This place is the worst! They had a black truck parked in the only covered parking spot available. When I asked why, I was told that the truck belonged to the GENERAL MANAGER who wasnt even on site. She has her own car and uses the hotel as her garage! How rude and inconsiderate! You can clearly see that customer service is not her priority. Shes happy to let her customers be cold and wet!

This place has one covered parking that was taken by the GENERAL MANAGER, Hadeel Gaber, who stayed in this spot the entire 4 days we were here during which was cold rain that we had to endure and unpack with no carts available and could not even be dropped off to escape the cold rain. I commend the front office person, Adrianna Coulla, who handled my complaint very professionally. I will be taking this as high as I can to show that there are plenty of good places to stay in midland but this is not one of them.

Buyer beware and confirm all room rate changes because these swindlers WILL NOT advise you of them. Had to move up my reservation one night and was charged $250 extra. The useless attendant I spoke with claimed she d advised me of the ABSURD price increase, but we both know she lied. Don t get scammed like I did!

Do not eat at restaurant.worst service I have ever received Took 1.5 hrs to get a steak salad. Ordered appetizers and never received them, asked waiter and he said they were coming.never got them. Bad part there were only 2 other people in there and they had not gotten their food when we left. I walked in on a Friday and Adriana was at the reception I asked for a adjoining room as I had kids she booked me on a single room with double beds and after I saw it I went back down only for her to tell me they don t have adjoining rooms Exhausted from a long drive I tried to find a bigger room in a different hotel and asked her about their cancellation policy as I new I might not get the full refund and I was okay with having a partial refund Adriana started arguing with me that I will not get a refund since I already used the room After insisting she finally called her supervisor who ended up canceling my reservation I was just pissed of that she chose to argue with me instead of just saying I ll text my boss to see if a refund was an option Ps. I later booked a suite at homewood suites by Hilton and I would totally recommend them instead

I checked in and could not get my tv to work correctly. Had to have maintenance come and repair. The room was nice and clean, as you would expect. I stepped in the shower and slipped and fell. I caution all customers coming here be very careful getting in the shower the base is super slick. I stopped by the front desk the morning I fell and told the front desk person to have the manager give me a call to discuss my fall. That was at 7:00 am the morning I left. I never received a call, I called 4 times leaving my name and number. Finally got to speak to the manager (4:30 pm), she was very rude and blew me off. I was not wanting to file a claim but to give them a suggestion as to how to maybe stop someone from getting hurt badly. Was not interested in me. Won t stay at this Marriott property again.

Came for a softball tournament. Traveled with 3 children. Was a great experience, went to happy hour service was great. Pool was not like in picture but great. Our last night they were having a party downstairs and my whole room vibrated the entire night. My kids didnt sleep and make for a terrible drive home. Was not made aware that there was a party booked so random people in and out of the hotel.

The female front desk clerk is very demeaning and rude. Be aware if your going to book through a 3rd party like Priceline, use a credit card not a bank card. This hotel charges you an extra $100 dollar deposit to stay here that they do not disclose to you. They will not let you use another card for incidentals. When asked why I was not told of this extra charge that can take 8 to 10 days to be removed. The rude clerk stated its not there responsibility to disclose the extra charges.... its the 3rd party you booked through. Been using Priceline for 15 years never ran into something like this. Very disappointed based on the price I paid to stay here.

So, this isnt the best, but its far from the worst. Check in was quick and easy. Service is good. However...we was without hot water for a whole day before being moved to a new room. The restaurant has breakfast but its not worth the price AT ALL! They were out of basically EVERYTHING on the menu, and quite frankly, whoever is cooking just CANT cook! Gym is nice, pool is nice, location is ok. Not far from theater, bowling, and shopping so thats a plus. If you need a place to stay for a few days, this isnt a bad choice. Oh by the way...BRING YOUR OWN PILLOWS! These are basically pillowcases stuffed with sheets! Lol

Clean room but $5 parking fee seems greedy after charging what they do for a night. I understand midland hotels are not cheap but this is the only one off the loop charging parking plus $300/night cheap cable tv - no HBO/Showtime. Elevators smell like somethings burning.

