Wow. These ladies did such an amazing job. My boyfriends daughter came and stayed and has a dog that had shed all over and I am allergic to the hair and told them I needed the hair cleaned and I came home and could not find one piece of dog hair in my house. We hired molly maids to come in and clean our home before moving in. They came within the proper arrival time and seemed like nice folks. After the cleaning was completed my wife and I came in to start moving in only to find that Molly Maids missed a lot of things. The windows was still dirty on the inside so not hard water spots, the ceiling fans had not been cleaned and still had visible dust hanging from them, the range still have grease all over it, the microwave still had crumbs in it, one of the closets still had painters tape laying on the floor and grass so it had not been vacuumed, the laundry room countertops had residue still on them, the drawer fronts in the kitchen wasn t cleaned, the light fixtures in the kitchen and dining room wasn t dusted, and the baseboards wasn t dusted. Not trying to be picky but for $414.96 I feel like a proper cleaning job should have been performed.

This month Zulema and Brenda did a great job on our house, hope to get them back again. Money well spent every month Very impressed with our initial deep clean by Molly Maids! Adilene and Jolynn did a great job tackling our big and extremely dusty house. They did everything they said they would do, from the ceiling fans to the baseboards including dusting our 28 total wooden plantation shutters! There s no way I would have ever been able to do that myself, much less in the 5.5 hours they completed it in. Will definitely request them on our next monthly cleaning so it doesn t get as bad as it was.

At the end of the day, the cleaning was ok and inconsistent after the first time. But ultimately, just didn t appreciate the way they handled my account. I believe you should tell people about fees at the time they might be assessed. They thought otherwise and thought the fine print in an agreement signed a while ago was sufficient. We will agree to disagree on this practice and as such, I will no longer recommend them or give them my business.

I have been a Molly maid customer in Tulsa ok for over 10 years so I was excited to find them in midland. My enthusiasm soon died. The initial clean was good but the team they sent next left several major things not done for example they only cleaned half of the kitchen sink and left mirrors not clean etc. I called and they sent them out again and they did better. I requested a quality control person for the end of the cleaning to walk through with me. No go. The second clean was worse. I had to let them go

These are the worst companies for people to work for, since they treat their cleaning employees as if they were undocumented immigrants, they withhold their salaries as they see fit. On the website they say one thing but when they start working they tell them what they think is best, the people in charge of driving pay 18 percentages of the work done, they do not pay for driving hours and when they have to clean the car they have to pay for it themselves. his pocket, if they are late for five minutes he deducts 16 percent of their salary from their salary. and if the person wants to quit, they are not paid for the work week. When the person wants to leave the company, due to the poor payment they make and they have a week of work, they deduct 60% of their money from their work,

I have a smart home, and the temperature was set at 73°. They changed it to 70° because I have a lock on it, but it shows me every time someone pushes the button. And they tried several times to get it lower. . Like the bill isnt already high enough. Then, on top of that, the job was mediocre at best . Missed a bunch of stuff . The house is empty you spent 3 hours... hmm, well, I did hear some load music from the outdoor cameras. Maybe the time was spent dancing in the open spaces.. lol.

on their first visit to my office building: Staff were professional both on the phone (I spoke with B) and in person (Glenda & Jocelyn), even showed up a little early (which was better for me, and I expressed this to the woman when I scheduled the appointment). The young ladies did a very thorough job, did not waste any time getting to the job after looking over the location. Took them a little under an hour and a half, when I was expecting a 3 hour job. There was no extreme smell of chemicals, and they left nothing behind. Youd think I had my very own little cleaning fairies. The two that showed up, called just ahead of arriving, and they arrived right on time. They were efficient, and thorough cleaning everything I asked them to clean, and a bit more. I know this is standard practice, but it must be stated that the call is appreciated. They take great pride in their work and leave me with a nice clean home using some cleaning products that I supply due to my preference for them. My supplies are arranged back in the small storage container as completed. I truly appreciate them more than they know. To this end I always make a big beautiful gift snack basket. If it was possible to give zero stars I would have, this is the first and ONLY time I will be using their services. It was as if they hadnt even been there.....dust, cobwebs, cabinets still have drill dust. They redid it and its still the same, what a waste of time and money.

Suppose to show up at 8:30 am, no call, finally show up at 11:30. 2 girls , very nice and friendly. Unfortunately they didn t know how to clean. Everything was dusted around, missed a lot. Same with floors. This was most certainly not a deep cleaning. Very disappointed. Paid for a deep clean . Unfortunately I didn t have time for them to come back and do it over.

The bathroom was spotless and the kitchen too. I believe that almost $130 for an hours work is really expensive side. I guess that Leyda and Jordan could have done more rooms, but maybe they couldnt have done such a great job. Thank you. Can you offer discounts?

I have been using these ladies for about 3 months and they have always done a great job. I mainly have the same team of 2 ladies, but have had others periodically fill in and they are very kind, professional and thorough. I would certainly recommend. The service may be a little higher priced than individuals, but they are bonded and insured and that gives me comfort.
