Was in the McKinney establishment went thru drive thru. Ordered 2 beef and chedders with med curly fry. Got home only had 1 beef and chedders and a small curly fry. Now 20 attempted calls later with them hanging up on me or ignoring all my calls. They better do something tonight either give me money back or another meal on them. Guess they are all about stealing money. No reply from them in a week now.

I have come to this Arby s several times over the last month just to get the deal they advertise 4 sandwiches for $10. I drive 30 minutes each way to get this deal, and when I goto the drive thru and wait for 10-20 minutes saying hello asking for someone to respond and get no answer. Earlier this week my pregnant wife wanted Arby s for just fry s and waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes with no response and she does not want to leave the car so she waits and no one will respond so she left. I end up going there and get the same treatment when I went in the employees are on the phone watching face book and instagram post and still did not want to help me. I drive another 15 minutes to McDermott to get dinner. What a shame. I am going to continue going and record them not responding till corporate zones in and fixes things. More post to come on my way now, I hope I don t have to post a 20 minute video from the drive thru!

Potatoe cakes were still frozen in the middle. The onion bun had Arbys sauce on the bottom, and it didnt even taste like a beef & Cheddar. I would have gone back in and complained, but I didnt want to take the time as it was just a quick stop for a meal. I wanted to get back to Tulsa as we were already running behind.

Havent been to Arbys in years,so decided to try it out.The service was great.It looked pretty clean.So I got some chicken sliders 1 Buffalo and the other just like chicken strip.Got jalapeño poppers,never had them from there but I can say they are way better thank Jack in the box & from Sonic.And the premium nugget are very very good.So sure will go back again.

I stopped at this location drive thru on my way home around 7:05 pm today 06/29/2024. I ordered 2 smokehouse brisket combo meals and 2 six piece nuggets kids meals. The cashier guy gave me the orders and I checked each meal and noticed that one of the 6 piece nuggets meal only had 4 nuggets in it. I told the cashier guy about this and he took the nuggets from me pretending to go correct it, then he came back and said they initially gave me 6 pieces not 4. I told him they did not gave me 6 pieces in that order, they gave me 4 pieces, and I asked him why would I lie about 2 nuggets. He then told me that they don t have anymore nuggets, they would need to make more. He didn t even offered to refund me the difference. I guess they gave me 4 pieces because they were out of nuggets and that s all they had left, but they should have advised me of this and charged me accordingly for 4 pieces instead of lying that they gave me 6 pieces. My order was short and I did not get compensated for this. It is also disrespectful to intentionally short someone s order then tell them that they are lying. This is very unprofessional and unfair.

Poorly trained employees, nonexistent manager and obviously an owner who does not care about his store. Went to order off the 1,2,3 menu. Asked the employee at the window and she said the dont do that here. It was listed on the web site and did not state online only. Asked for the manager and was refused. Asked for her name and was given Marie no last name and no phone number to be able to speak with her. My next email will be to the BBB for deceptive advertising. The food was what you would expect but the service and helpfulness was at the bottom of the scale. The owner needs to step in and get a handle on this store.

$27 for two meals and the quality and very small amount of roast beef was ridiculous. It was less than half of normal portion. Skippy is not an adequate description. Outright offensive to be ripped off so badly. $27 so yes thats beyond ridiculous! We have used that store on a regular basis but wont go to any Arbys store after that experience today. If you cant pay for good help or training or if that was intentional it doesnt even matter theres literally no excuse. Corporate greed seems to be the core problem and its time everyone takes responsibility for the total lack of respect companies like this have for there employees and for there patrons!

Ordered a takeout online. The store did not have 1 item available and told they cant refund and I would have to request it online. I requested the refund online TWICE and it has been 2 months and there has been no refund provided. Very poor, reckless corporate customer service. If the store does not have an item available, dont show it online since you are incapable of processing a refund which should be a simple process.

Went thru the drive-thru and ordered the half pound roast beef sandwich. Paid for my order pulled over, checked my order, and it looked like they made me a regular roast beef sandwich. So, I went inside and asked the guy who served me at the drive-thru window if my order was correct, the half pound roast beef, and he said yes. So, I took it out the bag and showed it to him... and he said again...yes, thats the half pound sandwich. The sandwich was so small. The bun was a regular bun... not a big bun like they usually have with the half pound sandwiches...I dont know who they think they were playing with...I asked for and got my money back....

