Highly recommend Mr. Navarette for all legal issues. I was referred to him by another attorney who couldnt complete my case. Rick and his staff kept me up to date at all times. Gets on your case right a way, Knowledgeable, aggressive, knows his stuff. His partner Christine is just as good. He impressed me when he gave me his cell phone number. I dont know of any other attorney who would do that. Bottom line, dont waste your time with anyone else, go with Rick or Christine for all your legal needs.

Don t do it! I recently moved out of town and went to talk to another attorney about reducing child support and modification and this attorney did not help me at all. I got screwed over 100% the attorney that I was talking to asked was this your attorney or your ex-wives attorney because if it was your attorney, she completely screwed you over with child support, modification, and sale of the home. And I agree. The final divorce decree was not explained to me on payments, modification or anything else. I thought the attorneys job was to read through it and explain to me I was just told to sign. It was my fault for not reading, but that s why you pay the attorney to read it and explain it to you before signing If you re a guy fighting for custody go somewhere else I showed proof that my ex was not a good mother and an alcoholic and even with that, it seems like they took my ex s over my side, even though I was their client so if you re a man, please go somewhere else. Trust me on this.

Christine was my attorney for my divorce. Throughout the process, she was always on top of things and able to communicate expectations. The divorce ended up going to a Final Hearing in front of the Judge, and Christine was amazing. As a father looking for nothing but every possible second with my son, I was concerned about Family Court. I had always heard stories that the cards were stacked against me. The result was 100% in our favor, and now my son lives in Midland, I have JMC, and have full visitation rights plus elections. I cant thank her (and her team Terri and Janette) enough, it would not have been possible without her representation.

If I could leave ZERO stars I would! They scheduled my consultation a month out! I patiently await. Upon my arrival at this office I m told that there is a conflict and he cannot represent me. That should ve been determined well before the day I arrive for my appointment a month later.

My husband had a consult with Rick Navarrete and immediately we knew that he didnt care about anything but winning. The price and comparison to other attorneys, he was sure to highlight. There is a right way and a wrong way to talk to people. The level of disrespect was absurd. Instead of giving us the legal advice we needed (and that we paid for), we got negativity, he starting putting us down :/ Cassandra Cheeks on the other hand, was a blessing! She is calm and collective, God sure does flow through her. She won the right way for us in several court days, and I highly recommend Cheeks.

Made an appointment for a consultation with Christine of $150 she was late 20min and unapologetic Mr. Rick was kind enough to take over while she was busy to speed up the appointment just to find her sitting next to me without introducing herself when I turned around didn t even notice she was there until I turned around. She told me she charges over $6000 for a visitation case in midland and in my case that had already started in bell county already half way she would charge way over $10,000. This was the second appointment I had tried to make at this firm first time they couldn t because I didn t reside in midland over 6 months waited till I was over the 6months and they took me in the consultation appointment only to find out I wasted my time and they couldn t take my case unless I paid over 10,000 and she stated they wouldn t even be familiar to that county even if they could I appreciate the honesty but if that was the case why lead me on 6months to finally book an appointment to waste my time and then didn t appreciate the lateness and unapologetic attitude. I m glad I was able to find another attorney who was reassuring and upfront and was able to hear my concerns with my current case and navigate me in the right direction. Can t speak for this firms ability to preform in a case but first impressions are everything and I was not impressed.

Hands down the most respectful, thoughtful, humble, man I ve met. Rick took the time to explain everything to the T. They answered the phone almost every time I called so that was great. There was a signature missed on one of the documents so the attention to detail could be better. They asked me how I wanted the document to be sent to me and I told them either UPS or FedEx overnight. They sent it through USPS so Ive been waiting 3 days so far. Not a bad place but definitely below my expectations.

Kassandra was actually my lawyer and was doing a fantastic job for me until Christine Schwartz hired my ex husband and threw the entire office into conflict resulting in both myself and my ex husband needing to look for new lawyers. They tried to explain it away with the excuse that they misspelled my name when they put my name in their conflict database as if this was 2001 software they are using. It was piss poor professionalism on Christines part and my ex husband knew what he was doing, whether or not she did as well is to be determined. Im absolutely horrified that theyve allowed themselves to be manipulated and then turn around and pretend to fight for actual justice. If I could give less than a star, I would.

This is by far the best attorney in West Texas at a minimum possibly the State Of Texas Mr. Navarrete and Kim went well beyond what I could have asked for in my case they made took the time to explain to me every little detail on the case and advised me the best way to get the case handled and had my case handled from open to finish in about a month and a half which is way faster than I could have imagined this will always be my attorney on all family matters I have used 3 different attorney in midland Odessa area and by far Mr. Navarrete and Kim and their team were hands down 1000 times better than them Thank You guys for the best and most professional experience I could have ever imagined

Consulted with Rick on a complex legal matter. Through that consult it became very clear that he is sharp, driven, and commands extensive knowledge about the law and the minute cumbrances that come with it. A legal mastermind! Add to that, he is definitely a great strategist and even better litigator. After talking with him for 15 minutes I felt like we were longtime friends: a quality that is essential to connect with the audience who might be deciding your future. Ultimately, I did not retain Rick because there were other attorneys who had a better working relationship with opposing counsel and upon Rick s advice I went with the other attorney. Wow! Rick recommended another attorney who engages in the same type of litigation he does, but felt the other attorney would be better fit for the case. Now that s truly the kind of attorney you want; one who would rather lose a client and lose out on the income instead of the client possibly losing his/her case. A true winner is what Rick is. I m sure This lawyer is only for who s have a money. I was asking for help my divorce . She told me that she cost 1hours for 300$ and I need to spend 5000 over for Divorce She said it s take 1 years and over lol I just do myself 2months ago and I just needed to pays 1200$ under .
