Service was less than desirable. Server took one person in our group of 5 order, walked away and began to serve other customers. Returned 15 minutes later to complete remaining orders. I ordered a beef and olive calzone only to get one with no meat at all. When I finally got correct order had to box it for carry out to leave.

Always pleasantly welcomed in. I always get the spaghetti with garlic bread it last me two servings or one but Im useless after. They have several options I just like what I like and its not an option on the review. Parking: Pay attention at the intersection and it may be easier to pull in or out from the tattoo shop for some.

Service was good food was horrible. I got 2 medium pepperoni pizzas and garlic bread. The pizzas hardly had pepperoni on it. The crust was very dry with no flavor. The pizza had very little sauce. Some of the garlic bread was burnt and the parts that wasnt were hard to chew and couldnt taste garlic at all. My 1st and last time going here.

The 1st time I ordered, it was fine. The 2nd time, they put small amounts of veggies on my pizza. I called and told them about it and because I got it delivered, I was not in position to drive up there for them to remake it. They refused to offer a credit. Once I told them I was going to post a bad review. She offered to remake them for free when I came back. I asked her if I sent my delivery driver back up there, will they give to her the same day? After requesting to speak with a manager who didn t want to get on the phone, she told me they would remake for no charge. I asked my driver if she would go back and get it. Once the delivery driver said yes, I called back and told them she was on the way. When my driver got there, they would not remake the pizzas. I called back to see what the issue was and she said they are still talking to the manager and I would have to pay for it. I told her she should have said that from the start. Why were they inconveniencing me and my driver? They had all kinds of excuses that made no sense. I tried my best to work it out with them before I posted this but they refused. Their customer service on fixing issues is the worst, and I m posting the pic of the pizzas, and it will speak for itself. Buyer beware! Vegetarian options: Make sure all your veggies are tbere because they will charge you for each vegetable and leave them off. approximately $20 for a personal size pizza.

I ordered a small sausage pizza which had chopped ham I think and pepperoni on it, not what I ordered and the meat tasted different. We also did a create your own spaghetti, the crab meat didnt look like, or smell like crab meat to me and Im from the coast and I know seafood if I know nothing else. I never tasted it because I was afraid to. Where Im from seafood is a food that if it doesnt smell right thats as far as you go with it. My husband did eat it, hes a tuff Army Ranger so that explains that. He did request that i add more sauce when we got home. That was our first time there, the check out lady was nice but I dont think Id go back.

I called for my order at 9:10 and they said in 15 minutes would be ready I got there at 9:35 and it was still not ready, waited 10 minutes and when I got my food it was a tiny piece of lasagna for $12, I don t know if it was their leftovers or what but I was extremely disappointed with the portion size, a dollar more I could have gotten a XL pizza.

I forgot the lady s name who took our order but she is sooo nice and patient !! My husband and I dined in and they brought us our food, asked if we wanted any seasonings and brought it to us with napkins. The pizza was AMAZING and came right out of the oven ! We found this place from the high reviews on google when looking for a place to eat. We just moved here from Oklahoma and happy to know we found our solid pizza place on day one! It s family owned and they were so sweet and amazing! Highly recommend this place for pizza lovers as you can taste the quality of their hand tossed dough from first bite!! We had the chicken alfredo pizza and our son a small pineapple pizza. Their selection of puerto rican sodas were my husbands favorite!

Kid-friendliness: We ate here on Base. They have a booth Tuesday- Thursday. This place was great my son is a fan. It s good to see a pizza place, but more specifically a pizza place with a Puerto Rican twist. My wife is from Mayagüez and My son and I can t wait to share this place with her. It was not good. They got my toppings wrong even though I was the only one in there and ordered in person. But the worst part is it was completely undercooked. Dough was raw and way thin. Pepperoni was raw, bacon was fat, weird and crumbly. The cheese texture was weird. Barely any sauce. And there shouldn t have been onions and there was a massive amount of raw onion! Wings aren t spicy by any means and 2 of the 6 had a rubber texture. 6 wings n small trash pizza -$30. And I tipped. SMH.

The puerto rican dish carnitas Fritas y tostones was not fresh, the tostones (plantains) were very very hard to bite into as if it had been made days ago. The meat was good but it was very dry as it might have been made probably a day or two ago. The pizza was soggy in the middle but places that were not soggy was actually great ill give it that. If the PR food was fresh and no soggy pizza then I would of gave this a 5 star. Great service right through the door.

Waldy s Pizza World and More is a great place to eat. On my first visit I had a seafood pizza and plantains. After eating that pizza, I could stop thinking about it. That seafood pizza was the best seafood pizza, I ever had. The crust was amazingly crisp, and all of the ingredients was placed just right. The plantains was cooked to perfection. Pizza was mediocre at best. Wings were alright but when I bit in there was puddles of yellow grease from the fryer. Pizza wasn t cooked very well and soggy towards the middle. Came to the table looking pretty underwhelming. And when I asked for water I was brought a cheapy bottle of water which is fine, but my bill comes and I find out that that bottle of water which cost them maybe $0.15 they turned around and charged me $2.50?! Will not go back.

Just moved to Killen from Florida and leaving one of my favorite New York Pizza places in Spring Hill was tough. Reason why I m giving this place a three is because I feel that it s overpriced and the quality isn t worth the price. I don t think anything is fresh how are you doing by the way the ham is cut in the canned mushrooms. $43 for XL meat lovers and mushrooms and 6 spice hot wings. Hot wings we re super oily black flavor weren t spicy at all. The pizza was soggy towards the center because the toppings weren t distributed evenly. Tasted ok.

Just went to get my pizza I called in told me it would be 15 mins when I arrived after the time frame I had to wait an additional 20 mins to get my pizza got ho.e pizza was poorly made and burnt they said they would really it but who wants to drive back just to wait again this was my second time goi g first time I waited pizza was good this time a major disappointment I wont be returning

When i walked in nobody said anything to me. The man in the front was helping a Puerto Rican lady and after he was done with her, he walked to the back and still didn t say anything to me. I had to say excuse me for anyone to acknowledge me. Super rude. Pizza was a 5.

Literally the best pizza in Killeen. When they told me the bread is made fresh every day for the garlic bread, I knew the pizza crust would be amazing. And it was! They have almost any topping you can imagine. Try the white sauce! This place puts the pizza chains to shame.

For the options and vast variety toppings, I had to give this place 5 star. Having the option of pizza or calzone is also a plus. Swing by and try them out. You wont regret it.
