had the worst experience here while celebrating my sons 7th birthday a month ago. The short staff that was there was not helpful at all and handles our party without acknowledgement to the concerns and issues. They never answered the phone prior to the party as I continuously called days before my party with questions and was not helpful the day before. There were so many charges for everything...socks..extra guest...even the birthday boy. We had to use their vendor to place our pizza order for the pizza included in the party and it was over a half hour late getting there while my friends and family were without food. It was a horrible experience and we will not be returning.

Went on field trip w/ SPED kids. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly to parents, teachers and kids. Arrived around 10 am and it was not busy at all. It s a huge padded indoor playground w/2 fast slides, soccer field, ride on cars and tons of climbing and building. The toddler area was small w/ball pit, perfect for little legs. They also have claw machines that you have to purchase a card w/money to play. We purchased $20 card and were able to play claw machine numerous times. They have a large open seating area and also have gates so children can t escape the area. There s a snack bar as well but we were allowed to bring in sack lunches. It was a very good experience and would recommend if your kids like to climb, slide and run around.

I came for a birthday party and was charged $30+ to get in because according to them we had to pay. I was not aware that everyone must remove their shoes and have socks on to enter. Make sure, if you have a party here, that they do everything they are supposed to and do not overcharge you. If they do anything wrong, they will do very little to make up for it, and it s difficult to impossible to get any kind of refund from them. Just check reviews on the Better Business Bureau. There are some pretty awful stories there. In their minds, the customer is always wrong. And apparently the owners of the franchise don t care at all, which is really sad considering this is a place for children.

My son and I had an incredible time! I was not expecting this place to be as fun as it was! I have a little one so I was a little hesitant about this place for how big it seemed, but they do encourage parents to join in on the fun which reassured me and I m sure it reassured so many others. I do recommend signing the waiver prior to your visit to make the payment go by much quicker. This place is not strict on what socks you re allowed to wear, like other locations so it was great not having to purchase an extra pair of socks.

Don t come here! I booked a kids birthday party and lady that booked my party targeted my family and scammed me. When I reported her company only stayed in touch to collect my story and never called me back in regard to compensation or explanation on their end. My daughter in law takes my grandson here all the time and on Saturday 01/20/2023 around 2pm they went. When she went to pay, they told her the total was 22.00 but debited her account 222.00. I understand people make mistakes, but when she contacted the manager she was given a HR email and phone number that she cant get a hold of anyone. It shouldnt be the customers responsibility to rectify something like this. She has to jump through hoops just to get money back that was took from her. Insane!!

My daughter loves going here! They did raise the entrance fee but, still worth it. My daughter is 9 and only plays on the big kid Area But the staff in Mesquite noticed some rowdy way to old children in the baby section and quickly got them out of there. Way to Pay attention! Snacks are a bit overpriced, but I bought them anyways. Last time we went, we stayed for five hours and I had to drag her out she Met some new friends and didn t wanna leave. The staff was constantly wiping down tables putting chairs back and The restrooms were clean. WIN!

I like that it has a no shoe policy. It is pretty pricey. There is a small toddler area but they do not enforce the rules, so older kids played in the area unfortunately. Probably good if you have older kids but not the best for the younger ones.

I wanted to book a party here at mesquite location, my first time seeing this place. I came here because a family friend told me about it. They told me to bring my kids, because she had a party here yesterday an they loved it. I brought my kids an they did love it. It was an all day pass. I stayed from four to ten it was great. My family and I had the worst experience at this facility, on Saturday November 4, 2023, which should have been a glorious occasion for my granddaughter who was turning 2 y/o. The staff treated me and my party awful, my Mother which is my granddaughters great mother whom is 75 y/o end up leaving because she was treated rudely. My guest was treated rudely and was overcharged, or the prices were not be honored, we were told a different price when we did the initial booking. I believe the Manager name was Joselyn, not for sure how long she has worked there or how long she has been a Manager, but clearly she needs to take a few Customer Service and Leadership classes. At one point we had a guest to show up, with her children, and while she was trying to get an understanding or trying to check her and her children in, a Hispanic family came in, (this has nothing to do with race, so lets be clear) but it was how she turned to that family to help them, while my guest was in the midst of still trying to check in, and trying to ask her questions about the check in process, that family was able to walk right in without paying anything, when my guest ask her how could they just walk in without paying or even doing a waiver Ms. Joselyn stated since they were not attending a party they did not have to pay nor check in (her exact words), while we were trying to explain the prices that are displayed in your facility, and why they werent being honored, she became very aggressive in her demeanor as to say Im the Manager and it is what it is, when we ask for the Corporate Office number she stated we dont have a corporate number just an email. She basically was not trying to here anything we had to say. We spent about $400 on this party, which was never the issue, it was how everything was handled. I will say that the young girl that was assigned to work the party, she was great, very helpful, and very professional. As a person in leadership, and works as a public figure. Ms. Joselyn needs to go back and get some more training, because with her behavior it is not a good look for your organization. Please note this review will go up on every platform, as well to BBB.