Where do I even start. Understand that I paid extra $ booking for breakfast. Called front desk to verify when they closed she said 11:00am. I arrived there 26 minutes before they closed 10:34am to feed my kids and to my surprise they were CLOSED. Said it was because no one was there and manager allowed them to wrap it up early. The lady could barely speak English which is fine but handed my 3 kids 3 mini frosty flakes boxes 2 milks and 2 juices and tried to charge me $20 for it. Front office lady went back there to grab an additional juice apologized and took my receipt for her manager. So I left went to ihop! The next day before checkout we go down and no one is there again and we ordered food. They served us GREASY SLOPS that even a dog wouldn t eat. We sent it back and tried to order a plain breakfast sandwich. They were out. They were out of juice and waffles and half the menu. I left and went to McDonald s. Called and spoke with manager Gaber she was disinterested in what happened told me she ll talk with her staff and call me back but never did . and then she FLAT OUT LIED and told Expedia I was late to breakfast. Refused to give me my money back. Pathetic little person who shouldn t be in management. Disgraceful. Do not book here. The Tru by Hilton have the best breakfast. They were booked out so is why I didn t stay there but never again and y all please run from this place! Managers are always gone no hot water for tea or coffee just NASTY place!

Not even worth one star they withdrew 112.00 from my American Express and can t provide me with a receipt.Rooms was nasty puke on side of the bed and cabinets falling apart couch had stains all over it . My family reserved a 1 bedroom/2 room suite for Christmas night. When we arrived to check in we were told that the housekeeper didnt come and none of the rooms had been cleaned. All they could offer us is a king room. Then they not only charged us for the 1st reservation but then we had to pay for the new room and was told that the refund would be issued the next day for the 1st reservation. They didnt even try to make it right. They didnt call in a different housekeeper or try to clean the rooms that had already been reserved themselves. Plus they wouldnt give us a discount on the other room. This hotel needs to do better as this is unacceptable.

The walls are so thin you can hear absolutely EVERYTHING from every wall. The outlets are on one side of the bed. The toilets have questionable flushing power. The television s are ANCIENT and the wifi isn t secure. Not great for trying to get a good nights sleep before an early flight.

Conveniently located between Midland and Odessa. Only six miles from airport. Good restaurant with a bar open for breakfast and dinner. Friendly staff ready to greet you. Clean with all the standard amenities. Rooms: Good size. Clean. Food and drinks: Menu has a variety of food and snack options. Multiple tvs to watch sports.

I went to the bar and was waiting for almost 10 minutes before I got any help. The drink I asked for apparently the bartender did not know how to make not to mention it was several of drinks that she told me she couldn t make and was very rude about it. Not sure why y all would hire somebody that has no bartending experience. There was a young lady there that made my drink great the day before this happened, and haven t seen her since. She was great.

Worst hotel to stay at, no hot water at all last week and today when checking in no water at all at the hotel. They didn t even bother calling to cancel my reservation and let know. The lazy front desk employee Mercedes is the worst, when I asked her what she expected me to do, her reply was the same as everyone else check into another hotel. Last week her reply was well you re telling me about the hot water like I care. I can t believe her attire either she looked like she rolled out of bed with slide on sandals and socks. Truly appalling and not to mention the GM never returns a phone call. Rooms: Dirty, sofa has either chocolate stain and shower no hot water or water pressure.

Rooms are extremely small, televisions are from the turn of the century you cannot connect internet to them. Amenities are almost non-existent I attempted to use the clothes dryers the young lady told me it was $2 in in quarters for a dryer and no dont even think of asking them for any change and not one single change in sight. There is a bar restaurant on site but it doubles as a nightclub on Friday and Saturday nights so wo to the parking security situation, just saying... The place looks like if its under construction reminds me of something out of Beirut.. I was truly disappointed. We get to what I was thinking was a nice descent hotel. The girl wasnt bad. She got us our keys and tells us where to go. We get upstairs and open the door only to enter a room that looked as if it wasnt completed. The cabinet was missing the glass on the door, tv was gone, stove top wires were hanging down, counter top was broken, only 2 working lamps, wall paper was peeling off the wall in the bathroom. I will tell you that the bed was a comfortable bed the room smelt nice and clean when we came in but that was about it.

