Food was great, but service was bad. No refills on water and we were there for nearly two hours. Took forever for waiter to come out of hiding, we had no water, no soup and no salad. We had to flag him down and ask for each thing, took three times for him to get them refilled. It wasnt busy when we arrived. Super slow inattentive waiter. Usually great service so not sure what was going on .

Excellent Dining Experience! I had an amazing experience at Olive Garden! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm, friendly atmosphere. The staff was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was absolutely delicious the breadsticks were fresh and addictive, and the pasta was cooked to perfection. I highly recommend the Chicken Alfredo, and the salad was crisp and flavorful. Portion sizes were generous, and we left feeling more than satisfied. Great value for the price! Our waiter went above and beyond service even was mindful enough to wish me a Happy Birthday overhearing my mothers birthday wishes to me. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience for my family and I and for you genuine, great service. Recently visited the Olive Garden in McKinney and was very impressed. I highly recommend the Tour of Italy to get a bit of everything all in one entree. Also recommend the Black tie dessert. Atmosphere was clean and fairly quiet by the bar on a busy afternoon. Our waitress Katelyn was very sweet and attentive. The host Liam was welcoming and very accommodating. The manager on staff was regularly checking on tables and ensuring a good experience. Best Italian restaurant in the area. Kid-friendliness: Waitress was very patient with young children.

Everyone loves olive garden right however I am 1 person who does not like being told that at 1 place we give military discounts and at another location I am told no we dont do that makes no sense especially since all of olive gardens are corporate owned so I go into the Mckinney location today and I ask do they do lunch specials I was told by Brayden that no they dont so I ask for the Mgr so some old white guy with a white beard and his gut hanging over his belt came out said whats the problem I explained to him the other location Ive gone to for over 28 yrs have always honored military discount and even on weekends they do lunch specials if ask etc Mgr said yeah I heard from 4 different people that that location does that but his location doesnt really it should be 1 way or other across the board with policy I was so aggravated and to top it off he ask what I wanted I began to give him my order he cuts me off and says give your order to your server as if because hes a Mgr hes too good to take my order said he had a phone call to go to right and then he tells me hes been a Mgr at the Allen store etc as if I give a damn about him stroking his ego give me a break corporate this guy is a joke but hey Im just a lowly customer of 28 yrs will never go back

June 19 2024 lunch service at 11:30am. No waiting, immediately seated. Reasonable wait for drinks and food. Standard olive garden food... consistent and predictable. Lunch portion of fettuccine Alfredo 660 calories was $11.99 portion size was appropriate.. price was higher than I would have preferred. Sep 10 2023 excellent server Ashley. Standard consistent olive garden food. Portion size is enormous. May 28 2023 1pm seated without delay, restaurant very busy with families with small kids, but well behaved. Took drink order quickly, food took 20+ minutes. Waitress did not check back in for 20+ minutes by which time we were finishing our meals. Standard consistent olive garden food, it was good but not exceptional, especially at $17 for fettuccine Alfredo and $21 for chicken tortellini.

Updated June 11, 2024 It s been a year I think since we first dined here. Today was the exact same yet a different server named Angelica C. She was as awesome as Bryce (server on our first visit) and she too helped us decide. Atmosphere was the same, food was fantastic, manager checked on us during our meal and they wished a nice evening when we left. I d definitely come back to dine again. Original Review. Nice atmosphere, clean, including the restroom, food was fresh, tasted great and looked appetizing. Our server was Bryce, who was attentive, pleasant, helped us decide when we were unsure which selections to make and his recommendations were spot on. We will visit without hesitation and will ask for Bryce s section.

Olive Garden used to be one of my favorite restaurants but recently the quality of their salads is gone pot. The liver ending salad is nut. Never end it anymore. It doesnt seem always wilted lettuce the bowl. My zuppa had a rotten spots In the potatoes. General, the main dishes that ive ordered in the last couple of trips have been Inferior.

Love eating here! Pretty high dollar experience but my family live this place! When including the entertainment element to your visit its well worth it to come here. The atmosphere is very fun and laid back. Food comes out fast and the drinks are quickly refilled. Our assigned waitress was definitely not on her game. The waiter in the next section over (Aaron I believe) was awesome! The food was Ok. Tour of Italy? The lasagna needed a tiny bit more seasoning and the pasta as well. I used 20 cracks of pepper extra, and it was like. I didnt like how I asked for a different cup because a particle was inside my lemonade. the server took my cup after looking closely :) she brought it back, but the same particle was still in the cup and yes I looked cause she came back very quick :( and that made me feel like if they dropped food on the food and no one was looking, they would also serve it. I dont come back to establishments like this.

