Three women behind counter and two doing nothing. I said I would have liked to have gotten a hot dog but they are all brown or burnt. Any response? Nope. Lousy service. I will spend my gas money somewhere else.

I always stop by Racetrac for the coffee ( its the best)& today I stopped but couldnt get coffee, the area was packed with people blocking the Coffee machines just talking!. SAFETY issues at this store! I had to inside& run back to my car Harrassment from Male customers!. SECURITY/ PO is needed at this location!! Men are HARRASING female customers! People holding up pumps just sitting in car not getting gas! Gas leaks allover, trash everywhere, it was bad it looked like a jungle! I Know Racetrac can do much better than this!

You have touse self checkout/bag kiosks. Much slower than an employee doing it. Stood in line forever as someone with a hot dog and fountain drink (no barcdes) hunted through menus. This is very slow for a convenience store in-and-out. Thankfully, QT is a block away.

RaceTrac (for the most part) is my go-to for coffee and such. - but they are quite unpredictable about when, which, stores will offer frozen yogurt. This location had no machines. Other locations (at times) were either cleaning, broken, shut down, short on toppings, etc. The nearest one that DID offer froyo was very light on toppings and the froyo was very soft and IMMEDIATELY melting upon dispense.

Second time in a month, I ve had to hand write my own receipt. Receipt tape at the pump is always empty and inside. They claim they can t print them. 380 location in Mckinney.

Half the time they are closed at night plus the QT up the street stops selling alcoholic beverages at 15 to midnite so its a hit or miss at this particular store. The open 24 hrs is inconsistent. Employees are nice though.

Its obvious this gas station does not care at all about cleanliness the bathroom was absolutely disgusting crao on the floor toilet paper everywhere except for where it needed to be was out no soap trash overflowing everything was broken just disgusting wow the 2 employees that were working were laughing with nobody in the store talking about stories that were funny and not doing their job.

Was told to leave for shaking my head. Employee asked why I was shaking my head and I said I would not talk to another Employee the way she was in front of customers. She then told me to get out. I was checking myself out because she was busy disrespecting another Employee. Sad. Very poor customer service.

I came to buy a gas card and couldnt buy one because it was after 10 pm. The lady at the register said she couldnt sell it after certain time because the system wouldnt let her. Im pretty sure there is no such thing.

Update 1050pm 1/17/22 Why is racetrac paying the salary of an assistant manager to suit in a locked building until 4am? Indian manager claims she doesnt know how to take an order from the drop box that was suggested for use by the not that she removed from the door before I could get a picture. I miss the old team but Im glad they are doing bigger better things! Im not a fan of the new management. The store closes every night, its never clean anymore. They need help.

I m giving 5 stars to this location because of manager Salma, she is the best!!!.Pump #4 wasn t showing the price for premium gas for some reason yesterday and I couldn t select it so I just tried to cancel but it didn t work. I went inside RT and asked the cashier Xavier to help me with the cancellation but he didn t give me any solution until I asked for any employee who could helped me so Salma immediately canceled my transaction, came with me to pump #4 and reset it. I could fill up the tank!. I m so thankful to Salma, she is very professional, efficient, helpful and gave me a great customer service!!

Stopped there today around 3:30 and both of the urinals in the mens room was out of order, wasnt any warm food to choose from, the Bang energy drink section was empty so I just left, definitely one of the worst racetracs Ive been at in a while, thats why Im a QT guy

Always a very clean store and well managed. Great customer service too! The other day I was in the store and the rewards system was down. I was ready to pay but for being a dedicated customer they said dont worry about it this time. It is on us! I said really?! Some stores where the vibe isnt the same you wont get that. But these employees saw a better opportunity to say thank you and make me love Race Trac even more. Its the little things and as committed to racetrac as I am as customer across North Texas for my company diesel needs they made the foundation of Race Trac feel like they care more than the typical gas station or any company. A little thank you goes a long way in my book. So thanks Race Trac for hiring stellar employees at this location They make you feel wanted.

As of 2019, this is the nicest RaceTrac Ive ever been to. It is consistently clean, organized, and the staff is always A+. Seriously, the staff at this gas station is superb! If I have time, I go out of my way to pick up my snacks and beer here. The traffic in this particular part of McKinney is pretty horrible between 7 am and 7 pm. Its the only frustrating part of this RaceTrac location.

I hope someone from the corporate office is reading this review. 4 out of the last five trips and every time the computers are down and credit cards cannot be accepted. On one occasion they charged my card but told me the register was not accepting credit so do not worry about the swipe, later I checked my banking account and found that it went through to my account so then I had to submit and an incident to have it removed. Stupid me goes back in there today and guess what... This is ridiculous we live this close to a major Metropolitan City and these registers or internet connection so they say are a constant problem. I know the answer is for me to quit going there...just to head off any smart-ass comments...and I will... but not without stating how ridiculous this is in a highly populated area off of 380 and 75. Somebody needs to help the employees do their job because I know its got to be embarrassing for them.

Every time I go in here there is a line out the door. Seems that buying scratch cards and tobacco takes about 10 minutes per customer. 1 member of staff behind the counter during rush hour. Maybe have some more staff? The word racetrac suggests speed, velocity, expedience, fast service. Quiktrip up the street is fast, jimmy johns fast.