Rooms are good. Location was convenient for where I was going, but not much at a walking distance. They have a small but good gym. Their restaurant is not open at the time they announce, so one may be surprised when looking for food. For example they are closed Sunday morning, even though it was announced they have breakfast on Sundays.

This place has went down hill fast since I last stayed here, they only offer full size beds in a double room, they do have king size beds if it s just you and your spouse, and after further inspection of the room I was assigned I found what you see in the pictures, room service does not clean as good they only empty trash take your towels and didn t leave any clean ones so make sure when you come back you get towels

Management canceled my reservation made over a week in advance. Kept my money. Then rebooked me into a cheaper hotel on the opposite side of town the evening before I flew in. I made the mistake of booking again. Downloaded the app and registered to check in. It didnt matter. The receprionist asked for my ID my credit card and didnt have any knowledge of my previous efforts to book a room. This place is pretty clean and has a bar. Thats about all it has going for it. What is the point of all your app and membership if I get treated like a stranger at your establishment?

Our stay was good, because of the comfort of the bed and the cleanliness of the room. Our check in lady was not very nice , nor did she issue us a card for our breakfast that we had purchased for the 2 days we were there. We werent aware of the card we were supposed to be issued until the following day. The 1st day was a great day and breakfast. The second was not good at all. We ordered an egg white omelet with spinach and cheese. We received a folded egg white with spinach dumped on it and a couple of flakes of cheese on the egg white. It didnt have any fillings inside. After we pointed it out to the man that was in charge of the breakfast area. He proceeded to argue and tell my wife that it was exactly what she ordered. Never realizing what an actual omelet is supposed to look like. We left it there. I couldnt believe that he continued to argue.

Im not the first to leave negative reviews but this was not standard to a normal person, we got the room after finding the room and bathroom really nasty dirty and trash in the hallway them got the room replaced to room 502., wow was the worst mistake load noise all night long from a roof noisy ac unit or something sounded like a cruise ship engine couldnt sleep, only two towels small beds, bad customer service in the morning, Im sorry can not recommend this place at all.

Very disappointed with my stay here. When checking in the girl at the front desk was to say the least very unprofessional, then went on to inform me that they did not have any more king size bedrooms available which is what I had booked for so she offered a double twin size room for a night. No big deal. The next day I was moved to another room: 1) Bathroom tile is loose. 2) The coffee table had stains from previous visit 3) I was supposedly charged a second security deposit. When I went to talk to them the next day, I asked for the manager (Ivanne) to contact me to figure out what was going on with the unauthorized charge. I never received a call from anyone. The next day I asked to see what the charges were and the person at the front desk (Paula or something) had a very unprofessional attitude saying she sees the charge but doesnt know what it was for and that I needed to talk to the manager about it, the same manager Ive been waiting to get a call from. It seems like theres management issues at this location based on other reviews. The staff has a rude attitude towards guests and dont seem to be interested in helping guests but rather feel like theyre doing you a favor by staying here. As an experienced traveler I can say this location is highly disappointing, rude staff and rooms need improvement. Ive been traveling to Midland every week for the past 2 years and have been trying different hotels to help with business but this is absolutely my first and last time I stay in this hotel. I highly encourage management to look for better ways to improve their service.

I had high hopes for this location given that its fairly new. However, I left after 2-days very disappointed. First, the hotel was out of bottled water, orange juice, etc. and the restaurant was out of salad dressing, many beers, etc. Personally, I think the manager should pull some petty cash and do a Costco / Sams run and at least have some bottled water available. I went to the restaurant for dinner and ordered a margarita, neither of the folks working knew how to make one, perhaps the simplest drink to make so I ended up with tequila and lime. Then I ordered salmon which comes with veggies and potatoes. Never in my life have I been served a plate of food as greasy as I was here. It was mostly inedible. Next, the TV remote control for my room was missing. So I call the front desk and ask for another. Shes super nice and really wants to help but shes alone and cant really do much. Hours later she comes to my room with a new remote control but nope, it does not work with the TV. Lastly and perhaps most important, and this is perhaps subjective but its safe to say that a pillow that caves all the way in when you lay your head on it is by definition not really a pillow. Because of this, both nights sleep was awful. The room was clean, and everyone was friendly enough but the overall management of this location seems to have issues. With all thats going on in the world, its hard to complain about this stuff but when you are away from home, there are some basic expectations I think we have when we book a hotel.