I have bought lunch on two different occasions and this is what I get ( the picture speaks for itself). The staff just put whatever on your food, they do not disclose whats available or not, or give you an option. This so ridiculous and frustrating (Arbys we got the meat) feels to me like you got nothing! You shouldnt scam people with advert and serve rubbish despite the fact that money is hard to come by lately. For the folks complaining about food being cold and soggy when they order from doordash, Uber eats, grub hub . You guys do realize that as soon as a restaurant gets an order they make it right away, once is complete it takes Uber, door dash etc time to get to the restaurant to pick up food and make the delivery (about 40-50 min) that s enough time for FAST FOOD to go bad and soggy. It s not all on Arbys, Burger King etc etc, you want fresh food go down to the restaurant in person and eat inside. STOP COMPLAINING.!!!!! And tip your delivery drivers! BTW the Arbys staff is always friendly specially the GM. Always makes it right.!

Terrible experience. I ordered French dip and cheese sticks via doordash. The au jus was watered down to a very light tan color with zero flavor. The cheesesticks were cooked uneven, misshapen and the last two at the bottom of the container were moldy. I ll never eat here again.

This location should be shut down. I came here at 9:05 pm to pick up an online order and the guy never came on the intercom to acknowledge that I was there. So, I drove up to the window to knock and as I proceeded to let him know that I was picking up an online order, he tells me they are closed. The women taking the order at lunch today was rude and wouldnt verify the order when asked, she said just pull around very rudely. Told her wanted large everything including the smoked brisket sandwich which she didnt even ask what size I wanted, I picked up the food and parked up front and checked everything and the sandwich barely had meat on it and no onion crisp at all. I had to sit in the drive thru again and also tried calling them several times while in line and was just ringing and ringing and then it just hung up on me. I dont usually right reviews. But I have been to this location several times this week in the evenings to pick up dinner only to be told they are out of roast beef. Which would probably explain why there is never any cars there. It is unfortunate that people are spending their money else where.

Don t go here any time near closing, because they will already be closed! Sucks to drive there and have 15 minutes before they close and they are shut down and don t even answer the phone.

Im here at 10:30am, and its CLOSED. Theres a sign that says only the drive through is open (stupid pandemic fear, Im sure, which is absolutely ridiculous, in my opinion... Even though I know people who have died from it, the actual mortality rate from those who are tested is less than 2% of those infected, and estimated to be less than 1% when accounting for asymptomatic and undiagnosed cases... and Im a lifelong Democrat, so its not political). But no way to walk in and order take-out. And nobody working at the drive through, either. So that put me in a poor mood to start with. But then, I spend 10 minutes trying to get somebodys attention inside, with no luck at all. I even tried calling the phone number listed. This isnt the only poor experience Ive had with Arbys stand alone restaurants, but it usually isnt so bad at food court type locations, so I held onto hope. I think Im pretty much done holding onto hope for Arbys.

Drive through worker was rushing, menu items were new needed a moment to review them. Ordered the Diablo chicken sandwich and didnt get the free shake to go with it. Not normally a big deal but this is a promotional even currently and to mess up this bad is poor service. I understand it gets busy during lunch, but this quality was terrible. Wont be returning to this location as it was a little out of my way to begin with. Was excited to try the new product, but now I dont really care much about it. Not a good look Arbys.

I just came from the Arbys in McKinney TX and your facility SUCKS!!! This is why: 1. We asked and ordered the crispy fish sandwiches but instead got roast beef sandwiches. 2. What happened to uniforms? No one at this facility was wearing them. 3. If the girls would stop laughing and talking and pay better attention to the customer and what they order your review status would not be a 3.6. 4. Im giving you 1 star just so I can leave this review. If it were up to me, you wouldnt even get that. In closing, I will not be back to this location and I wouldnt recommend anyone to eat here.

I dont know why it took almost 20 minutes for us to even get to the window with only 2 cars in front of us, and when we do and they dont even have our order in the system, after a couple more minutes of scratching their head we didnt bother waiting longer
