Walked into this place after work for a beer and some food. Sat at the bar and ordered my drink. Received my drink and was never offered a menu. 15 mins later I asked if I could see a menu. 30 mins after that and still no one asked me if I wanted to order anything to eat. I was literally there with the menu in hand and no one cared to ask if I was ready to order. It was not busy and there where about 5 servers just standing around. So I closed my tab after I finished my 1 beer and headed to Chillis. Guess this place doesnt need my business. I will agree with other comments about the waitress/bartenders being way more attentive to the regulars. If youre visiting, try a different place.

This place was recommended by an owners friend. It was horrible! Beer was barely cool and pizza was worse than frozen. Same prices as Bubbas and we would rather stay home and eat frozen pizza. Live and learn. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

20+ tvs on live sports/shows. Bartender said she could not change the TV because the internet is out? watched my game on the split 6 screen tv while squinting. Its was maybe a 10 screen with 5 others the same size on a 65 TCL. Guess remote controls arent thing anymore.

Food was extremely good and the bartender was very attentive on a busy night. Only drawback was the bar back and who appeared to be a manager spent the entire time we were there drinking shots and beer and discussing the previous nights drunk in detail in full earshot of customers

This establishment falls far below expectations in terms of both service and quality. Patrons can anticipate significant delays in receiving their orders, with requests met with condescending smirks and prolonged waiting periods. The lack of attention to detail is apparent throughout the establishment, from the incomplete signage bearing remnants of a previous logo to the unfinished restroom facilities filled with spray foam and incomplete tiling. The quality of the food also leaves much to be desired, with fries resembling cardboard in both texture and taste.Overall, this dining experience falls short of delivering a satisfactory level of service, cleanliness, and culinary excellence.

I ordered the Ranger fries and a patty melt. The patty melt had very little cheese and the fries were so burnt it was basically like cardboard covered in cheese. The bartender was friendly.

Great place to watch sports, but the food was not too good. Had a chicken sandwich, onion rings and fried pickles. Seemed to be all prepackaged. Nothing fresh.

Extremely bad service of the manager. We specifically asked for breaded wings when we ordered. The person who took our order told us they carried it. When we got home the wings were no bread just skin. We were craving breaded wings specifically. We would have called around other restaurants in town to find what we were craving. The manager blew us off when we called in and told what happened. She tried to push other food on us we didn t want. She refused to satisfy us by taking responsibility and giving us our money back. We threw the wings in the garbage and wasted 25$ + tax and tip. And the actually wings we got were nasty. Dry no sauce and meat was not fresh. Cheap ranch. She hung up on us. Never ordering from here.

Went with one of my girl friends. After enjoying a few drinks at Blue Door we decided we were hungry. We walked through the door with an employee standing right there at what looks like a hostess stand, no greeting, no please seat you self. nothing. We saw a sign that said to seat ourselves so we did. We found a table and sat down and waited for about 15 minutes with not one person coming up to us. Normally I would see that they were busy and try to be patient but 2 other tables of MEN came in and they were greeted right away. We got up and went back to The Blue Door and just ordered from Tikilaz. Plenty of other good restaurants in that same complex with better service.

At first we ask if there was some type of special and she said no , after looking through the menu there was a happy hour special we asked for corona and I didn t know there was another type of corona premier and she brought premier and I told her that she could have told us which one we want and she got extremely mad and left me talking ,visiting from Miami disappointed

Ordered a water and a soda, got charged for 2 sodas (2.25 each), when I told the server we only had 1 soda she said that they now have to charge 2.25 for tap water! Food came without silverware, after another 20minutes I had to chase down another server so we could actually eat our food Another 20minute wait for a beer

Awesome little dive bar with great vibes, amazing home-style food, and fantastic service. There s nothing worse than going to a sports bar and being served frozen junk food from a box. That is absolutely not the case here. Everything is made fresh from scratch, and has great flavor. The prices are great too, especially for Midland. I highly recommend this place, and definitely coming back any time I am in town.

I know its a sports bar... but still there is no diaper changing table in the bathroom . We heard they have great food, so each week the familygets together. So wont be coming back until there is one. So yall lost several customers.

Had enough Miller lite for one draft all night. Asked for lone star and they dont offer texas beer, started drin king frozen margaritas then the other bartender could make froze so saved for on the rocks and it was nasty. And they expect people to come back with the prices of everything going g on.

Went here for the first time and had a good experience. I sat at the bar and the bartender was very attentive and friendly. She offered her thoughts on what was good to eat as well. Plenty of tvs for watching sports too. The burger I got was real good, onion rings were very tasty. If you like spicy, the onion rings have a little kick. I also ordered their cheese fries. That was the best Ive had, their hand cut fries are really good. I will return. update. Returned the next day because their fries were so great. Ordered the cheese fries and the quesadillas. Neither disappointed. The beer this time was not cold though.

Champs is my favorite bar in this town. If you re looking for a good beer and some even better bar food, this is your spot. Plus, the bartenders are so friendly and kind! Go see Riley, she makes a good Mexican candy. P.s Wednesday is chicken spaghetti day and don t sleep on it because it s the best.

Not a terrible experience, but also not the best. The service was mediocre but the food was pretty good. I recommend the hamburger steak. Just know your drinks and food will come out slow when it s even slightly busy. Also don t get the chicken tenders they are very bland and dry.

Beer is not cold, bathrooms were dirty and a site for sore eyes. Yatzi, our waitress, was very nice, attentive and accommodating. Its definitely too bright for a sports bar. They play a variety of music, so that was nice. Just didnt have the sports bar vibe. On the plus side.... we ordered a pizza that they admitted was burnt so they remade it and didnt charge us for it. Definitely the right thing to do. (Pizza was mediocre, at best) Not sure well be back. Was hoping for a better experience. Ive been looking forward to visiting this establishment for a few weeks and am a little disappointed.

This place is the soulless embodiment of low-effort capitalism. From the front sign that still clearly has half the old Brew St logo behind it, to the unfinished bathrooms with spray foam filling in gaps and tile only half done, there are no redeeming qualities of Champs. It is one large, bright room with all the beer stored in the open along one wall and music so loud you have to shout. Beer selection isn t great, food is greasy yet barely flavorful. Go anywhere else.
