Good place to shop, but every time we go, we find a lot of spoiled fruit with fungus growing on them. The service here is great. When youre able to find someone around. I assume its because theyre busy. When you do, their customer service is great.

I tried to buy a money order and my license was broken. Complete and with visible information, however they did not accept it. The service girl was rude and rude. Too bad for H E B for having people like this giving bad customer service. They leave me no choice but to go to Walmart.

I love H-E-B and today was a great reason why! My husband and I where trying to figure out how to pick out a sweet pineapple to eat right now and a produce employees (Juan) asked us what did we needed help with and he then explained to use on how to pick the best pineapple! Cut it up and it was the perfect sweetness

Went there for lunch and the Chinese and it was horrible I got sick. I went to the bathroom and the guy cleaning the bathrooms went in and I said someone was in there . He waited and when I came out he was outside the bathroom waiting and I was there with my kids when another person went in and he started chatting with another female worker behind me, both being rude saying how he was afraid to go in there so on and so forth. The restroom in this Pecan looks cation 1st off is wrecked and your younger workers are disrespectful!

I love HEB for its fresh fruit and veggies . Today i saw one of the stockers put back a fallen veggie without cleaning it ,he just put it underneath another veggie of its own kind ,not cool. Fiendly reminder wash very well your fruits and veggies even though they lool clean and fresh.

Update:Kudos to management team for the fast response they open another line when they saw line was forming and the manager itself went to charge and other manager was assisting on getting the groceries in the bag, really friendly. Excellent Prices & The meat department has a good selection of products for everyone. This is an older well maintained HEB. Employees always attentive & can answer all your questions. I got to give a huge shout out Esai and Ryan! On Thanksgiving I forgot a bag of groceries, and even though it was chaotic as all hell they managed to help me get the items I left, without any hassle, and with super awesome customer service all while juggling a million other things. If HEB higher ups see this you should move these guys up, they show up and show out.

For it being an older store, it is kept very well. From the landscaping to the clean and organized interior for easy shopping. I went early in the morning when the store was being stocked and even though they were busy, the staff still had time to say hello and offer to help.

Worst experience ever just like HEB plus in mission. I don t know how this store is ranked #1 for hospitality whenever they give me trouble. Heb on 10th and Trenton always gives me great satisfaction! 100% customer service. They strive to make customers happy and satisfied. They have more workers to help anytime and they re always friendly. HEB on 10th and Trenton is by far the best HEB!!!
