. He didnt tell me anything at all about this place. First thing that through me off was I was confused about if it was a thrift store parking lot or a place to eat. I also didnt park properly and didnt know that they came out to your car and took your order. I had to park under their awnings and then they came out to take my order. The most positive thing about my experience was my waitress/server. A very kind older lady (I didnt remember her name) told me where to Park. She then came and took our order. She was so Sweet! My son is autistic and was very patient with him when she took his order. She even explained the difference in the types of buns they have for the burgers, to make sure he was okay with that. She went the extra mile with her genuine kindness. The food was good. Our cheese fries were not like the picture online as my son said. The only reason I would make the trip out to this burger place again is to see and be served by the sweet lady again.

When I started working nearby, had coworkers rave about it so I gave it a try. Admittedly, the first experience was good. Server was an attractive girl and very attentive, got our orders, and had them out quickly, and checked in on us often to get any trash and get us more drinks. Fast forward for the next years worth of trying that place, and almost every time we went, we ended up leaving with no food as we waited so long that our entire lunch hour was gone, and no food was delivered. Funny thing was, cars coming in after us, orered, got their food, ate, and had left while we got nothing. Finally we tossed our tray out and left, stopping by the gas station to get some snacks and get back to work having wasted the entire lunch hour. Honestly, the place is a dump, seen multipl people run into the parking lot covered parking roofs, which had tin hanging off ready to blow free and destroy our car. And the wait staff, all looked like their two jobs in life is to deliver 10 percent of their customers order, then go home and get methd up. Most of them had summer teeth, summer there, smmer missing. This place always gave the feeling of Hep C and scabies, Realized it was not gonna get better, so just quit using them all together.

Great old school drive in. You can park in the shade, the folks are super nice, and the burger is fresh made and not from a chain restaurant. It may be a little rough around the edges, but just roll up and get the No. 5.

Do not come here at night time!! Came at 9:22pm on Saturday. It says open online and on the door. Parking lot was not lit, no employees are here, place is closed. Not a good area. What a waste of a drive from Fort Worth.

Never waste your time here. I should have known better, when I drove up and the location looked closed. The food I ordered was made wrong and was disappointed with the size of my order of fries. For the price they are charging I would have expected more. I learned my lesson. Please dont waste your money and time.

Food was great! Hot and fresh! Prices were very reasonable! Fast food prices have been outrageous as of late, we actually got 2 burger combos with drinks for under $20!! They come out to your vehicle and take your order. You decide if you want to stay and eat or take it to go. Definitely returning here!

Gotta tell you guys this is a Dallas landmark grew up around Kelley s Great Burgers, back in the day coldest bucket of beer in town, set in ice water so long labels fell right off, used to hang out after work, eat tons of burgers and fries, drink beer, flirt with the carhops. Awesome time. Burgers still look just as good, Lots of happy memories at this spot.
