This place needs to have its staff retrained. Several people just walking around the kitchen and in the office and No one taking orders at the front counter. No customers in the drive-thru not anyone else in the lobby. I mean completely empty.. Several workers looked at me just standing at the counter ready to order but no one bothered. Finally one comes up and tells me to order on the kiosk. At this point I m not understanding if I m the ONLY customer here, why can t they take my order So I ask her if I can just order with her since the kiosk is limited on how you can customize your food. She straight up tells me she cannot and that I had no choice but to use the kiosk Just piss poor service

It s unbelievable how indifferent they can be of peoples beliefs! I am a pure vegetarian! So I ensure I repeat my order multiple times shouting NO MEAT, NO MEAT!! The bill also said the same but they gave us with beef/ chicken and wasn t apologetic too! Too bad ..Taco Bell .. I know loosing few customers won t show up on your profit statement but I really hope people read this and avoid this branch for sure.

If you want your order to be correct don t go here, they re always begging for donations and can t even take simple instructions. They offer you stuff off the menu you order it and it s not in the bag they ask how much and what kind of hot sauce, never have they gotten it right. I went there at around 4:30 pm The lady at the Drive Thru could not understand even basic English I asked her to order a Grilled Cheese Burrito and she didn t understand what to do. She literally just shut down the window and no one came to help me. I drove to Chick Filet next doors You need to put someone on the Drive Thru who can understand and speak BASIC English

Non existent customer service . I waited 5 minutes for someone to take my order and when they finally came up she just points to the self service kiosk and i tell her if had wanted use that i would have already placed my order. She proceeded to tell me that the only way I would get served , I left and went somewhere else and never will be back again.

Overall, I had the worst Taco Bell experience at this place. I was sitting in the drive thru stressed out bc I didn t know what I wanted yet. I pull up to the speaker to look at the menu, and the lady says order you re ready so I m automatically relaxed bc I can take my time. But literally 5 seconds after she says that again (in a more rude tone) order. when. you re. ready!! . But to no surprise I was NOT READY. Anywho the fries were good. PS: thank you to the lady with the napkin under her headphone that s prob why she couldn t hear me saying I needed more time to look at the menu. I personally don t think she was ready. *bell noise*

Terrible service, I clearly told them my order wasn t right on the menu. Charged me for supreme tacos I didn t ask for supreme. Then when I say something the drive thru clown says it s correct. I repeated no it s not I don t want supreme or sour cream I want tomato s added and it doesn t say that. She repeated its right sir. I get home got charged for supreme tacos, none of them had tomato s but they all had sour cream? What is that? The lady at the drive through does not speak English well enough to understand what you re ordering. This is the second time I ve had this lady and she s misunderstood me to where it ends up becoming frustrating to deal with over a drive through intercom system. I ordered 2 chicken power bowls, both without dairy (sour cream, cheese, ranch dressing). I named all of them off. She added extra sour cream, extra ranch, and extra cheese. I said no I don t want any cheese or sour cream or ranch The actually doubled my order to 4 power bowls . It s that point I just said forget it and drive away. I don t want to pay for something I can eat because I m allergenic to it. She should not be on drive through service. It was the same the last time this happened with her. I just won t come to this location again.

TLDR: they messed up my order, and went above and beyond trying to make it right. Staff was amazing, prompt, and professional in resolving my issue. Thank you so much. Story: Tonight I gave 0 stars on door dash, and I m not sure how to take it back. I doordashed qty2 grilled cheese burrito, substituted with chicken. Upon arrival, the burrito had been grilled, but was cold upon arrival. The cheese was thrown on as if it was a last minute thought. When opened it made a mess, immediately falling out of the wrapper. The burrito itself was essentially a chicken quesadilla in burrito form. None of the ingredients were present. Normally I just try and deal with it, but it was so bad that every bite made me more angry. I decided it was worth getting in the car to take it back, and explained to the staff my dissatisfaction. Let me tell you. These guys were super empathetic and respectful. They remade the order promptly and wished me a safe drive home. All I wanted was my burritos made right. And I found in my bag some cinnamon twists which was a nice gesture. As I finished my food, I noticed they had slipped some coupons for free tacos, which they absolutely did not have to do. I was touched by their willingness to resolve the issue above and beyond what I had asked for. This 5 star review, reflects the staff tonight. Thank you to the young man at the front for dealing with me. And for the supervisor for backing him up. You guys are awesome and I appreciate the level of your customer service tonight. If I can find a way to delete my previous rating on DoorDash, I will. Have a good night, and be safe on your way home.

They say they stay open until 2 AM at the drive-through. If I could give this location 0 stars I would. They take forever to make food, they almost always get something wrong. I ve been to this location multiple times over the years trying to give them a chance and I ll never go back. Sitting in drive thru is actually painful. To be able to see Whataburger and Chick-Fil-A lines have 20-30 vehicles and get through seamlessly and there you sit the only vehicle in line taking 10-15 minutes.. seriously? It seems like the entire crew is completely incompetent. I worked for this chain for many years through high school and college, and if I ran this store I would be completely disgusted. I will never go back to this location period. There s another store north on 380. Go to that one. If you spend money here, just know that you might as well burn it. Taco Bell corporate, do yourselves a favor and take this stores license away, it s damaging your entire brand. 100% completely and utterly worthless.

