Just moved to the area and wanted to find pizza that isnt franchise, but a real mom and pop establishment. Was extremely impressed and so was the family. Ordered a large pepperoni and as soon as we started eating I immediately wished I would have grabbed 2 large pizza!!!! I wish I had more time to go into details about this place. I will at a later date. Ill just say this. Dont miss out. They also have a full bar and frozen margaritas. The girl at the bar, Cat, is awesome and very attentive. The food is very, very good. The owner is Mario and is a chef of 30 years. Be careful ordering an appetizer and a main course. The appetizers are huge. The red pizza sauce is homemade and unbelievably good. I cant say enough about the wonderful flavors here. As simple as it may seem, my favorite is the Italian sub. It is very technically correct as an Italian sub should be. They also have pizza by the slice, but I havent tried it yet because the slices are twice the size as your face!!!! Okay, Im done now and hungry. I forgot to mention the fish tacos. And there is so much more. I forgot to mention the Stromboli. Best Ive ever had.

Tried this place out yesterday. I had been hearing about it. Got to the counter to order it was an older lady helping. I had ask what comes on the side salad she had no clue. She even put her hands on her face like what do I say, Then a younger lady came and she asked her. She told me so I went ahead and order the side salad. She laughed and was very rude and said are you sure you want that it s very little. It said yes ma am I do it obvious that it is for the price. She said fine. Like was upset cause I didn t order anything else. My husband did order a slice of pizza and they are very generous with their slice pizza. Anywho as were waiting to get our order. She yelling back and forth to the other staff. And just had a stank face when other customer arrived to order. Who knows I might give them one more try, Will see

Love the pizza, but the owner (female) can sure make you feel like you are a bit of a nuisance. Daughter bday, we bought $200 plus of food, when we cut cake we needed about four more paper plates and were directly told NO by her. We only supply for our pizza . I completely understand not funding an entire kids party, but four paper plates....surely the profit margin is able to cover...The mood was ruined by the manner which she spoke. Oddly defensive. Tone was very rude We even called ahead to set up with management. The gentleman owner has been extremely accommodating and pleasant through the years.

Food was great but management sucked. She had the worst attitude ever. When I asked for a refill the guy at the counter had to go ask permission to do it. When we said something to her about the issues she blamed it on her staff and she knew damn well it was her. We could see her plainly have an attitude walking around and yelling at her staff. I would not go back to a place that treats employees and customers that way. It even bothered her that we asked for a to go box.

We ordered 2 of their Godfather pizzas and one XL. Total came out to $122.XX. I read the reviews before coming here. The reviews are what brought us to order from this establishment not to mention convenience because we had to be somewhere at 5:45 which was literally around the corner. I went on their website to order, however, the Godfather pizza was not an option to choose from on their website nor Menufy. So I called in to place my order at 4 p.m. ready to pick up at 5:30. I asked for two godfather meat lover pizzas One with extra extra sauce and olives one one side. I emphasized EXTRA Sauce. On their website the godfather pizza ranged from 24.95 - 39.95. I was charged 45 for one godfather pizza plus an extra 4 for the extra sauce. I questioned the pricing and brought up the website pricing. The young man was super nice trying to tell me that it was only online that I would be able to get that pricing. I tried. No luck. I asked if they could price match what their own website states. At this point I was talking with the manager. He tried to tell me he doesnt know about the website and its probably not their website when in fact it is. I tried explaining that its not right to advertise one price online then not have an option to order that item online. He then said they had to go up on their prices so the prices online are old. Again, not the customers fault. I still ordered the pizzas, I was just hoping they would honor their website pricing. Pizza was not ready when we arrived. We did not walk out of the establishment until 5:55. Making us late for our other appointment. Pizza was huge and the 2 gd and XL pizzas we bought was enough to feed the party of 22 adults. The pizza was decent not bad but definitely a pizza you want to eat warm. HOWEVER, after repeatedly emphasizing extra sauce the pizza with olives DID NOT have extra sauce. And paying $4 extra for sauce and not get it, is crazy. Overall if you want to try a place different from pizza hut, dominos etc. This is the place. Just make sure you get what you pay for. And eat your pizza warm.

