Contacted Underwood Law Offices after MetLife cancelled my Long Term Disability for a ridiculous (not even related to my job) reason. Natalie was fantastic and now I feel like I may get the support this insurance company is supposed to provide. Will update this review as we progress.

Nick Scott is a person of amiable character; however, I would exercise caution in endorsing his legal representation for any litigation matters. Dealing with contentious legal adversaries and complex litigation, demands a certain degree of resoluteness. Nick, unfortunately, does not exhibit the tenacity required to secure the full extent of what is rightfully owed to you. In my experience, his negotiations yielded only a sum sufficient to cover my legal fees, leaving me with nothing to compensate for my claims. Throughout our discovery phase, Nick showed a tendency to confuse intricate case details and had difficulty procuring responses from the opposing party. Even after securing an agreement that proved to be unfavorable, he encountered insurmountable obstacles in attempting to secure payment or garner any form of response from the opposing legal team. Currently, I find myself burdened solely with a substantial legal expense, without any benefit or compensation. Working with Nick turned out to be a waste of time and money.

Mark and his team are great. Mark was upfront and honest with me. He made sure I knew what was happening with my case every step of the way. He told me upfront about the expected timelines and any delays were communicated to me right away. His team was always very quick to respond to my emails and/or text. Underwood Law did an awesome job on getting my case settled (especially since it was done in the middle of Covid). I would recommend him to anyone. He is honest and that s worth so much!!!

I needed to get my SSDI and knew I wasnt going to get it done correctly myself. Mark and Natalie did a great job of not only getting the job done but explaining to me the process in a way I can understand. They help my brother out. Austin did most of the work from what I could tell from the outside.... Austin exhibited exceptional representation during the hearing. Office staff was always friendly, professional, and honest - even thought I did not always agree with their response(s). Their representation fee was a little high (MY opinion); but, they did not have any hidden fees or agendas.

Mark Underwood represented me a few years ago and done a fabulous job. There was no meetings, phone calls, etc. The paperwork they needed was mailed to you & mailed back to him. Mark Underwood was a great attorney for me and has helped get throught this difficult situation. One of the reason I chose him was because he listened and made sure he was there through the whole process of court especially of not understanding the process of court system and the big words which does not make sense to me. The legal world is not what you expect, and most of us expect it to work like what weve seen on TV. In all reality, the American court system is whatever a judge wants it to be on any given day. I interviewed and talked with about four different lawyers and none of them actually listened and offered a thoughtful approach as Mark Underwood did. I was referred to this attorney through my brother who is also an attorney. A peer reference is always excellent. They handled my husbands claim with social security. I spoke with Mark at length on the phone and he agreed the case had merit. Then the rest of my dealings were with Natalie Hall. I have worked in customer service my whole life. I know how you should treat clients. Believe me customer service is a dying art. Anyway Natalie was excellent, beyond excellent. Kind, patient, wise, knows all the answers to my questions. My particular case was handled quickly by the government. I would refer anyway with a disability claim to this law firm. I cant stress enough how kind they were. I was not a file number. These cases are difficult enough for the family so you dont need an attorney who doesnt make time for you. These guys are great.
