Solterra Texas, a Huffines Community is the epitome of master planned living! It s very clear that they designed this community with their potential residents in mind. From the world class amenities such as the kid and family friendly tree house, the 25 acre lake with white sand beaches. They offer 13 different builders to ensure both white and blue collar workers can have a quality place to call home. As a realtor I won t hesitate to recommend my clients to live here. As I myself would live here! Can t wait for the future community developments such as new groceries and restaurants to come!

Solterra texas is an amazing community where they have 13 different builders with different price ranges. Lots of amenities including Sandy beach! I highly recommend Solterra to my clients and love to schedule a tour if you re looking for a brand new or a custom home. Whoever wants to buy a new build should visit Solterra before made their decision.

This is beautiful new neighborhood with many amenities that is changing the footprint in Mesquite. 13 different builders with many floorplans and designs for my clients to choose from. The community already has great character and I m happy to meet new buyers and help them shop all of the different options to make this the next place for my clients to call home.

Solterra Texas is a beautiful Huffines master planned community. The community shouts community with so many community features like the 25 acre stocked lake, pickleball court and The Lookout Tree House Park to name a few of the amenities available to the residents. The community has 5 schools in walking distance, two elementary, 1 middle, and two high schools. How convenient is that!

My God, I am completely blown away by the beauty of this new community, Solterra. The amenities are top tier!! Custom tree house park, multiple pools, promenade park, workout facility, stocked lake, etc etc!! This list really goes on. And to top it off, the HOA fee is very inexpensive. Way less than another community Ive toured. There are 13 builders to choose from and all the homes are incredible.

Huge! Solterra will be the it community soon. A development by the Huffines group. Homes are reasonably priced. This community will house over 3000 homes. Very near to downtown Dallas. Just a few minutes to the famous Mesquite Rodeo. Schools are within walking distance. Awesome pool and white sand beach is currently under construction. This will be one of the best communities in the Metroplex.

We moved into our new home on Saturday that was built by FIRST TEXAS HOMES, 08/17/2024, and within two days, weve encountered numerous issues. The air conditioning barely cools down the house, all of our sinks are leaking, and to top it off, the garbage drawer beneath our island fell apart, landing on my mother-in-law s toe and breaking it. We had to go to the emergency room because they neglected to install the garbage tray slide correctly. On top of everything, our master bedrooms bathroom got clogged after the first use and our ovens keep turning off causing our electrical breaker to go off!! DO NOT PURCHASE from this builder in the Solterra community located in Mesquite! I read other online reviews and ignored them due to their great incentives, but I regret it now. Save yourself the trouble do not buy with this builder!!! 1