The first time I ever ordered was last week through Uber Eats delivery. I went with the Antipasto Salad and Spaghetti and meatballs. It was fantastic. Today, I ordered via Uber Ears pick up-highly disappointed. Ordered at approximately 6:20 p.m. with a 6:42 pick up. Made it to the restaurant at approximately 6:40 and waited in line. While waiting in line a-here we go again- Hispanic female that works there keeps passing on front of me while Im in line, as if there is no other space in the place for which to pass. In my personal space as if Im not even there. She doesnt do this once. She does it multiple times even after I move. The intention to be rude is what got me. Shes all over the restaurant doing other things. Then she finally comes behind the counter to ask for my order. I explain that Ib ordered on line. She says she doesnt see it. She continues this for about 2 minutes. I explain that its impossible because I ordered quite a while ago via Uber Eats. She then says, Oh, okay. She walks away without an explanation. Guess what??? My order hadnt even been prepared. She comes back out 5 minutes or more later with the order that has been thrown together. Never again!!!!!!!!!! I wont order there ever again. And the food wasnt that great today. Ordered the Chicken Alfredo just to try something new. If youre Black, keep it moving!!! They arent friendly to us at all from what I experienced. Im wondering if I have something on my forehead that says its okay to try me.

Ive been coming here for some time now. Slices are huge. You might think you may be paying a pretty penny, until you see that one slice is like half a medium pizza. Owner Mario, has a background in culinary arts. You can tell. From the crust, the sauce, to the cheese and toppings. Mario has also added a full service bar that is adjacent to the main restaurant. Great, engaging, and extremely accommodating bartenders. I live close, but I work at night often, so I dont get to come here as often as Id like to. Very cool, casual spot. Pizza is exceptional, I need to branch out, and try more of the selections on the menu than just the pie.

I think most people that live near the restaurant in GP know this is probably the best pizza in town, maybe even the metroplex...it is definitely known for their delicious, exceptional, gourmet pizza---recently my husband and I were looking for a place to get pasta and some of the token places came to mind like Olive Garden, but when we were looking at OGs menu we could not justify how outrageous their prices have become. My husband pulled up Pizzaiolos menu and we saw we could order pasta from there and their prices were so reasonable. As delicious as their pizza is we thought we had nothing to lose. Happy to say their pasta is just as scrumptious as their pizza. It definitely hit the spot. Then we also noticed they have subs. Once again prices so reasonable and with only a few sandwich places around here within a short driving distance we thought we gotta try them. Today we had the Italian subs and yup delicious. We also ordered the Pizzaiolos salad with our pasta and it did not disappoint. The owner and the staff are also super nice. We are also excited to visit the bar and maybe do some karaoke when we have a babysitter haha. Dont sleep on this place for all the things. Also they do have lunch specials -pic posted:) Today 3/18 went back and had their pizza by the slice combo. Combo comes with choice of salad or soup. Had their margherita pizza and house salad. I am not a fan of pizza. I do love pasta though. They make an excellent pasta dish, it hasnt mattered what Ive ordered. Their bread is also really good! I try to order the cheesy bread once and ended up so full before my food even arrived. My friends are all fans of pizza and they enjoy the pizza here as well. The slices are really big and they do look quite tasty for pizza. Vegetarian options: A lot of the men you can be ordered without meat.

This has been my favorite pizza place in all of DFW. Pizza by the slice is as big as Serious Pizza but the quality is so much better. My family have been patrons for several years and never had any issues until yesterday. Our party of 3 ordered the following lunch special items: subway sandwich w/out onions, one slice of pizza with beef and olives, and finally one slice of meat lovers pizza. When our order arrived to our table, much to our surprise nearly the entire order was incorrect. The subway sandwich came loaded with onions, the beef pizza came only with olives (no beef), and our side salads had incorrect salad dressings. When I notified management/ownership of the orders, he questioned us as if we were trying to con him in some way and sided with his cashier who took the orders incorrectly in the first place. He refused to make any sort of concessions knowing we had been loyal patrons for many years and I was not sure how to receive that kind of attitude from him. I do know that I will no longer be a customer at this restaurant and am more than happy to send out a word of caution to those who might consider patronizing this business.

