Signed my son up for kids night out and showed up to no one at the building. After 30 minutes of trying to get in contact with someone the owner pulled up and informed me it was canceled. She apologized for me not being contacted about the cancelation and said she would have her staff reschedule us. The next day we were rescheduled, 4 days before the event I received a text saying they were canceling because they have a private party request for that day so they need to reschedule us . I asked if I could get a discount since this is the second time we were being rescheduled after not being informed of the first cancelation and she told me no but I can give you a refund. I told her to go ahead and give me the refund and to please have the owner contact me . It has been a week and still no word. This was not the only problem I needed to speak with her about. As my child had attended kids night out the previous weekend one of her staff was rude to my son. Without assurance these things wont happen again I dont want to take my son back.Also I find it very unprofessional to not only be rude to a child but also cancel on kids to make more money from another party.

It is a great idea! I went there with my daughter and we had a lot of fun! We love the kids out Fridays, it is a great way to keep my daughter having something fun, creative and safe while we spend few hours out! we are planning on coming back soon!

We planned on attending the Valentine s date night, but unfortunately due to the dangerous, icy conditions we were unable to come and no longer had a sitter for our son. I was disappointed when they called to remind me I would not get a refund even those the circumstances were out of our control. Be careful doing business with them, they are only out for money.

Thank you ladies for making my daughters birthday a memorable one. Heather stayed in touch with me while planning the party. She made sure the party decor ,cake & cookies were made to fit our theme. The girls were great with the kiddos! McKenzie is a beautiful person inside & out! She was so sweet. Anna was great & so much fun! She is a beautiful and sweet girl! My daughter & her friends had a great time painting! The decorations were on point! Very creative,bright and colorful! Loved it! See you all in August for my younger daughters birthday! Thank you again! So worth the $$$. All we had to do was show up! Everything was taken care of. Thank you Ms Keysha

Very cool! We just had a birthday party here this past Friday for me and a friend (we share the same birthday). We made reservations and requested custom design for our party theme. Everything went so smoothly! I really enjoyed this event! The studio was cute with art decor everywhere, and there was a centralized table to put out snacks for people to eat. I highly recommend this studio! We were told they may be moving locations but just keep an eye out and follow them to wherever they relocate!
