Messed up my order both times I visited this location. Asked for no onions repeated this to the cashier. She was acting rudely also. Ended up taking over twenty minutes to get my order when it wasn t busy both times I have been there. Won t visit this location again.

Dillas is good when they actually put food in between the tortillas, but 9 times out of 10, its not even remotely filled. Even when I get extra cheese and meat, its just not full enough to be as expensive as it is. The ONLY redeeming quality about this place is their Primo Queso and Chips, which is absolutely amazing! They also respect when I ask for no cilantro. Ive never had cilantro on my dilla and I truly appreciate that. So their attention to detail is great, chips and queso delicious, but no filling in their dillas.

3- Stars - easily 5 if a few things could be perfected- Let me start off by saying, Dillas is amazing, great menu, great sauces - Good stuff in general. We frequently stop in for a quick and easy lunch/dinner. My big problem is with the inconsistent portioning of fillings in the quesadillas. Sometimes, you end up with a perfectly filled quesadilla loaded with meat, cheese, and veggies - on good days! Other days (like this evening) bad days you end up with a sad, half empty tortilla, barely anything in it (like 1/3 of the filling in comparison to the good days). I could only imagine turning off some first time customers when they order on a bad day , especially when factoring the money spent. My only other very (very very) minor critique is regarding the sauces - maybe the sauces shouldnt be put inside the container with the hot quesadilla, the churri sauce especially is so much better cold!

I went to the location on the 6th of April, 2024. I ordered the hot hatch gorilla style quesadilla. Upon opening the box, I noticed that there was very little chicken on the tortilla. The tortilla was not put together correctly, meaning there were very few toppings. I spoke to Jacob, who claimed to be the manager, and he said to my face that nothing could be done about it. He said he knew the quesadilla had meat on them because he fixed them himself, which he lied about. I proceeded to ask him what that has to do with anything. I even opened up my plate to show him. I said, Are you serious? I showed him the food, and he said, I can t do anything about it. I said well I need your regional number because I have never felt this way ever. I begin to get very irritated due to the way he spoke to me. This location needs attention and a new staff because I notice people of color get treated differently. I asked for a refund and he was talking to someone in the kitchen stating she wants a refund and he proceeded to say well I m going to have to get your food. I told him that s absolutely fine I just prefer a refund because I refuse to take this type of service when I m the paying customer. The young guy Jacob was very hostile and aggressive. I will never visit this location ever again. The location has a bunch of childish individual who lack customer service and empathy. It start from the bottom I can only imagine. He was talking to the workers and everyone stopped to look and listen. I don t know who made him a manager or leader but he attempted to embarrass me because I complained about my food I purchased with my hard earned money. As a leader/manager you are held to a higher standard but Jacob is not manager material. I will never go back to this location. I felt very humiliated. It appears they treat people this way thinking someone wants free food when the quality and quantity is horrible. The reviews speaks for itself, I m not the only one. Update: My husband decided to give it another try because I was craving it so badly. Lucas the manager is very respectful and he apologized for the prior experience we received. I will only go to this location when Lucas is working. The best time to go is during the day. I appreciate Kyle the CEO and Jacob the Area Leader for going above and beyond and allowing me and my family to give this location another chance. Lucas made our experience a positive one and we will definitely return. This is how you run your business simply because the customers are the ones who bring you the business. I m all about respect regardless of the skin color. I respect all as long as it s being reciprocated. We all should be able to get along.

Been going to Dillas since their only location opened was the one in Plano. Its fresh and tasty. I cant remember a week I havent gone lately in the past years, at least me or my husband go once a week. The hot hatch is where its at and the chips and queso. The fires are good too. You can get any Dilla as a salad too. They also have fresh brewed sweet and unsweet tea and lemonade. We always said this place would take off and it is and I am so happy for them that they have grown so much over the years. Good food. Great people. It wont be long before you will be able to find a Dilla anywhere you go!

If you are ordering the salad version of a quesadilla, the salad needs to have the same amount of meat and other ingredients as the quesadilla would. For $12 they just sprinkled it on a bowl full of spinach. I asked for more meat and they did give that, but I just thought it was bogus I had to ask for what I payed for in the first place. The food was good. However, the service sucked. I ordered the cheese fries and it was rang up incorrectly. I kept asking them to correct it and they kept looking around when asking like I was asking a math equation. Instead of just telling me no they wouldnt correct it. Not lead me on

They gave our food to someone else and then tried to make excuses. Then we got our food after 2 families that came after us got theres. When we finally got our food mo apology and no extra something to make up for what they did. We wont be going back.

Haven t had Dillas in awhile. My excitement was quickly cut short. Not a fan of onion but can deal with them. Ordered my monster with no onion. It had onion. But the most disappointing part was the portions. You can see the lack of brisket in the photo. Barely any meat in this 17 dollar quesadilla.. tons of cilantro and onions and cheese.