My wife and I visited Sunday, not impressed. They did not give me my order the way it was placed. My wife had to drive back to the establishment and get the rest of the order. First time. I liked the pizza. I didnt dine in but cashier was nice and offered to open the door for my giant 30 meat lovers pizza. It barely fit out the door. Im planning to go a 2nd time. Random thing but I like that their ham is sliced like pepperoni.

My 1st time to try this restaurant and it ended horribly. Menu prices were advertised online and on the wall as the same price (lower), when checking out it came out to $19.00 dollars. About $5 for the small caesar salad and $11 for the spaghetti. The portion size was extremely small for both the salad and pasta. If your wondering about the taste I did not try the food as the salad was warm and I could see water from the pasta in the dish. Feeling unsatisfied, I requested a refund and was yelled at by the female owner whom told me that she will not refund my money back, I was told to order something else, their system is down, come back tomorrow for a refund and then met with her screaming louder and throwing the uneaten food in the trash with force in front of me. I was finally able to get my money back but left feeling disturbed by the customer service and crude behavior. Please do not eat at this restaurant as you will experience severe disappointment.

Great food. Now the owner knows us They forgot to gave us salad to go but they call us back and actually gave us store credit for next time visit!!! Service is great and pizza is great more than papa johns and also huge!!!!!!! Omg I gonna be moving to far away but Ill try to come visit here again for sure!!!! I lived in the northeast and this is the closest to New York style Pizza Ive ever tasted here in the south. The Chef is from N.Y. so obviously makes sense. A must try. My Novia and I are going to bring the kids next time to get the Godfather Pizza of 30 inches. Cant wait!! Update. Whole family loved the Godfather pizza. You can get a slice at a very reasonable price. I forget exactly, maybe 6 or 7 dollars but the slice is huge and about the size of a regular small pizza. Get a load of the ravioli I got the other day. A true Gem. This is my very picky Gurls favorite Italian place. She is not a fan of how they make the shrimp as its always dry but there is not one other thing on the menu that we both dont like. Make the shrimp more juicy and it a heaven on earth.

I had heard of this place, family owned ( I dated Jonathan Garza in middle school-dated means we held hands)always kept in touch with his younger bro Frank but about this place the pizza is DELICIOUS and the positions are totally worth your buck. Just one slice is the size of a personal pizza! But dang good I also tried the chicken Cesar salad WORTH IT! Soon I heard from the owner, they are going to own a bar! I think I found my New pizza watering hole joint! Totally recommend!!

I havent been here in a while and was disappointed to learn that they had taken out a pineapple salmon dish that I had enjoyed. We werent greeted at the counter or thanked when we left. Been here before and it always looks like theres construction being done to this restaurant but it never seems complete. The pepperoni pinwheels were good. The food is good here but the inside of the restaurant lacks charm. I would next time only get delivery.

A klitzy pizza and pasta place in a shopping center. A good pizza. The pastas though will surely get your attention. I have paid quite a bit more for standard Italian pasta dishes. There is nothing bad on the menu; and the taste rivals the $$$$ places. (You know who you are. Nobody likes a 50% markup on made to order food.) Service is mostly self-serve, but if they are not too busy you may be lucky enough to receive VIP service. Theyre claim to fame is the Godfather pizza coming in at 30 inches. Its huge!

I was a loyal customer for 9yrs. The last few yrs it has changed but I didn t want to give up. Today, I gave up and will never return. The young lady who works the register is always rude and we are done dealing with her attitude. She was mad because I asked for a refund because she over charged me. She didn t provide me with a receipt showing the refund so I asked for it. She dropped it on the counter instead of handing it to me then walked off. The owner did nothing. The disrespect was unbelievable! Never again! Cafe Sicily In Grand Prairie offers better food and better service.
