Ordered a meal with a drink, when I got there they informed me that they had run out of ICE, they explained that the machine cycles new ice every 18 minutes. I tried getting my drink to go but when I served myself at the Coke machine, my drink came out lukewarm. I ended up throwing away my drink and drove to the Whataburger down the street to get myself a proper ice cold drink with plenty of ICE. I dont ever experience this issue at other locations that have a regular drink station. Its only when they have those multi drink coke machines that end up failing to meet demand and quality.

They really gotta do a better job of time management. I understand that there s different outlets in which they receive orders (DoorDash, wingstopshop, Uber Eats) which may slow up time to get people their food, but so does any other high demand restaurant. I saw someone who ordered online and came to pick up their food, wait for a good 15-20 mintues because their food still wasn t ready. As for me I do walk-ins sometimes and it should never take dang near an hour to prepare a sandwich and fries that defeats the whole purpose of it being called fast food. Sometimes I walk in and not a lot of people are there and I ll still wait almost an hour to get my food. And the thing is you could be waiting for almost a hour all for it to be wrong, I ve learned my lesson to check my bag before I leave just to make sure I got what I payed for. Maybe hire more people who can work on online orders and the other half of employees are focused on walk-ins. Also hire people who care about getting the job done as quick and effectively as possible. It s just a suggestion I hope service improves. (Update: I went to another wingstop just to see if the lateness on getting food out was an entire wingstop franchise thing and I can I tell you it s not it s just a one store thing because within maybe 15-25 minutes of walking into this different wing stop sore I got my food and they were semi-busy so to the Wingstop on town E road do better fr like I said if it s because y all are too busy hire more people to focus on online orders and other people to focus on walk-ins )

1. My 20 peice wings was missing had to reorder my wings and go back up their. 2. My honey mustard sauce was butter mixed with chicken grease that is very unacceptable. 3. The resturant was very dirty the trash can was overflowing with trash by the drink machine disgusting. Decided to dine in as I thought it would be a good idea since the lobby was empty and only 2 other tables were occupied. Went and got my drink and to my surprise all the drinks are flat. They are CONSTANTLY messing up orders. My girlfriend wanted to treat us to dinner and spent nearly $50 just for them to get the order wrong. We asked for a 24 count of the classic wings with lemon pepper, garlic parmesan, and Cajun. Instead we got boneless and tenders and the only flavor they got right was the Cajun. They need to replace the whole staff at this point.

If the staff spent more time on the job at hand and not playing, then things would probably be on time and correct. We always order from this wingstop, since its the closest one to our house. Theres been many instances where they got our order mixed up, or just dont give us our items. To me, wingstop is very expensive, so we dont get it too often, but if we are going to pay alot we expect to get everything we ordered. Last time we went we checked the food, we ordered classic, and they gave us boneless. I showed them the receipt and told them they mixed up our order. The girl who was working the cash register at the time gave us a nasty look, then told us that they gave us all the wings we ordered. I told them that they were boneless and not classic. She seemed so bothered, I even showed her the receipt. She then went to the back and got us another 10 boneless wings, which we didnt want! We just wanted the classic we ordered, especially since classic wings are more expensive. I was so disappointed.. in order to not argue with her anymore we just took what we got and left. I get that its busy all the time, and I know this kind of job can be stressful, but if were paying alot of money, why not give us what we actually ordered??? That order came out to 85 bucks and we got an order that would have cost 40 bucks..

Completely dissatisfied with my delivery. I received the wrong order, and that was not the deliverers fault. It was Wingstops. I tried calling the actual location and I was redirected to someone in another country. I was on hold for about 2 hours and was transferred about 6 different times before I was transferred to Corporate. They assured me Id get an emailed gift card, but I did not, and I was told I would be refunded, but still have not neither. So disappointed!

This Wingstop in particular used to be so good. It s not anymore. The wings are SO bland now. Wet or dry, the flavor isn t there. When you take a bite of a wing and can t even tell what seasoning you chose, that s a problem. The wet ones didn t have any flavor either which was also odd. Then, the wings are so overcooked it s like chewing a flip flop. So if you like bland chicken jerky then this is the place for you! If not, I suggest not spending the money to eat here unfortunately. Wings are already expensive, they should at least be good and edible and you re not getting that experience here. Also, the fries just suck. They were super soggy.

