Mocha Frappuccino is my favorite, I request it made with almond milk because of my lactose intolerance and add a single shot of espresso for focusing in the morning, I also get the double smoked sandwich or the bacon, egg and sausage wrap for my breakfast, the crew at Starbucks Rule!

Avoid this Starbucks and visit Dutch bros, or the Sunnyvale location instead. My drinks are never filled to the lid but barely over halfway. That s my biggest pet peeve and they just lost a customer. I have been coming here for years but recently there s been a lot of changes and not positive. I sometimes sit inside and watch how they interact with other customers and they are short, bad mood, never ask how someone s day is going, not personable and do not give good customer service. They ve argued with elderly, and even cops or they will roll their eyes if you ask them to remake your drink. There s always one restroom that is not working or is just very dirty, and they don t keep up with cleaning counters or floors. It s unfortunate how downhill it s gone. I ve been a secret shopper before for other chain restaurants in the past and if I were to visit here it would not be good. Not sure who the manager is but seems as they can t keep employees, always someone different. I know some jump from locations to help out other Starbucks but I havent caught the same employee twice yet. 0 stars if I could.

Is the Man outside taking drive through orders okay? on Thursday morning (07-11) he just stared at me when I greeted him, he didn t answer at all, when I asked him if I could have a 12 oz latte he asked is that a grande? I would think one of the first and more basic things you learn in training is what sizes you have. Starbucks clearly and evident low bar for employee comprehension has hit rock bottom, and is part of the reason I usually go to my local coffee shop now.

I went as usual to pick up my order 7:26 pm and everyone was rude they forgot to put the extra caramel in my drink when I told them they put the caramel on top and so much so that I couldnt even drink the drink I went inside and dayton was very rude and rude to me, he literally emptied the drink into other glasses and didnt even apologize, garbage attention

Homegirl set my coffee on the counter so far away from me I had to bend over the counter to reach it. First thing in the morning, I wasnt greeted, she just set my coffee down out of my reach and went to make another drink. I was confused on if my order was ready or not because she didnt say a word to me. And then Im always disappointed in my drink. $6 for a drink I dont like is always disheartening. 2 stars bc the online order process is easy and convenient.

If it was possible to give a negative star I would. My daughter and I ordered ahead- went through the drive thru to get our drinks. There was no line but had to wait a little bit. Got our drinks and just by looking at them they did not look the same, even though they were exactly the same order. The one drink didn t not have any cold foam on it and the cup was only half full. I took it inside and politely asked for it to be remade, only to be rudely questioned why I wanted it to be remade. The very fact that I had to point out the reasons why the drink needed to be remade were absolutely ridiculous. The attitude I received was so unprofessional and unnecessary. I will never be back to this location. WORST STARBUCKS EVER!!!!

I have always come to this Starbucks and never had a problem with any of my orders. Today was the first time that I I did. One of my drinks was completely tasteless. I was just milk. I went inside and let them know. One the baristas was kinda rude and gave my order to another person to remake it and completely made it even worse and I just know they did it on purpose. I wasn t even rude and even say thank you when they gave it to me. I just left because I wasn t going to star a problem for coffee but I won t come back here again and it s sad because it was my favorite Starbucks.

Absolute awful service. Staff always late. They will literally watch you at the drive thru sit for 10-15 minutes after open with zero response. A simple hey sorry we are running behind and will be with you shortly would be appropriate. Then you go to the window to get attention after sitting for 15 minutes and they literally ignore you. Wow customer service is beyond awful here and i would never recommend anyone to go here

This location is closest to me but I literally drive to any other location simply because they take forever.. it s not even busy..not sure if they have new workers or understaffed. The one on hwy30 have way more customers same amount of staff and they don t miss a beat and are so efficient with their drive thrus. Everyday I m a little late to work driving to another location which I completely do not mind since I have a long drive and still wouldn t recommend going to this one. That s how bad it s gotten over the past year or so.. This is my 5th time having an issue with the way they do service lol I had taken the review off before cause they had good service once but it is not consistent at all..my previous review was the staff loves gossiping and complaining out loud about customers in front of them worrying more of gossip than bringing orders out efficiently.. I know some customers are extra but Work elsewhere if you re not happy.

