The leasing group was very professional and helped me find an apartment and move in date that suited me well. From my interactions from the manager, this should be an excellent place to live! As I have not moved in yet, I will update my review after I have lived here for a while. EDIT Have lived here for a full year. They do give you a discount for leaving a good review. However, I still think they deserve 5 stars. Maintenance has been quick to respond to work orders, and few have been needed, the apartment complex is kept up I good condition, and I enjoy the area. The rent system/maintenance system is easy to use, and I spend very little time worrying about my apartment and most of the time enjoying where I live.

Do not rent here! The previous manager was awesome. Always helpful, always courteous. She made up for all the deficits in the complex. They advertise as luxury and the model they show is lovely. But once you sign their lease; apartments are cheap and tacky. Damaged floors, crap appliances, and walls so thin you hear everything. Upstairs neighbors are like elephants at all hours and management does nothing. Maintenance is ok. But the management is so cheap they can t only do bandaide fixes. Noisy parties at the pool most weekends that no one monitors at all. Finally, they have a schister towing service contracted that tows cars illegally and the management makes no effort to assist in correcting even with clear evidence. When I first called, I was told by management that he was towed because he wasn t park reversed. Few cars park reversed and I have photos, including of car next to our spot) not parked in reverse. Later, towing company gave other excuses; finally saying he had no parking sticker.Despite the parking permit being easy to see; my husband s car was towed. Company claimed no parking tag. However, we have a photo showing permit was clearly visible on the dash,(glue had loosened. Something else cheap.) where it had apparently fallen over the last month and a half while my husband was fighting for his life in ICU and car wasn t driven. Management was completely indifferent and unwilling to assist at all. Previous management was helpful and treated people like neighbors. They did whatever they could to make these apartments feel like a home. Current just treats tenants as dollar signs.

Horrible experience with the management. Crooks in disguise always looking for ways to extort money from the residents. Please if you must live there, be ready to expect unnecessary and unprecedented charges on your bills every month. Also, be careful about dogs and cats poops all over the premisses . Will not recommend this place for anyone. Please check else where to avoid had I know . The management needs to do better

I do not advise you to even visit the place, be careful with your cars, if you park it with your back to the wooden fence the tow truck will take it away, it is an abuse, we all know the bad time and expense that comes with having a tow truck take your car. self... generally, the administrations allegedly profit from this procedure...

Horrible experience. There is a reason why are offering move in specials because everybody is trying to leave. They tried to change the apartment number on the lease they sent as if we wouldn t notice it was the one discussed. When we called them out on it, the property manager argued with both of us saying she didn t say we could get that one, yet the original lease agreement sent over that day had that apartment number on it. So now all the sudden the one we discussed wasn t available so they said they could do this other one but failed to mention it was on the other side of the main road so we would have to cross the main road to get to any of the amenities which we made clear we didn t want to have to do. We only realized this when our move in date got pushed back again. So then they found us one on the side with the amenities but we had to wait yet another week. Then they gave us a carport for the year due to all the issues. They told us the carport number, said we could use it, did NOT give us a sticker or mention anything about a sticker and my car was towed and of course they claim they did and that my roommate and I are both liars. So now I have to go pay several hundred dollars to get my car back and the manager won t even email me back after calling me a liar. Also my washing machine is broke and maintenance was supposed to come fix it several days ago and still have not seen them and it is still broken. I am appalled at the lack of professionalism and accountability. Do not come here!!! Pay a little extra and go somewhere else. It is not worth the stress and towing fees.

I ve lived here almost a year. I can t say I d describe the apartments as luxury by most comparisons. But they are no worse than many and better than most of what is available in Midland. When we first got there, we were greeted immediately by Emily. She was very kind and eager to help us. She took the time to discuss every question we had and went out of her way to help us. We were taken on a tour of the apartments and all the amenities. Mesquite Terrace is a clean and well kept place. After looking at several different apartment complexes, it was easier to choose the one for us just based on our welcome and the effort Mesquite Terrace puts into each tenant.

The condominium is very quiet and clean, the apartments are very nice and cozy, but nevertheless I have had the bad luck that despite paying almost 800 dollars as a deposit, I have been asking for a favor for a month to fix it. What they gave me was broken and the people in the office ignore me. I ask you please to repair the toilets are loose and the lights are out and to fumigate me because I have a 2 month old baby and there are cockroaches and nothing

First I want to say that it has been a great experience. The staff were very much helpful and kind in regards to the moving process. The apartments are spacious and tidy along with the amenities. The overall atmosphere is impressive and looking forward to enjoying my stay for the foreseeable future.

First let me start off by saying what a wonderful job they have done in keeping the community clean and beautiful. From my first step in the door I knew this was the right spot for me. As someone that is coming from up north in Maryland, to moving down to midland I really wanted a community that didn t make me be too far from home . I was glad I found Mesquite Terrace. From the time you work in that door, the front office is as helpful as can be. Definitely the smoothest welcome I ve had when coming in this apartment as opposed to others. The team here is great and helpful and I appreciate all they have done. The place is so beautiful . Smoothest process ever, 10/10, I must recommend.

Very bad service, my contract lasted 6 months, of which I only had hot water for 3 months. They never paid attention, they even asked me to leave the rent payment downstairs because they were never there. I always made my payments on time, taking care of my husbands credit, they charged me to remove some furniture when I moved and I went and paid for it. As always, they didnt pay attention to me and told me to just sign the money order. A few days later I went to the office to ask if everything had turned out well, to which they answered yes. Today after a year I see that my husbands credit is affected by exactly the same payment that I made and left them. I had to pay 600 dollars again. I recommend that if you end a contract with them, have them sign a sheet stating that you left everything paid and in order so that the same thing that happened to me does not happen to you and that I speak to talk to them about this situation and their response was I dont have anyone who speaks Spanish and I cant do anything with that, you have to pay for it. oh, and if they have good reviews its because they give a discount for the first month if you give them a positive review so they dont think its because they are excellent at doing their job. you are welcome