Me and my husband wanted to enjoy wings for lunch together so of course we were going to order the Boneless Wing Meal Deal which is advertised on their window and on their website that you get 20 boneless wings (includes 4 flavors of your choice) a large fry and 2 dipping sauces my husband orders this and he is told by Trinity that is does not exist and they can t do that for him because no meal that exists has 20 wings in it when CLEARLY they do because that is what is advertised on their window and she proceeded to make my husband order EVERYTHING separately and pay more in the end. The customer service here is terrible the way I was taught growing up is the customer is always right especially when what they want is advertised and never belittle your customers and make them feel dumb. I step into the restaurant and I see only one lady assisting customers and helping. And the other one sitting down in the corner just staring and I assumed she was either on break or has an foot injury. So I waited 5 minutes and mind you nobody was at the register to place an order the lady that was sitting down was Hispanic and light skin with an red iPhone. This occured on February 14,2024 at 1pm. And this location was not busy at this time. So if your not in a rush and not wanting to place an order in person, this is the right location for you.

Made an online order 18-22 min wait. I arrived with 3 mins left of the 22 min wait. After an additional 40 minute wait, I walk to the counter to inquire about my order. I was told they couldn t locate it in the kitchen, and they would get started on it right now. 20 minutes later, still no food. I had to ask yet again! She said they are doing it now and disappeared. The cook came up and asked me what I ordered (10 wings, one sandwich and fries). I finally got my food. The ticket said 11:45am I got my food at 1:05pm. Very disappointed!

Back to back to back, 3 separate times in a ROW we ordered, and received completely inedible wings, and Im not exaggerating, they were literally cooked to a crisp hard rock. I gave the benefit of the doubt this time, and tries, just one more time, but after waiting over an hour instead of the said 17 minutes, they not only got my order wrong the first time, they got it wrong the second time as well, and to top it off, they were burnt! AGAIN. is there not a timer on these things? Is the cashier cooking the food instead of the cooks? I dont understand how something can be cooked this bad, this many times, in a row. This location is usually always busy, they should hire more trained employees. The cashiers dont even ask your name so you can claim your order, get ready so you can show up. With the cashier, if you dont do it like this, youll be waiting for hours. The cooks should grab their pants before going to work, one of those people would pick them up all the time.

The location is always busy and always packed when i go there, which usually is a good sign. Hence why i come here. I understand when its busy the food is late but i expect it to be late because a new batch of food is being fried or being prepared fresh. I recommend ordering 1-2 hours ahead. Keep in mind you re not the only one ordering big family meals. When you arrive there it s a 50/50 chance they ll attend you. At 2:45pm on 12/30/2023 I placed an order on line requesting pickup at 5:30pm. Upon receiving confirmation via email at 2:50pm it showed it would be ready between 23 and 28 minutes. I called the store number and have been on hold for 25 minutes. I hear someone picking up and replacing the call on hold. Follow up. Well not on Sunday Dec 17 23 i called ahead of time and still had to wait 15 mins for my order well when i get home my wings are over cooked super dry my fries had a bit of fries towards the top but the bottom of basket it was nothing but crums smh . I ve been coming to this location for many years, it s definitely one of the better ones in the area. It s a little bit further that the ones closer to me, but I don t mind the extra time spent since it s usually so good. I glanced over my food containers before I left, everything appeared to be in order. I ve never usually had any issues so I didn t worry too much. I even came a little early and it was ready at the time they said it would be. Unfortunately, I came home to find the boneless wings I ordered were the wrong flavor, but also just tasted very off. It tasted almost like spoiled barbecue sauce and also was very tough. The appearance of them was also very bad, but I figure they were at least worth a try. I was very wrong. My friend also agreed, after a couple bites we decided to not even eat them. It was like maybe it had been sitting, like it was old or just nearly rancid. They were very sad looking. In addition, all of the bone-in wings also seemed a little overcooked or dry. It was like if the wings had been left under a heat lamp for a good while, retossed and then served. The fries and ranch, were excellent as always though, everything else was borderline inedible. It s incredibly unfortunate, I really like this location.
