I seriously cannot stress the care and professionalism of this practice. From scheduling with Lisa, Dr. Fowlers wife, checking in with Andrea, and finally seeing the Dr., my experience is a 10. I have been to numerous chiropractors and Drs for 15 years now, hoping for an outcome with neck pain relief and an affordable price where I can continue to seek treatment. I came in yesterday and had exrays, I am going back at no extra charge to review my xrays and an adjustment tomorrow. I cannot speak for the massage as that is scheduled for later in the month, but I can only imagine it will be total bliss. They are also willing to work with my insurance. Foundation also offers PT and other healing modalaties!

I went to foundation health for carpal tunnel on both hands. Not only my carpal tunnel is gone they also helped me relieve my neck and spine pain. I am a 66 years old female who goes weekly and I have no body pain. I highly recommend Them for all your chiropractic needs. I have never felt better

I had so much faith in this facility. I give the Dr. Five stars due to his experience, bedside manner, and expertise. However, the RN Andrea Miksits gets one star. I was told to come in for severe lower back pain. Now at that time I could ve been advised that my pain was too severe to be treated however I was seen, paid a co pay, and prescribed a steroid and Meloxicam. I was told to follow up with them on Monday, which I did and advised them that my pain had not subsided. She advised that maybe I should go to an ER or urgent care. My question was why didn t you prescribe me a muscle relaxer which she state she did. I reminded her that she did not which she admitted to and said she should ve. I asked well can she prescribe one now and was told I just think you should go to the ER. Now I would not have a problem doing this had I not already paid a co pay to you all. Idk what world you re living in to think ppl have extra money to throw away. If you admitted that you should ve prescribed the medication but didn t what would it hurt you to make it right and prescribe the correct meds? After I ve wasted money on medication that has not worked and gave y all money that could ve went towards an urgent care. This is unacceptable. You saw me and the amount of pain I was in Friday if you felt them that you all couldn t accommodate me then that would ve been the time to suggest that I go elsewhere. Not take my money then suggest it.

I went here after I had graduated from PT after a hip replacement. THANK GOODNESS. I have received the most thorough care from the entire staff. I went from walking slowly with a limp to being 95% back to myself. HIGHLY recommend.

I recently had my first visit to Foundation Health chiropractor and it was an exceptional experience. Dr. Fowler is incredibly friendly and attentive. The massage therapy provided by Ashley was top-notch and clearly reflected her expertise. Lisa, the doctors wife at the front desk, was warm and welcoming.The overall atmosphere of the place is inviting, and everyone I encountered was genuinely nice. Ive decided to make this my go-to spot for chiropractic treatment and massages. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking professional care. Kudos to the entire team! Grateful to have found such a fantastic place for my wellness needs.

I woke up Monday morning with severe sharp intermittent pain in my upper neck. Tightness on both sides and was extremely uncomfortable most of the day. Called Dr. Fowler s office, got an appointment and he discovered that I have compressed discs from an old accident that as I m aging, is becoming worse. He immediately did some manipulation and ultrasound therapy and I was immediately better. With in three hours, I felt 60% better. By the next day practically gone! I highly recommend Dr. Fowler and his team as they are extremely efficient but mostly, his expertise on how to obtain immediate relief!!! Five Star is all the way!!

From the moment I walked into the clinic, I was greeted with smiles and pleasantries. Dr. Fowler is an incredibly knowledgeable chiropractor. On the first visit, he went step by step, explaining each movement and its purpose. The 2nd visit, he went through my x-rays thoroughly but in a simplistic way. He allowed for questions along the way, which was very helpful for someone like me who doesnt have the best memory. He developed a remarkable treatment plan and provided great instruction for work I can do at home in between sessions. After just a few visits, I am already experiencing less migraines amd neck pain. His staff was wonderful, as well. Drea, the nurse practitioner, was so kind and had a wonderful personality. She was very smart and complimented the work that Dr. Fowler had planned. Santiago was also a joy to work with. He is always very funny but can provide a helpful hurt when needed. His muscle manipulation is intense but so helpful. He is terrific with modifications, as I still have some issues from a previous procedure. All in all, coming to this clinic has not only helped me with my migraines amd neck pain but I also truly enjoy going despite the discomfort that comes with my rehabilitation. Its rare to find a chiropractor that actually cares about making an improvement, despite the fact that one day I wont need to come back.

These people are an assembly line. You spend a few minutes with chiro, a few with pt and maybe a little with massage. But those professionals dont give any personalized care to patients. Ive had several spine surgeries, Ive gone to many pts and chiropractors. Ive had to tell 2 people to run from this place. And I have to speak up against places that take your money and give poor care. Ive been doing this for at least 20 years, Ive had the best and Ive had the worst. They dont care.

Everything from strained muscles, knee surgery recovery issues, myofascial release, or just adjustments. Fowler does an excellent job and has taken good care of our family. Santiago puts the hurt on you, but hes very good too. He works his tail off making sure you get the most out of the sessions. Ashley definitely worked my knots out. Maybe more thanI liked, but I felt so much better afterwards!

This is my first ever experience with a chiropractor and I have been lucky enough to get it right on the first try. Dr. Fowler is genuinely one of the most kind and easy to talk to people I have ever encountered in my life. I have extreme anxiety and pretty much anything makes me feel uncomfortable, especially in a situation like this. However, that was not even a factor during my experience at Foundation Health. I was in a car wreck, and after getting my x-rays back, Dr. Fowler had an exact explanation for what I am experiencing and a treatment plan to fix it. I cannot express how grateful I am to have found him and his practice. Not ONLY, all of this, but I do not have insurance and they still found a price that is doable for me. Absolutely five stars! Thank you Dr. Fowler!