There is a location closer to my house, but I will drive farther to this one simply because they make my hot coffee, hot, and they actually heat up my baked items. It s very rare that they aren t consistent. But service is always good and I feel like the wait is always fair. They make my drink right, it actually tastes like coffee. Can t say the same for the other location

I dont know why I keep coming to this location. This is the third time my order has been completely wrong. The first two times my simple Strawberry Lemonade refresher came out to be water with fruit additives and no ice. This time my egg bites and banana loaf came out to be two croissants. I didnt find out I had the wrong items until I made it back to work both times. When I called the store they could care less and acted as if it was my fault. Definitely will not return. But Im sure they dont care about losing one customer. Oh well!

Stopped coming here due to slow and bad service but I was back in the area and stopped due to convenience. I placed the order 2-3 minutes before arriving at the window and the guy at the window told me we ask that you wait 5 minutes before coming to the window. I said well I was almost here, so I ll just wait. He said yeah but it puts us behind. I said Wow. Meanwhile there were 5 cars ahead of me and it ended up being a several minute wait anyway. I ve never had anyone say that to me at a Starbucks. No greeting at the window from the guy who took our order. His name started with a J. The barista who brought our drink over was super nice and the drink was great, hence 2 stars. We are paying $6 for a coffee. The service should at least be good.

I stopped here today after one of my longest, toughest days, and I think it was fate that I ran into Estie. He is the epitome of customer service, etiquette, kindness, caring, and compassion. I stumbled hard on my order and had to redo it a few times, but he was so patient with me and walked me through my customizations. I appreciate how he sensed my energy and stress, he was comforting and took time to talk to me and make me smile. he showed me patience and decensy where I hope his new manager Cruz realizes the gem that he has. I live in forney but plan on coming back solely because of Estie, he is truly what makes a company great. Also, he was so amazing to me that my mother in law literally got out of the car and gave him a hug in the drive thru!!

Went 9:30 at night, employees were untrained and had no idea what they were doing. Had to have my drinks remade. The guy there wouldn t even speak and acted like he was just way too good for his job and anyone else. Get a different job where you don t work with people if you re gonna be an antisocial person.

on doordash, i ordered a grande blone with 3 shots, splash of half & half, 2 splenda. its like they filled half the cup full of half & half. cant taste the coffee, only can taste the half & half. the sticker on the cup says extra cream 3/4. i dont know where they got that from. on the doordash site, the option says splash of half & half and thats what i wanted. just a splash. not the whole cup. disgusting. most the reviews of this place are bad on doordash. how do you screw up a simple cup of coffee?

I love coffee. I was at the Target Rockwall one, and I explained that I had been to another Starbucks and the coffee was very simple. Go to another Starbucks location. I ve given them multiple chances and each time their drinks do not taste how they taste from other Starbucks. Just a regular black coffee tasted burnt. Lady in the window was rude. I Receive much better service and quality of drinks from Starbucks locations in Dallas. I don t know what the broken link is, but maybe they need retraining

Woman w braids had attitude cause she couldn t read the order, then when we ask to correct it she gave attitude. Got the drink and it was watered down and tasted like watered down milk. Asked to have them remake it and she gave more attitude and when finished she slammed it on the counter and yelled with attitude here it is. Rude and she called for. Acted like that cause the manager wasn t sitting in the building like he normally does.

Rudest gal with purple hair at drive through window around 8:30pm on 12/02/2022. Listen we all have bad days. But something s are better vocalized to avoid any other people to feel as we did. My fiancé and I came to pick up my mobile order. On a completely empty, customer-less drive thru. Which is rare at this location hence ordering ahead. The gal acted as if we had broken the law on purpose and and instructed us with an attitude as she opened the window next time you come here stop at the mic first, it s for organizational purposes (verbatim) I understand this. As I make my daily visits and understand how hectic it can get. However. Attitude and the way she delivered that was unnecessary. Not cool. My fiancé and I are very understanding people as we have both worked in the service industry before so the tone and the way you deliver information is a HUGE part of your job. Until then def not coming back to this location. Everyone should try Town East Starbucks they re amazing!