No complaints. Quality is improved in last 4 months. Earlier, they wouldnt add guacamole and any sour cream to veggie Fiesta burrito, which would make it un satisfying. Way to force people to the drive thru. THEN I come in to get food.... sit here with music in a language that I cant understand. I get that the workers want some entertainment when its slow, but this really loud Spanish music coming from the back makes me feel like I am back home in Oak Cliff. This location never gives a receipt so I made sure I received mine today when I ordered in, realized I was charged for 2 things of nacho cheese, when I received my order I asked cashier about it and she said it was due to ordering a water (I have worked for tb and know this is not correct) so I asked if tb now charges for water why would is say nacho cheese instead of water? She said manager told her to put nacho cheese so it pays for the cup ( so I paid a dollar for a cup of water) after speaking to the manager she said they dont have a button for water so they decided to charge since they are franchise. I asked her if there is not a button how does it charge? I ordered ahead through the app, thinking I could get my food quickly. Boy, was I WRONG! My confirmation email said my food would be ready at 5:32 pm. I arrived at the restaurant to pick it up at 5:40. It was not ready. I stood around waiting until 6:08, when I finally got my food. Granted, the place was pretty busy, but I could have gone to a sit-down restaurant and gotten my food more quickly. This Taco Bell is trash. Customer service is so poor there, I would rather travel a little further to another location. I m never visiting this location again. They were out most of the things we wanted on the menu. If it wasn t for being stuck in the drivethru we would have opted out ordering here and driven to another place for food. Cashier took our card, closed the window, and then came back asking for our card again. Um you have it! Then we could barely get a word in to ask for a receipt and ask for sauce before they closed the window on us. Food looked thrown in a bag that had multiple holes in it. Ridiculous and unacceptable service all around!

Just went by the Taco Bell on Eldorado and the service was terrible. The person serving us was on their phone the whole time. Basically ignoring us. Finally left and went to what a burger for breakfast. They were great.

Someone, please... shut this place down. Consistently wrong orders, they magically arent open during nornal, posted business hours.. after spending 15-20 in a drive through, theyll tell you online orders only, while having a sign saying not to use the drive through for online orders....... tear it down and build a trap house. It would have more porential to be useful to the community than this business.

Absolutely done with this location. Two to three months ago this location was telling people several nights over the span of at least 2-3 weeks that they could only accept cash. We stopped going for about 3 weeks, then we go and they are out of several menu items. Multiple. After that, they went thru a problem where it took over 30 minutes on two separate occasions within a week to get through the drive thru. Last night my kids went to get a bean burrito for me. They bring it home and it has so little in it, it was mostly a flat rolled tortilla. Not worth our time or money anymore. Sad that it is in such a good location but such horrible issues; one after the next.

This is probably the worst Taco Bell I have ever been. Workers inside don t talk to you anymore, just point you to the ordering screen for orders. Pricing is also messed up, you order something based on the big menu board but the total just comes out 10% more. The food sucked, they didn t put the ingredients shown in the picture.

This location sometimes have issues with not having employees. I went through drive-thru one night around 9 - 9:30 pm. There were only two cars ahead of me and I noticed they sat at the intercom for maybe 1 minute then proceeded to the window and slowed down but did not stop and just left. Both cars did this and I assumed Taco Bell was out of an item the customers wanted. Im now at the intercom and no immediate response. After 1 minute, a young lady says, Im not taking orders because I am the only one here. This was sad and disappointing. I dont know if the information was true that she stated, but it was sad. I would think a resolution would be instead of losing a great deal of business by sending customers away, the employee would call her immediate manager and the manager would come in and try to call other employees in once she/he got there to assist. I never thought that the employee would just blatantly tell customers to basically go away. And, by the time I was sent away, there were three more people behind me that were sent away as well.

from the time i placed my order at the box, it took greater than 30 minutes to get to the window, and then what felt like another 15 minutes after i had my credit card swiped by the server. for a duration of the time the staff worker was just leaning over on the desk, not assisting the cook staff with preparing food. after i had finally received my food, they did not offer a receipt. i requested a receipt, and was initially told that the machine was broken. i explained i needed it, and then they disappeared and i was told that the receipt was thrown away. i asked if one could be re-printed and then suddenly it magically re-appeared clean and pristine as if it was simply set aside. this store is intentionally not giving receipts so that they do not receive a survey, and there is no sense of urgency to accommodate customers. there was not a lot of visitors at this location, they were not super busy, when i got there, i was the 7th car in line (to the window) and took nearly 20 minutes to even get to the order box. this locations staff seems to not care about service and is just there to collect a paycheck it seems.

Avoid this place and save yourself some time. Drive-thru. Placed my order, confirmed it was accurate on the screen, got to the pay window and the guy asked me to confirm what I had (he seemed confused) so I repeated my whole order. He then charged my CC for the correct amount. The receipt matched order. But LOW AND BEHOLD, he handed me the wrong order. Sadly neither of us checked the bag to be sure it was accurate. Of course, they dont answer the phone number printed on the receipt so there was nothing i could do aside from waste more of my time and drive back up there hours later. Just avoid this place.

I m not one to write nasty reviews, but this Taco Bell is horrible. The workers are lazy and rude. I ordered my food through the app and after the app confirmed it was being made, I went to the store only for them to tell me that they didn t have what a ordered. The workers/manager made no effort to fix it or offer alternatives for the items they did not have.