I recently dined at Olive Garden and had a fantastic experience. I must give a special shoutout to our server, Abby, who not only served our food piping hot but also greeted us with a warm and friendly demeanor. The chicken marsala dish was absolutely delightful, cooked to perfection with tender chicken and rich marsala sauce. And lets not forget about the minestrone soup, which has always been my all-time favorite at Olive Garden - it never disappoints! Overall, the combination of excellent service from Abby and delicious dishes like the chicken marsala and minestrone soup made for a truly enjoyable dining experience. Highly recommended!

I havent had any issues with this particular Olive Gardens food unit during my most recent visit. I almost always order the Chicken Parmesan with red sauce but this time, the red sauce tasted absolutely horrible. It was waaay too acidic to the point it tasted like I vomited in my mouth. The only saving grace for my meal was using some of the alfredo sauce that we ordered for the bread sticks. I mixed it up with the pasta and It didnt have that awful taste anymore. Other than that issue, there was nothing else wrong with my meal. The salad was good, the bread sticks were good and the raspberry lemonade was good as always.

Went to Olive Garden on March 13,2024. Went to pay for my meal and the box on the table didn t work. So I gave my card to a gentleman and he said he could ring me up. After waiting for around 5 to 7 minutes later a women came by my table and said she would ring me up . She went to the cash register that wasn t far from the table I was sitting at. The next day I started getting all the charges on my card. Door dash -Walmart Com- Amazon - Cricket . I don t use this card very often , so to me this is my opinion that the employees at this restaurant took down my card information.

Disappointing service overshadows and otherwise pleasant experience. Each dish showcased great taste and I felt fully satisfied after, making it all the more disappointing that the front-of-house experience fell short. the atmosphere is great and offers lots of great seating options however we were regretfully sat with Garrett. Our server was the one thing we wish we could change because of the remarks and comments that were made throughout the service. I felt the atmosphere of the restaurant crumble when our server decided to interrupt us multiple times but also to when they spoke to us in a disingenuous and robot-like manner.

Love the chicken tortellini ravioli... worth all 2000 calories! The shrimp and chicken carbonera is also terrific. My boys love the sampler... as it is huge! The endless salad and soup with bread sticks is always a winner- and definitely get the Alfredo dip for the breadsticks... but the very best on the menu is the Italian doughnuts... absolutely off the charts. It was just as expected. I sure wish they would get some lighter dishes like Lemon Caper Chicken or Veal. All dishes are nice, but most are heavy. Service is great every time. I tried kahlua and coffee. It was perfect for a cold day. Served in a large cup. Food

I dont expect much if I decide to dine here, its not real Italian, it mostly comes out of a package and quite honestly the flavor is always just mediocre. Service is what you expect at that level of service, its hit or miss.

I went from Irish to Italian as soon as I walk through the door. This place is my true weakness. The salad and breads ticks alone is a meal. Me and the wife celebrate birthdays here love it all.

Its a great place to go for Italian food. It is med priced. The give you all you want of there soup and or salad with hot bread sticks while you wait for your meal. If you prefer only the soup, salad and bread sticks, then you can purchase them alone.I love them all. Thats what I had. My daughter got the fried chicken fettuccine and my granddaughter got the regular chicken fettuccine. It was all wonderful. We will all differently go back many more times. Our waitress was great! She stayed up with all our requests. Everything Ive ever got there has been GREAT. So go and enjoy.

INFORMATION STOLEN BEWARE! I started using one specific card when going out to keep better track of how much I m spending and it s rarely used. This olive gardens was the ONLY place I used my card that I didn t insert myself sometime last week. Found a $900 charge to Apple on NOV 29th thank God I was quickly able to get refunded and that it wasn t my debit card. BEWARE with the holidays coming around people are desperate and it s not safe having waiters take your cards anymore demand to make the payment yourself at front.

Well, not very pleasant. It took a little time for someone to come to our table. I havent been to Olive Garden since covid, but I remember a little better food and service. My pasta and broccoli were overcooked. I dont ever try again because I dont trust. No one came to ask my daughter if she would like more soup. It just wasnt how I remembered, disappointed Kid-friendliness: Nice kid menu, but pizza overcooked. Did have a good variety of options
