Inconsistent food quality from this location. I can t believe there aren t a ton of bad reviews because their food is often inedible. Rubbery, gristly, oily nuggets, chicken strips missing breading. I received a melted shake with ice in it. They often forget the condiments. You pay for bacon and they don t include it. They want you to come back in to fix it. No one wants to drive all the way back there for $1.50 bacon. I ve been a loyal customer since they opened, but I m going to give the other new location a try or just give up on this restaurant all together. It s not the same.

I have never experienced what I have today at any chick fil a. No communication with your customers is not acceptable. Was waiting for my order for over 20 mins. The four items pictured cost a little over 18 dollars. Not sure if that is really worth the price, but the food is tasty. The honey mustard was Tangier than normal honey mustard, without the creaminess. It still went well with the grilled chicken. The nuggets were a little over cooked, but my 3 year old still enjoyed them. The woman standing outside to take my order was fast and friendly. I dont really care for the staff to god bless us, as Im not religious, but other than that, everything was good.

There are several reasons that I love almost every Çhic Fil A that Ive ever been to. The food is excellent, the service with a smile is excellent and the cleanliness it excellent. The reason I am changing my overall rating to 4 is because the service is lacking at this location. Most Chic Fil As that I have been to have someone walking around asking if you need anything, refill, sauces or just anything, they did not have that. I had to look through several tables not cleaned off to find a clean table and when I went to throw away my trash, both trash cans were full. The food was still excellent. We went there at 7:30 pm, so not a super busy time of day. This location needs some work to get on par with all of the rest of the Chic Fil A locations.

Always have a nice experience at this Chick-fil-A. They run a pretty good ship here and orders are accurate at the drive thru which is a must!! Will use again and recommend if you are looking for those waffle fries!! Vegetarian options: This place is known for its Chicken sandwiches. They offer some fruits and salads but chicken is the main course. Dietary restrictions: You can get grilled chicken options and remove salt and other items from some menu items.

Was given the incorrect drink and didnt realize it until I was already half way down the street. Called the store and their only solution was for me to travel back to the store. This is ridiculous. I had my receipt with order #. I dont have time to drive up and down 380 on a busy day in McKinney for $2.75+ tax, but Ill leave this review and will think twice before visiting a fast food chain. The employees were not the best behaved standing around not focused on the guest. There was one employee who saw this problem, Austin, as he came over and greeted me. The wait for food was very slow, and I m cool with waiting, but when I looked around, there was no rush. The one who brought my food was incredibly rude as she (she didn t slam the food, but it was close to a slam) when I asked her how her day was she growled and walked away. The building was clean, and as I was sitting there eating my food, I did find Austin doing a routine check to clean areas up. When I finished my food, I went back to my car to leave, but I realized I forgot to buy a bag of ice, so I went through the drive through. The young man there said that they don t sell any. And I said I got a bag about a month from ago from them. He then said he was going to send me to the window so that they can explain it to me. The woman at the window was very nice. She greeted me and got my bag of ice immediately. Honestly, this chick fil a has a lot to work on.

I came here today venturing out to eat for the first time without my husband but with my four kids under 8. The staff took excellent care of me, they carried all the food and drinks to the table, helped me get everything set up, and left wipes in case we need it during the meal. This was my very first time visiting this location. I drop in to get lunch for my daughter. Our Server was professional and friendly. She really enjoyed her food. We used the drive-thru. Parking: The parking lot have very easy accessible parking spaces. Their handicap parking slots are well marked and visible.

I realized the Caramel Crumble milkshake was ending today so I decided to buy one and two large fries, the fries were perfect however the shake I received not only didn t have the blondie crumbles but it was barely mixed and it was just clumps of ice cream that I couldn t even drink through the straw and tasted like vanilla with only a hint of caramel.

New Mobile order line is a joke. Now backs up ordering line around the building. First time took 9 minutes to take my order and 5 minutes to receive my food. 14 minutes at a new Chick-fil-A drive thru line is a failure especially at a non peak lunch/dinner hour. Second attempt the line was even longer. Went inside and ordered. Girl didn t know what see was doing but was trying her best. My order came out quick but wrong. Had to remake it. Still got it in half the time of the drive thru though. Girl needed a lot more training though and no one there to assist her. 2 back to back poor visits for chick Fil a standards. It seems that poor corporate decision making with the mobile order line and lack management/training will have me in going to other Chick-fil-A s. This one operates below chick Fil a standards.

After having a terrible experience at Wendy s on University Drive next to Chick-fil-A, I decided I would eat at Chick-fil-A. My experience could not have been better. Its amazing how two experiences with competing restaurants could be so different. I was greeted by an employee by the name Katherine, who greeted me with a smile, and was absolutely wonderful. Like most Chick-fil-As , the food is incredibly consistent and tasty. The drive-thru line goes amazingly fast. This time I actually used a mobile app where I scanned a code and allowed me to even get through faster. The employees at the window, although they are out in 100 degrees weather, where cheery and friendly. Well go back again.

Absolutely hands down the best chickfila experience of my life. Firstly, the fries and new honey pepper pimento cheese sandwich is immaculate. Every bite was pure joy, this location never misses. Secondly, very welcoming employees. Every chickfila member was on point, very friendly, and always made sure I was taken care of. I d like to point out Julia for her amazing service. She constantly checked on our table along with every other customer. She never stopped smiling and creating a warm atmosphere. Will come again, the best chickfila in Texas.

This is by far the worst Chick-fil-A in the area. Despite the fact that they ve got 20 people working the drive through window filling the orders, our orders are always wrong - item is missing, made incorrectly. It s not the people taking the order because the receipt shows the correct order. I don t know if they just don t care and just shoving stuff into the bags, but there is NO quality control at this location. I can t tell you how many coupons I have received for free items because they screw up every time - which doesn t make it right because they should ve gotten it right the first time! Train your people to do better for the customer!