I am bummed to write this review because I had high hopes given how new this hotel is. First, the hotel is out of water, juice and other multiple items in the restaurant (Salad dressing, etc.) Next, I ordered a margarita at the bar and both folks working did not know how to make it. Its a simple beverage, I could have made it myself. Also, I ordered the salmon with veggies and potatoes. Ive never in my life been served a dish so greasy, it was largely inedible. Others at the bar seems discouraged at the limited beer in stock. I.e., no IPAs at all. Next, my room has no remote control. Nope, cant work the TV without it and so I ask the front desk for help. Shes nice and really wants to help but she seems to be alone and really cannot do much to help. Eventually she brings up a remote and nope, it of course does not work with the TV in my room. I know this is a preference point, but pillows that smash flat when you lay your head on them are by definition, not a pillow. Definitely a challenge for a good night sleep, I must admit that because of this, after 2 nights of poor sleep I am even more frustrated with this location. The room is clean. New. But that just did not make up for all the rest.

Stayed last night. Girl at reception was very rude at first which turned into extremely agitated as my story progressed. I arrived late 10:00PM. As soon as I gave her my ID she said she didn t think any rooms were available even though I Booked online through the Marriott app and hold Marriott status. She said hold on let me talk to my manager. She got on the elevator and disappears for 15 minutes. Comes back and says, my boss just cleaned a room for you. Great! I m thinking they did me a solid and made sure I got a nice room. I get to the room and turn the light on. I was disgusted with the floors. I ll attach a pic so you can see. I was only going to get 4-5hrs of sleep at this point, so I just strategized how not to step on the floors with my bare feet. Not too mention the counters had coffee stains on them and the bathroom was definitely not up to par. I didn t shower or anything. I will say the bed was comfortable and the sheets were definitely fresh.

I just recently posted a review with 3 stars but Im changing that. We had 1 towl, the sink is plugged up. The napkin dispenser in bathroom is empty and has mold on it. There was hair all over the bathroom. And not head hair! The ac vents were clogged up and the bed had blood on it. This is the first time I have experienced this here. I have stayed here many times...but this is very disappointing

It was a good hotel to stay at for a softball tournament. Room was clean and the beds were OK but what really set this hotel apart was the service. Carmel the front desk clerk was awesome for our whole stay. Whenever we needed anything she was ready to help with a smile on her face. After we checked out and got home 5 hours away, my daughter realized her beloved necklace was left behind. I called and Carmel found it and is holding onto it for me till we can make arrangements to get it.

Ive been staying at Four Points for a long time and they never cease to amaze me. The staff is one of a kind and stand out from a lot of other hotels staff. Special recognition to Brree and Carmel the first faces I see when I arrive. And I cant forget Yvonne in the early morning. I look forward to checking in. So professional and an absolute pleasure to come in contact with when I walk through the doors. They go the extra mile for the guests and know exactly the meaning of customer service. The restraunt and bar never disappoint either. Victor, Kendall and Lupe yall are very much appreciated as well!!! Yall keep doing a great job!

The hotel was taking advantage of the covid situation to not provide services. We had to ask for house keeping by 7:00 am or else they wont provide it and even when we did ask for it on time we still didnt get it. it took us around 3 days to get our rooms cleaned. The coffee/Tea in the room were never replenished and some rooms didnt even have a coffee machine. Many other small issues like hotel/shampoo dispenser, towels etc..but in summary the hotel charged the same amount as other good hotels in Midland but didnt provide any of the services or customer service.

Usually when I stay at a Four Points I dont look at the reviews because the quality of these hotels are outstanding. Not this one! This hotel needs a deep cleaning ASAP! From the moment you walk in the door your greeted with dirty carpet, elevator dirty, hallways dirty, My room OMG, the carpet needed cleaning, the table tops were dirty, the bed sheets had stains I pulled the bed pads off to change the sheets and you can see what I found in the pictures. At this price point and with Covid I would not recommend staying here.

