Insanity. We will never ever come back on a weekend. They need to reevaluate how many people they let in per hour because it had to have been at or over the capacity of what that tiny place can hold. If a fire marshal had been there, they would have probably shut it down.

We booked a party here & although the kids enjoyed themselves this place is way too small for parties. Prior to the party we were asked how many kids would be attending & less than what we told them showed up. (17 kids ) they have packages for up to 20 so we didn t over do it. But Kids are not driving themselves to a party , & they have 2 parents . That s about 51 ppl (minimum) in this little small party room ON TOP OF the general public that aren t apart of the party coming in. There is and was nowhere for ppl to sit . The pay included a dance party & there was no where for the kids to dance it was so crowded . Our guests were outside and in their cars. We literally had to wait to move around in the place bc like others have stated there is no walk room and there should be reservations made or capacity limit set for ppl to actually enjoy this space. I think they should ve thought bigger with this place & should take notes or suggestions from the other similar places (jungle land , Dino kids, cheeky monkey ) it has potential but def needs expansion! We were on to of each other the whole party even the hostess/employees.

My son absolutely loves coming here with his friends they can t get enough of it! This indoor playground is the newest gem in the area, and it s incredibly clean and well-maintained. We find ourselves bringing the kids here at least three times a month because it s so much fun for my son. If you re looking for a fun and clean spot for your little ones to burn off some energy, I can t recommend this place enough!

This indoor playground is my favorite spot for arranging playdates! The variety of activities keeps my kids entertained for hours, and they always leave with big smiles on their faces. The facility is also very clean, and I ve noticed that the staff regularly sanitizes the equipment.

Facility was clean and refreshingly cool. The parent chairs were tiny and uncomfortable. There is no water fountain, so your only option is to buy bottled water from them. The staff was professional, but not super friendly. The size of the place is perfect for small children. The set up/play areas are very cute and seem to be good quality.

This is a new type of playground with advanced equipment. With projection games, piano slides, ocean balls, Ufos, a kitchen for young people, a carousel and a slide, the kids love it here. Compared with other amusement parks, this side feels much cleaner, there are often seen the staff to tidy up and do the hygiene. Makes me feel at ease

It s a shame how quickly this place went downhill! I ve visited a few times with my toddler and while he loves it every time we go, I ve noticed every time we go that there s more and more damage done to the toys and rides with no fixing them in sight. I feel like a place like this makes enough money to make the necessary repairs, yet it sits. Upon my last time visiting, I noticed a very sick toddler was allowed entry. This child was noticeably ill, coughing up phlegm, his mother even carrying around a snot rag to wipe his endlessly draining nose I feel as though it should be policy to decline entry for sick children as best as you can, as I now have a sick toddler at home. I know the risks involved when bringing your child to these play places, but it shouldn t be acceptable to let in obviously sick children to get the rest of the children playing sick, too. Disappointing! I hope they get stricter on their rules, cleaning and repairs.

I love that this place doesn t use any fragrances! It s so hard to find a fun place that is safe for kids, chemically. We are truly happy to be able to play here and breathe easy. The only critique I have is that the tables and chairs in the center of the facility are not commercial grade and wobbly. They also take up a great amount of space where kids could ride the cars. Perhaps something like a lunch table would be better.

This is a fun, cheerful environment for every little toddler. So much to do from a large ball pit to multiple slides or imaginary play options. The place is decorated bright and makes for a happy time for the little ones. There are security cameras throughout the playland that can be viewed in a big screen tv in the main sitting area for the adults. Make sure to bring socks, no shoes allowed for anyone. Highly recommended Cheerland for the 2-5 yr old range, you won t be disappointed!

Unsafe place for kids. The slides do not have proper foam cushioning. My 2 year old son bruised his face and management did not have any answers and started blaming on my son how he used the slide. Attaching the picture of the slides and toddlers bruised face.

The new place in this area for kids to go. I think it is suitable and enjoyable for children under age 6 because this place is kinda small. My 3 years old loved it a lot (even cried so hard when we left the place). My older 8 years old was on the other hand (likes Urban Air better). It is worth to give it a try.

Great experience for myself, mom, and my 18 month old daughter. The staff were extremely nice and constantly cleaning which made me feel good. My daughter loved it and best of all she was exhausted and went to sleep FAST that night!! Happy mama!! Definitely recommend!!

It is worth mentioning that the venue is very clean! The playground is clearly divided, and you can clearly see what the children are doing when you sit in your seat. There are also a lot of amusement equipment, the staff are very friendly, and the children are having a lot of fun The whole playground is brightly colored, especially suitable for everyone to check in and take pictures. I plan to arrange it here for my next birthday.