Giving this place two stars only bc they are fast and most of the time sweet. Although this place really skimps on coffee, they fill the cups to the rim with ice. Anytime I ask for light ice I never see a difference. It s irritating bc your paying for the full cup but always get half of it. I asked for no ice at some point and they only gave me half. Not sure if it s company policy but I don t pay so much for ice. I ordered a venti to get more coffee if they just wanted me to pay more & they gave me the cup almost full of ice when I asked for light ice as well. (When I had taken the picture some ice had already melted btw)

Arrived at 11:06am, ordered at 11:07am and did not get my drink until 11:26am. Everyone who orders after me got their drinks before me. Not sure what happened here but it would have been nice to be told hey it s going to take a minute or something. Communication please. Also, drink didn t even have enough ice in it and was warm. Let s do better.

It was good, there was no line due to the time of my arrival. I was able to place an order and be served in a very quick manner of time. I normally go there for specialty juice and desert, as I am not a coffee person cheap or expensive. The staff were very nice. I will return in the near future.

It s starting to become jsut as worse as the other one close by my area. Baristas look sluggish as if they don t have any other job to go and be happy working at instead. Every time I ask for something that s not in my drink that I put on my order they say they I d had to had ordered it a different way. Now the girl had the nerve to tell me no straw for me. I mean does it get taken from her check ? They have those nitro cup covers but how can I trust they don t touch the mouth piece with their hands ? Horrible and I m a regular but have to think about that lovation now too And I will email corporate as if they well do anything as well. But . These baristas are not being good customer service anymore They are not representing the CEO well anymore.

I ve been here about 10 times, and they re usually pretty fast especially if you do a mobile order pickup at the counter. The drive through is not as fast, and I waited about 30 minutes tonight. There weren t that many other cars and they could be short staffed. The drinks are usually made properly here, and I ll definitely be back. I d advise picking up at the counter when possible.

The young lady taking the order at the drive through this evening was extremely rude when I had asked her to take my order at the window as I completely missed the mic piece at the entrance of the drive through. Rather than her being open to taking the order, she gave me an attitude and it was clear she didnt want to do it. There was literally no one behind me in line, but she was still reluctant to do so. It truly was not called for, will not be returning to this location.

Had a weird experience in here. Ordered 5 fraps, 2 of them ventis. They said they were out of venti cups and asked if I wanted a grande. I said no, just use a larger cup. The girl said we cant do that because it will use all our big cups. I cancelled my full order and left but wasnt sure why they wouldnt accomodate a paying customer for the most expensive drinks on the menu. Who were they saving those cups for?

This location is ALWAYS out of what I want when I go. Every. Time. I pass it otw to everywhere I go but have to wait til the next one to get what I want. The location is so convenient. WORST STARBUCKS EVER! REGRETS! I can truly attest this as the WORST Starbucks I have ever visited. I blame management for this. Quite routinely, they are out of stock with dairy items, creams, etc. Once, the refrigerators broke and I believe they were using the ice machine to keep products from spoiling. As far as the baristas, dont believe they even have a clue on how to make a decent cup of coffee. The cold brews are watery, lack flavor, or arent mixed well. My favorite of all times isnt even the coffees, but the world famous chocolate croissant! It is very RARE that they have them in stock. Again, I blame the manager for most, if not all of this. Managers should be in control of proper ordering and forecasting, training of employees, and overall service. This location is a pure let down, plain and simple. Vegetarian options: Veggie rolls and snacks. Parking: Wheel chair accessible, and marked parking. Kid-friendliness: Good place to bring kids.

I had a horrible experience with an employee working the drive through this morning around 8:50am 3/24. He has long hair pulled back and maybe some facial piercings. I handed him a 100 to pay with, and he said is it ok if they are all small bills? I said yes. And then he proceeded to suggest they really didn t want me to pay with that. I understand, but I was needing change for my sons school picture and was going to stop by Starbucks anyways. It wasn t what he was explaining, it was how. It was his attitude and smirk remarks that were so rude and uncalled for. When I suggested they place a sign on the drive thru window saying they don t accept large bills, as do many other places, he sarcastically smiled and nodded and said ok I ll let my corporate manager know in the most passive aggressive way possible. I ve never seen a Starbucks employee act that way, so maybe I m just naive. But it certainly put a damper in my day.
