The food was warm and delicious. Our server was very attentive. I forgot my wallet on the table and didn t realize it for 3 days. I showed up after closing and just thought I d call. A manager answered. I described my wallet and they had it in their vault. The manager brought it out to me. That s customer service!

I dont think I wil even buy food from olive garden. Every year I celebrate my 4 children food from olive garden even my husband and I birthday too. In one year wil order more than 6times. Dis is not the first time am experiencing dis nonsense from them. The family meal suppose to b a server of 4 to 6 people. Each time I order I get disappointed how little food I received. Yesterday own was hight of it. Is not up to 3 person server and its was my last son birthday everyone was so disappointed. I wil never buy anything from olive garden again. Wast of time and wast of money.

3rd visit to Olive Garden. We sat at our table for 10mins and not one server acknowledged us. Finally one of the managers came to the table ( I wish I could remember his name) and apologized . As someone with 17 years food service experience, I dont take harsh reviews lightly. While sitting at the bar tonight, I was one of 3 patrons at the bar top. Ray spent almost the entire time talking to another guest who seemed to be a friend. Our drinks went empty, our food took forever and she got several of our requests wrong. I managed a bar for 6 years of my previous experience, and this was the first time I ever saw someone behind a bar not know the difference between Jack Daniels, Jim beam and J&B. Highly surprised that a national chain would allow someone who lacks the skill to be personable and is devoid of liquor knowledge behind the bar on a holiday. Our pasta was cold when it arrived, but overall the rest of the food was good.

I only came on here to say. If you come to this restaurant ASK FOR LEXI! Seriously. My wife and I came here for a relaxing experience and that is EXACTLY what we got. Yummy food and dessert. Service was great, always had refills on our drinks. The atmosphere was good, but only giving 3 stars as the music playing was really loud. We went in at a slow time, not many people but the music was adjusted for a full restaurant. Asked the server to ask the manager to lower the music, manager never did. Then we asked to speak to the manager and she told us there were only 2 settings for the music and she would go back again to change it. She did and kindly lowered it. That made it much more suitable for the amount of people that were in there.

Had the pleasure of attending my daughter s Birthday celebration here today. Courtney O and her assistant held down, served, and made the entire party of 20 adults, 2 eight year olds, 2 infants under a year happy. They got us exactly what we needed before we asked most of the time and served our party with proficiency, accuracy, and a sheer desire to make the experience exceptional for our blended family. On the 17th of June we came with some people for lunch. Entering the Restaurant we already noticed a discusting smell, which is actually throughout the entire Restaurant. The smell represents an absolut unclean and not hygiene situation, which possibly is a result of a totally dirty carpet all over the place. We cannot believe that the Healthdepartment hasnt closed the place at this point. Carpet in a restaurant, really? That makes us wondering how their kitchen and their coolers look like?! We for our part, like to enjoy good food in a clean and hygiene place with a fresh clean smell. Good luck to all of you!!

It was a total disappointment and trauma for my girls after loving this place so much and being their favorite. We went to celebrate my daughters graduation. The waitress and also the manager who they claimed to be at that time treated us badly, I practically felt humiliated. When I said that I couldnt share my salad with the children, I felt discrimination. I assure you that if we werent Latino, I would never have received that treatment. We wanted to leave there immediately but my high school graduated daughter said no, we waited, I felt Shame on our guests. The manager told us that she would charge us for the salad and that she was the supervisor and that the restaurant had no owner who was in China. She was so rude and the worst of all is that there were children and she didnt even care, no. They should have charged our food for psychological damage and bad service.

It was our first time coming to this location as it was close to an event we attended. There were quite a few people already dining when we came in. We were a walk-in with a large party. However, I was very pleased that it didn t take us long to be seated. Our waiter was outstanding and made sure we were well taken care of. The food was good but we will visit this location again, mainly due to the great service.

Very bad experience at this location when my family and i decided to go eat here after my nieces graduation on Saturday. A lady who claimed to be every postion in the restaurant came to interrupt us before even getting out food to say we could not share our salad that came with our plate with ours kids because it a salad does not come with a kids plate and said she would have to charge us extra? From past experiences at other locations we were never told that and always had great experiences. After being told that nobody touched the salad and no one was able to enjoy there food after we were considering leaving but stayed for my niece and because of the nice lady who came to apoligize to us after i think she was the GM. To the lady who thought she was the owner of Olive Garden and felt the need to come interupt us jist to say we could share our food with our kids you are very unprofessional you never came back out to offer an apoligy or showed you face after you should be embarrassed of yourself they are just kids that were hungry and wanted to eat.

Placed a catering order for 4 pm. once we got home we noticed they forgot the 2 dozen breadsticks. I called and told them about it, and they told me they would start on them asap. Once we got there, 20 minutes later, we were told they werent ready and had to wait longer. Waited another 20 minutes inside and finally got our breadsticks. Which by that time our food was already cold.

My husband and I haven t been to Olive Garden in over six years due to a poor experience. Also, we would much rather prefer going out for steak and other delectable foods. However, we decided to try Olive Garden one more time on a whim. Since I am pregnant it s been hard to find places to eat so that s another reason we suddenly chose Olive Garden. Our experience at the Mesquite location exceeded our expectations. There was a slight issue about the wait for our food, however we didn t have a chance to complain because the Manager Marty took care of everything. She came to our table, explained what happened and offered a complimentary dessert and a gift card to invite us back for a better experience. She was really kind and professional. She took care of the problem before it even began. Our server Saint did his best to make sure we were comfortable. We brought our toddler and he had his food right away which definitely helped. The chef came by as well to deliver our food and to make sure we were okay with quality. It is very rare to have great service like this at a restaurant, which is quite impressive. And for a manager to take care of an issue before it became a problem. We definitely will be going back and recommending this place to our friends and family! Great Job guys!

Excellent experience at this Olive Garden! My family of 7 came in on Easter Sunday, the restaurant was completely packed. We got a table relatively quick, and our server was there immediately. He was absolutely fantastic! He kept the breadsticks coming and was patient with our requests for salad with and without dressing. The food came out quickly for how busy the place was, and everything was delicious. Our server was attentive the whole meal, keeping our drinks filled and clearing plates as needed.
