I just had lunch here, my stuffed pita was amazing , service was awesome, but a door dasher was here while the two staff members were a bit busy due to all the foot traffic and as I was eating the poor staff members got screamed at , called names & the door dasher was very hostile with one staff member which I m assuming is the morning manager, she was very calm and collected but I just didn t appreciate seeing a door dasher talk to employees in such a demeaning manner, overall it was a successful lunch break for me! I hope the two ladies have a good rest of their day besides that they seem very genuine and kind

They messed up our online order. Came home to find out one dish was missing. Called back and the cashier s attitude wasn t the best. No apology. Told us we can come back to pick it up. Since last two times they have been messing up my online pick up orders. On both occasions we ordered extra hummus and extra falafel but they never gave us the extra stuff which we paid for. Today they forgot to give us pita bread that comes with the family order along with extra sides which were paid. Called back the store to report but the manager s attitude was very bad. We live 25 mins away from the store and this is the nearest to us and manager wanted us to drive back for the items they did not put in the pick up order. No sorry or apology received from the manager or staff once. If it weren t for the experiences we had inChicago with naf naf i would never come back to this chain.

Naf naf is one of my favorite place to eat madittarian food. But recently service gone so down we went two times almost 1:30 and 2 hour before closing time. They already put all the chairs on table and we entered in restaurant they said they don t have rice and pitas you and you can t dine in. I can understand if it s 5 min before closing time they can do it but this is still long time for closing. It s my favorite restaurant and they really disappoint me. We just left restaurant without any food.

TERRIBLE SERVICE I dropped over 180 bucks (including a 10+ dollar tip even though we picked it up) my wife gets home and half the order is missing. She goes back and they proceed to push back for a hour on what was or even should be included in our order. Now Im not even talking about the expensive part, theyre pushing back in the filler stuff like rice! The girl had the audacity to tell her (incorrectly) what was and wasnt included in the family meal while standing right under the menu description, honey turn around and look up and read! I get that mistakes happen, people are human, just these jokers handled a rather large oversight horribly. NEVER again will I spend a single cent here and I will do my best to tell everyone I know to do the same. Naf Naf Grill, if you are reading this (I doubt that you are) you messed up and had us waiting for the better part of a hour, during which time you could have made SOME sort of overture to make things right or at LEAST get the order right, you did neither before we gave up on you. I hope you go out of business, the sooner the better.

There have been few times in my life that I have regretted not trying something sooner and NafNaf is one of those times. The staff was helpful and the food was AMAZING. The steak was tender and flavorful, the pita bread warm and fluffy. But what was the absolute clincher for me was the garlic sauce. This sauce will forever live in my mouths hall of fame. It s better than your first taste of ranch as a child. I would eat a boot if they cooked it and added that sauce. 10 out of 10 I will come again. And aging and again and again.

Overall my plate was good. I liked the crispy chicken. My pita was fresh and warm. Fries were good. The chicken shawarma was not my favorite. It was very dry and not very flavorful. I have had Naf Naf before in Minnesota and have craved it ever since. Today, the food was just as delicious as I remembered, but the service at 12:45pm on Tuesday 3/7 was some of the worst I ve ever experienced. The restaurant was completely empty when I walked in (which was crazy for lunch time), and it took near 2 minutes for any staff to appear. She didn t even look at me, let alone say anything to greet me, until she had washed her hands and got to her post at the start of the service station. And then with no smile and the tone of your presence is an inconvenience to me , she finally looked up and said What do you want? The rest of the service was in as few words as she could manage, and as soon as I paid, she retreated to the back again. I couldn t wait to get out of there fast enough, and was glad I had planned to enjoy my meal at home.

I really enjoyed dining at Naf Naf! I am a vegetarian and I find it difficult to find much food that has more than a salad to it. The falafels are perfect protein! They make the food here, it s not frozen and then cooked. It s freshly made. I had a platter and it was all very good. Many exciting flavors. The pita bread was so fluffy and delicious. Good food. Maybe we came at a bad time, but our food was cold where it should have been hot. Didnt get fresh pita for some reason even though they have a bakery behind them. Feels very clean, a little hollow, and evokes pinterest In atmosphere. No sugar in lemonade or tea as an option from soda fountain, I ve never seen fuse tea in texas without it being fuse-raspberry. So thats a sight to behold. All in all, great if you re on a diet. (They portion pretty small)

Nice place and tasty food. May be not too much quantity or variety but the items are tasty. Good variety of sauces too. Quantity is medium and filling. When we went for lunch there are 3 to 4 staff members including the 2 girls behind the counter. Reason for my 3 star rating is that, one of the girls seems to be moody and robotic. May be she is having a bad day. I feel people who are at the counter need to maintain happy or at least smiling face . Other than that nice place to eat..