This is going to be a long review, but its meant to be detailed and accurate about my experience this week at this hotel. I want to start but explaining that the lady at the front desk, Deborah (or Debra) was fantastic. She was very accommodating and when things went south, she was absolutely apologetic and willing to help in anyway she could. The issues I had with the hotel were not her fault and I wanted to start with giving her serious kudos for her great customer service. Now, lets get to the truly lackluster issues at this hotel. Let me first start by saying that Marriott claims to be Committed to Clean at their properties during the COVID-19 pandemic, but unfortunately for this property, it could not have been further from the truth. This was my first time back to traveling for work in 2020 and I booked a two-full room and checked in around 3pm on Tuesday, July 29th. Again, I was greeted warmly by Deborah (or Debra), was checked in, and headed to my room. Upon examining my room, I noticed hair in the shower, the floor was not vacuumed with crumbs and stains all over the floor, and the sheets had stains and were not tucked in-between the mattress/box spring. I called down to the front desk and Deborah (or Debra) promptly apologized and told me to come down and she would give me a different room. Unfortunately, the second room was worse. But I have to add that before I was able to get into my second room, I was waiting for the elevator, only to see a staff member (large ring of keys on their belt and walked into an Employee Only room) come off the elevator and speak to me with NO MASK on their face. There were other guests at the hotel that were in the lobby without masks, and there was nothing done by the hotel staff. I get that those conversations can be uncomfortable for staff members, but for someone on the staff to not be wearing a mask is completely unacceptable. Once I entered my second room, it was really, really bad. I have attached pictures to this review for proof of the issues with room cleanliness. First, the floor was not vacuumed (again) and there were stains all over the carpet. The toilet was filthy, as was the bathroom floor. There were TONS of food particles and dirt on the desk chair - my stomach literally turned when I looked at it. There was no way I could sit there. There were gross stains on the inside of the windows. And again, the sheets were absolutely filthy. There were so many stains on the sheets and they had clearly not been washed. Again, they were not tucked into the mattress/box spring, which was a good thing so I could see how dirty they actually were. I attempted to spray down the room to sanitize everything, but after further examination, there was absolutely no way I could stay in this room (or in this hotel.) This was especially true given the current pandemic and I was so shocked (and disgusted) that this was the state of the rooms at this hotel. It was absolutely mind-boggling that my room looked like this with everything going on in the world - I literally couldnt believe a Marriott property would look like this given their promises for clean rooms. As a Platinum Elite member (who always stayed at Hilton properties prior to this year), I am considering switching my allegiance with the brand. Ultimately, I cancelled my reservation at this hotel and moved to the Courtyard down the street, which is was very clean with a friendly staff. Beware of staying at the Four Points property in Midland. I would not risk my health or well-being during the pandemic or anytime after everything (hopefully) settles down.

Watch your account! I was charged 3 times because Chen messed up and gave someone else the room I already paid for! Then I was charged at check in! After already being charged by the 3rd party! Then while attempting to correct it i was charged another 118 again!. This place will never get another penny from me.

I reviewed this hotel 3 years ago. And I am reviewing it again because my experience here came up recently between my sister and I. I re-read my review and even though I gave it five stars, my description doesn t do it justice. I hope the same general manager is still there because he is a gem. He helped my sister and I out when we were in a hard situation, having just had all of our belongings stolen while traveling cross country..we initially booked a hotel (Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham) but they wouldn t let us stay there (even though we already paid for it!!!!!) because we didn t have a credit card to put on file since it was stolen. (Very bitter and hard feelings towards this hotel. They did not take our situation into consideration at all, we had lost everything and just needed a place to sleep, but they would not let us stay! Even though we already paid!)...Luckily we were able to acquire just enough funds to get home..so at this point we had to find another hotel (within eyesight because we didn t have a gps) and I am so glad we stepped into the Four Points. Everyone here was so pleasant and accommodating and demonstrated the true meaning of hospitality. I highly highly recommend.

Decent hotel. Comfortable. Polite staff. I didnt get to check out the bar, but I have heard that its good. I was disappointed in that there are no mini fridges in the rooms, and no microwaves either. I was there for a week, where that became a problem for me. The wifi is reliably weak, but what else do you expect from a hotel?