Omgooosh this place is epic!! Fantastic for ages 0-3yrs Id say. The lady at the front desk was soo sweet and helpful and the place feels very light and clean! The upstairs area is geared towards ages 1-2yrs and theres all kinds of little places for imaginative play. Such as kitchen area, a workout bench with removable weight bar etc. My nanny kids had absolutely the greatest time ever! Comparable to other play places ij the area, price wise. Highly recommend it. Wouldnt recommend any older ages as its just too small for them.

My kids had a lot of fun, but I have some concerns as a parent. Something needs to be done about the bathroom situation. I appreciate the policy to wear socks in the play areas, but to require wearing socks in bathrooms is just gross. People would carry all that from the bathroom floor into the play area where kids are licking everything. We have been to this place twice and both times it was overcrowded. Ive noticed that many adults are sliding down the kid slides. Sometimes there were multiple adults climbing in the kids area at the same time, ignoring the weight limit, which was probably close to exceeded. I hope thats not dangerous, and I wish staff would watch for that because there are two floor structures and I dont want them to collapse. There is a plastic/rubber smell in the place, probably because its new. I like that staff were vacuuming periodically.

Although this place is really cute, it is way too over crowded. They need to take reservations for a better experience. There s only a small area with tables and no cubbies to put diaper bags in. There s signs everywhere saying do not climb slides and no one, including staff, is watching their kids. I keep losing my son in all the chaos. They have a lot of cars for the kids to drive around in and there s no room for them. Only one staff member there. We paid for two hours and only stayed for one. Will not be coming back.

We hosted our daughters 3rd birthday at CheerLand, and it was an amazing experience! The entire process was incredibly smooth: The party host communicated with us patiently and in detail before the event, discussing the theme, balloon colors, and every tiny detail meticulously. It gave us the impression that they are very professional with birthday parties! On the day of the party, CheerLand had already prepared all the decorations and balloons as per our request. All the food and drinks were also delivered on time, and our guests were well taken care of. The staff at CheerLand were incredibly friendly and patient, helping us decorate beautifully! All of our guests had a wonderful time. If you want a unique birthday and a perfect experience, I highly recommend this place!

Beautiful indoor playground, very friendly staff. Saw on several occasions the staff cleaning the floors and tables, as well as tidying up the entire location. My biggest recommendation is to implement reservations because there were entirely too many people there. Reservations would guarantee to enhance the quality of the experience for parents and children!

My 2 year old enjoyed this place. I would say its ideal for ages 3-5 because he seemed a little scared of some of the obstacle courses on the playground. It was crowded on a Thursday around noon. I really wish they had a nursing room or would atleast put a comfortable chair in the bathroom for moms who bring their babies. Its cleaner than other playgrounds because its new. Very colorful, bright, and fun. Reasonably priced. Definitely coming back.

My almost 2 year old loves Cheerland! This is the cleanest and most toddler friendly places that we have been to all summer. There are a variety of different play areas that allow kids to interact with others and be physically active. The owner is an amazingly sweet woman who my son loves! She works tirelessly to make this the best area for toddlers and young kids around the area. We have a membership and come almost everyday. I cannot say enough good things about this play place!

I took my 2.5 year old here today and it s very cute but not worth the money with all the other options in DFW in my opinion. Very small with tables in the center that take up a lot of room making it hard for kids to run around or drive the cars anywhere. They allow you to bring food in which I thought would be nice but quickly realized why other places don t, it s so gross! Crumbs everywhere and random crackers on the ground. None of the toys are in place so hard to play at the kitchen or with the cars bc the tools were missing. My son had fun but I would pick playstreet or Dinokidz over this anyway.

Great new and clean play place with friendly staff! It is crowded on the weekend with not a lot of places for parents to sit and also lacks free floor space to move about. My boys both 5 & 2 had a ton of fun, though! I will say that when the frog comes out and they play music on the speaker - the volume level is way too loud. My boys both held their ears asking to turn it down the whole time and wanted to leave until it was over. Other than those few things, none of them would deter us from coming back!

Love love love this place! Our first time there, I made the plunge and bought the annual pass! It is so worth it! This place is perfect for people with toddlers and for people who want to do some computer work while their kids play. The enclosed play area is not too big so you dont have to worry about your toddler going too far away. They have tables and chairs in the middle of the play area for the parents and they have free wi-fi! My toddler enjoyed it and honestly so did I! They have tons of activities, a ball pit, places to climb in, and so much more.

Great option for parents looking for an indoor play area. It was very clean, the staff were so friendly. Theres lots of options for the young kids. I have a 3 year old and 18 months old. Both enjoyed the playground/ball pit and the pretend play toys. It was a little crowded when we went because it was opening weekend. The cars were hard to maneuver around but it was a great time. Would def consider an annual pass if we lived closer.