Really good Mediterranean fare with great service. The manager greeted us and was friendly and accommodating. I love their crispy chicken, the falafel, and the baba ghanoush. I have never had a bad meal here. I love the food and the service. Try it, you ll love it! We always get takeout, and mix up what we get between bowls, plates, and sometimes sandwiches. Falafel pita is fantastic! Vegetarian options: Hummus, falafel, rice, salads. I bring my herbivore friends here and they really like it.

From the moment I walked in, Trinidad greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel incredibly welcome. Not only did she provide exceptional customer service, but she also had a wealth of knowledge about the menu and was able to recommend the best falafel wrap options. The restaurant itself had a charming and cozy atmosphere, with clean and comfortable seating areas. The falafel sandwich I ordered was absolutely delicious. The falafels were perfectly crispy on the outside and had a flavorful and tender interior. The accompanying fresh vegetables, tangy sauce, and soft pita bread complemented the falafel perfectly. Overall, my experience at this restaurant was outstanding, thanks in large part to Trinidads wonderful service. Came in at 9:00pm an hour before they close. Employees were too busy talking to eachother and not listening to make our order correctly and were just throwing in whatever. We wanted the sauce on the side and due to them not listening it got put in the bowl. We re also out of rice and we re obviously not going to be making more . You have 4 things on your menu and are not going to make more of your main item when you are still open for an hour? Also got home and everything is ice cold, we live 5 minutes from here so it should still be hot if it was hot in the first place. Won t be returning.

This food tasted absolutely disgusting. Couldn t take more than a couple bites and trashed it. Shawarma chicken tasted like old goat meat. Way too salty and idk what flavor it was but it was like someone dumped a jar of cumin or some dirt flavored herbs all over the couscous And They should call their fries chips. Opted for a bowl with rice. Rice wasnt warm. My choice of protein was chicken shawarma and it didnt feel warm or fresh either. Sauces seem to be watered down, lacked flavor. The employee was clearly tired. She wasnt paying attention to the instructions. She shouldnt have overworked. Take a break and serve prople what they pay for. They do not allow half and half protein.

We got the family style for a little party, and everyone loved it. We got the chicken Shawarma with all the fixings so you can make your own bowl or pita. The sauces it came with were delicious. The hummus, and Baba ganoush were so good and the pita was really fresh! Trinidad (the manager) did such a great job of making sure we had everything we needed and that we were happy!

First of all, the restaurant itself is beautiful! Very clean and modern. My wife and I decided to come try this for lunch and man we were impressed! The owner was extremely kind and thoughtful as we told him it was our first time here. He explained a few of the middle eastern delicacies that we weren t familiar with and even offered us a free small cup of lentil soup to try! The falafel was honestly the best I ve had! Very light, crispy, and definitely fresh! The owner cooked my crispy chicken in front of me so you know it s top notch. Highly recommend and definitely would come back!

This was our first time here and loved it! Its delicious middle eastern comfort food!! Everything was so fresh and YUMMY, the falafel, to die for, the pita bread, warm and fresh; the rice is addictive!! :) you have to try everything!! Portions were big and fulfilling. Staff was very friendly and attentive, I just had knee surgery and walked in with a walker and the manager went above and beyond to try to accommodate me in a table that was comfortable. My dad took me here to convince me it s better than CAVA. The owner helped every customer that came in with questions and walked them through the menu and process. He gave me free samples of the falafel (super crispy) and the lentil soup (so good we ended up buying some to take home after we finished eating). Very good experience eating here for my first time. Extremely clean and orderly and the staff helped me chose what to get with friendly suggestions of the flavors and what to expect. Although the cuisine wasnt new to me, some of the flavors were better than I expected for a fast food place, especially because everything tasted fresh. The owner came to our table and gave us a bowl of lentil soup free of charge. It was super flavorful! Dont hesitate to visit, and try something new. Hubby and I tried this for lunch today and it s definitely a new favorite! It s build your own bowl/plate/salad/pita. The staff were patient, helpful, willing to give samples and explained each offering. The food was amazingly delicious. I got the crispy chicken bowl with rice and veggies that comes with a pita. We went for the first time and were greeted by Amir, the owner/operator. He greeted us enthusiastically, explained how the ordering worked and even made recommendations on what to try. The food was fantastic. The restaurant was clean. The service was excellent. It s a Chipotle-style restaurant but the flavors are more fresh and flavorful. I had a party of seven.
