That store on FM 306 was soooo busy at 5:00pm when I stopped in to ship my Amazon return but all of the associates were amazing! No panic. No bad attitude. They just calmly gave every person in line the time and attention they needed to help them with their shipping needs. The line went surprisingly quick because they all knew exactly what they were doing.

Refused to ship a broken CARBON FIBER tube because it is part of a shotgun. Funny thing is after contacting UPS they confirmed the exact UPS store should be able to take possession and ship the item as its not restricted in ANYWAY. So just the management and/or employees trying to implement policies based on their own bias

I came in today struggling with figuring out how to ship my glass plates without them breaking but all my worries went away once cheyenne was very generous and kind enough to help talk me through the process and everything I would need. She informed me about their pack and ship guarantee offer which made me feel much better about my plates getting there safely. Overall it was a good experience and I would most definitely recommend shipping from this store location.

I went in today to make an Amazon return. Jomar literally jogged to the register to help me. He printed out my return label and then jogged back to the register. I told him I was in no hurry, but he said he wanted to make sure I didn t get held up and caught in the rain. I taught seniors in high school for 10 years, and he is obviously a young man, so I was extra impressed with his work ethic. The service was top notch!

This is our go-to spot for all of our UPS needs. We especially utilize it for our Amazon returns. They are always super helpful and friendly, even when they are busy (which is not very often). They are fast at getting customers through the line, and have several computers/scales on the counter to deal with multiple people at a time.

I have been using this store for a while now. It s always been 5/5 but we recently have had new ups employees serving us. I was a little hesitant only because the service from the original team I knew was sooooo good. Well I have had a little while to observe and am happy to say that I am IMPRESSED. We all know how important customer service is especially with our younger generation coming into the workforce. I was helped by Cheyenne, I had 15+ boxes that each needed addresses and labels created individually. She was very patient and kind when helping me, 12/10 Because I was there for a good 15 minutes, I noticed that Quinton was very personable with each customer that came in and was genuinely happy to help each one. Caitlin was busy making sure everything was in working order and went above a customers request to help him. It was a VERY pleasant day at our local UPS store. If you re considering stopping by this location, you should!

I was out of town on Friday and searched the nearest location that offered notary and overnight services for some very important documents that were emailed to me at the last minute and this location fit the criteria. It was a little pricey but since I was out of town I didnt have time to shop around. Unfortunately here we are on Monday and my documents still have not been delivered. I was told the address was invalid but I never received a phone call and I was asked for a phone number when I was giving all my shipping information. USPS AND FEDEX have no problems delivering to the same address. Horrible experience.

Go to the other UPS store across town. You are way better off there. This store tried to charge me $3 for a computer fee and then charge me the cost of printing the label. I didn t mind paying the fee to print the label even through it was an Amazon Prime order but why would I pay a computer fee when I didn t need the computer I literally could email it from the Amazon app. I have never had this problem at the other UPS store next to McAlister s. I ve had to email them to print a label before and I paid the printing fee not some dumb computer fee when I wasn t even touching the computer. This place is laughable I ll drive out of the way to stay away from this store.

I gotta say, I had to ship a ping pong table back to Amazon and I was dreading it because i didn t have a box and I knew it was going to be a hassle. A younger kid came out and took measurements of my stuff and packed everything up for just charged me for the box. He had a great attitude, and made my day 10x easier.

worst experience ever. I m new to the area & my experience with my previous ups store was amazing so I was excited to find one close to our new home. My experience both times visiting this location was terrible customer service, rude employees & zero help offered. To be clear I never leave bad reviews unless I m compelled to but I will never visit this location again. I would encourage management to spend a day or two at the front desk to listen to your customers & revaluate your policies to offer more compassion, better service & ways to build raving fans versus frustrated customers. This store doesnt carry legalize envelopes for overnight shippers free of charge. They force u into buying envelopes which is charged ontop of the delivery fee. Her answer was- this is a franchise. That, and the HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE MANAGER will gaurentee one thing- I will never trust my documents here! She insinuated if I didnt by their retail that my package would get lost and refused me a receipt. In addition to that , the manager refused to speak to corporate when they tried to step in to solve what WAS such a simple solution! 2 regular sized envelopes would have been fine but SHE REFUSED TO EVEN DO THAT! The icing on the cake was being thrown out. TERRIBLE STORE!!! STAY AWAY!! IN RESPONSE TO THEIR COMMENT BELOW: Lying about this issue is even worse! Now you are trying to lie to the public! Now I see where the manager gets her ethics. The owner (below) lies about what actually happened to cover their mistakes, making them even more despicable.

This is my favorite UPS Store of the past 4 states Ive lived in. Everyone behind the counter is customer service oriented and very pleasant. Johnny always seems to have the best advice for me about how to mail my weird-shaped items and has a great, wry sense of humor. If the line to be helped seems long, its because the stores square footage makes it look that way. Dont worry, it goes fast. Just dont be one of THOSE people and park in front of the door and block traffic to unload your packages. Unless youre 70 or shipping anvils, you can make a couple of trips from your legally parked car into the store with your boxes. Heck, Ill even help if you ask.