Today, I attended my little cousins birthday party and it was amazing. The service was AMAZINGGG Ive never been anywhere with this kind of customer service. We went today(10/17) for my daughter s birthday, just to do something fun. There were only two employees working and they were fantastic! I was genuinely impressed with their work ethic of continual cleaning the space, even though there were only at most 5 kids in the play space for the time we were there. They were quick to answer the counter and were extremely pleasant people. I was unable to get their names but told them how fantastic they were. Will definitely be back.

I loved this place for all my friends/family kids and my own. But now they let bigger kids play where only infants should be. Their games are broken/janky. Their motor bike section always have 2-3 out of the 4 bikes they have almost always dead or not running properly. I wouldn t waste my money unless you have 5-10 year old that can comprehend the high tower and other attractions in this place.

The only reason I didnt give this place five stars is because I felt like the motorcycleshould have been free with the twenty dollar purchase, not additionand kids could just take turns as needed. Plus two of the four did not work. Other than that, it was very clean and it was a lot of fun. It was kid and parent friendly. We stayed for a total of 3 hours and had an absolute blast. This was our first time there. The receptionist was very friendly and informative. The bathrooms were very, very clean. The music was appropriate and fun and energetic. The playground itself was super clean as well. Was very worth the $20 purchase. We will be back for sure.

Staff is so amazing here. Always ready to help and offer suggestions. Nice and cool despite the kids running around and the blistering heat outside. They keep it very clean. Smells like cleaner which I love. The only issue is that mesh climbing thing so many kids have fallen down. So many babies have fallen directly from the top to the bottom. I blame the parents/guardians not the staff but someone is going to get seriously hurt and the place will be in trouble even with the signed forms

The employees are so very sweet and they are absolutely MISERABLE with how hot it is! They have been asking for WEEKS to have it fixed and nothing has been done. Absolutely PATHETIC!

We celebrate our nephews birthday with friends and family. The place was clean, well organized and fun. Brianna (blue hair) was amazing with us ,great service , Brianna (supervisor) and staff where great. All friends enjoyed the place and we will be back. Great job guys.

August 2nd Update: A cooperate representative called me on August 1st from Kids Empire. His name was Cody and he was extremely nice. He took the time to listen to my concerns, and was genuine. He offered my family passes to return, which I am thankful for. For HIM I will change my 1star to a 5. Please, please, please DO NOT go to this location!! My daughters birthday was July 29th. We arrived at 12:45 and was a having and was having a great time until we where falsely accused of stealing one of the workers phone!!! The coworker called her family up there, and they accused my family and another black lady and her family of stealing the phone. This altercation led outside, and ME RESULTING IN CALLING MESQUITE POLICE. When the police got there the phone all of sudden was picked up by another child that was there. Unprofessional isn t even the word. The coworker s had her family circling the parking lot and waited for my 3 kids, my friend, boyfriend, and myself to come out to start a fight with them for a phone that WE DIDNT STEAL!!!

My kiddo(s) love it. It used to be about $13/$14 per kid. Now it is about $20 per kid. Its only a $6 difference, but a few parents I spoke with said the $6 made a difference when you add on multiple kids. Overall, a fun place for family to enjoy though.

Great place for kids. However, the staff is incredibly rude and disrespectful. Place is an absolute mess because they don t have anyone assigned to keeping it clean. The 2 ladies at the front register starting calling us names thinking we couldn t hear them.

My children love this place. Usually, they are not very busy during the week while others are at school. The air hockey was broken, as well as their cars for the track on our last visit. Overall, it is a good place for little people to burn off energy.

My 2 year old had fun. She was worn out by the time we got home. I gave 3 stars because nobody enforces the toddler/baby area just for babies and toddlers. My 1 year old is new at walking and gets knocked over. Way too many bigger kids kept playing over there and throwing balls and shouldn t have been in there. I might try a different location next time and hopefully the baby/toddler area is actually enforced.