My back went out and I couldn t walk or lie down. I contacted Dr. Fowler and he went out of his way in the middle of a storm and drove to the office to adjust me and I immediately felt the difference. I will always be grateful because without he s care that day, I would have been in major pain for who knows how long. Dr. Fowler is an AMAZING chiropractor! Honestly, the thought of going to any chiropractor terrified me, but I decided to try Dr. Thorpe after reading so many positive reviews. I knew a chiropractor was probably who I needed to see for a rib I had out of place for over two years. I couldnt have been more comfortable or more pleased with Dr. Thorpe! He told me the how and why of everything he was doing and did it all on my level of comfort. I have not had any problems with my rib since that visit and I am so grateful I went where I did!

Its been 3 weeks that I started seeing Dr. Don Thorpe and its been magic. After waking up one morning and not being able to walk more than 2 steps and needing to sit (which I couldnt either) because the pain was so INTENSE in my lower back. If I did sit down it would take me at least 15 minutes to get comfortable. It was awful and at moments unbearable pain I can finally walk and sit without any pain or hesitation. Its been amazing and look forward to a complete recovery. Dr. Thorpe is very patient and cares about me getting better, Great experience.

Dr. Don is not your conventional chiropractor. From the moment you walk in the door the first day, you know you are about to experience something totally different. From Ms. Katy greeting you and explaining their high-tech systems to Dr. Don beginning to align your back just minutes after youve checked in at the front door. Im constantly traveling, spending most of my time in a plane and sleeping in hotel beds. Coming home now doesnt only mean that I get to see my family, sleep in my own bed under my own roof, but also that Im going to be able to get my back aligned by Dr. Don. Dr. Don is the greatest! He was the first chiropractor in years that could actually get my neck to loosen up and feel like a neck again. I was having migraines and daily headaches and my shoulders were constantly tense and uncomfortable, but when I started seeing him that all went away. Their system of seeing patients is super streamlined and easy. You never have to wait longer than a couple minutes. Kaity, the receptionist, is so funny and awesome! After back surgery in 2004, I began to research chiropractic care as a way to maintain my health. IN the beginning, it was only about not ever having to undergo back surgery again. I found the results for maintaining my back health excellent. But, what I didnt expect, and the reason I still go to the chiropractor on a regular basis was the OVERALL wellness that chiropractic care supports. I can actually feel it in various ways when I miss my routine visits...not only through pain, but sleep cycles, digestive health and mental strength. I spent many years with a chiropractor that I really liked, but after he moved away with his family, I struggled to find a new chiropractor that cared about ME and offered the same level of professionalism and embraces the total body wellness approach, not just a quick fix attitude. I have been seeing Dr. Don for over a year now. I drive out of my way for his great care. In my opinion there is not a better Chiropractor in the DFW area. He got me from hurting so bad that I spent my life in bed when not at work due to severe neck and back pain to moving around and feeling alive again. Before Dr. Don I had no quality of life. I lost all kinds of family time due to pain. I am now 100% pain free and only see him once a week to stay healthy. Dr. Don to be honest saved my life. He gave me my life back! I am so thankful for Dr. Don and his staff at Foundation Chiropractic. My family drives from Sherman to Mckinney, because he is truly the only chiropractor I trust with my little ones. My daughter was only 4 days old the first time I took her to Dr. Don, because she seemed to be in pain every time she moved in her shoulder area. She stopped crying in the middle of her adjustment and you could just see the relief in her little face, and we havent had that problem since then! It was amazing! Dr. Don and his staff are great!! The care that you get from the second you walk in is by far the best I have ever experienced. They care and it shows with the care they give. A month ago I was in so much pain I didnt know how I was going to get up and keep going every day. I injured myself back in March while painting some rooms in my house. I thought I had pulled a muscle, but weeks later the pain continued to increase instead of decrease. I went to the chiropractor I had been using for years and he did several adjustments and I was still not improving. I saw a massage therapist and still was in extreme pain. Finally, I decided to try a chiropractor again. I reached out to a group on Facebook, asking for recommendations. I was given the number for Dr. Don. I called and was given immediate attention by Kaity. I came in that evening and received excellent attention, complete with a full set of x-rays and a consultation. The x-rays revealed the worst-my neck is in bad shape and that is why I had been in so much pain. A plan was set to get me better. It has been 4 weeks now and I am doing about 60% better. I still have pain that radiates down my arm, but it is nowhere near what it was. Before Dr. Don, I was sleeping on my couch, sitting up and taking pain meds and alternating ice and heat constantly. Now I can sleep in my bed, only have to use ice or heat once or twice a week, and not taking pain meds. My overall health and spirit are doing much better. I have even noticed a change in my weight-I can now fit in pants 2 sizes smaller! Dr. Don is a blessing! I cannot say enough good things about him and his office. As a person, he is loving and caring. I have never had a doctor hug me until Dr. Don. He makes each patient feel like his only patient.

When I started coming to Foundation Chiropractic, I could hardly walk. I come 3 times a week and it is the BEST thing I have ever done for myself. I still have a road ahead, but I can see a difference in my quality of life. The fact that I am able to take my son to the park and walk around with him is worth it! I also brought my son after he suffered a severe concussion. He was experiencing hand trimmers, black out vision and daily migraines. After seeing Dr Don, he no longer has ANY symptoms!!! Did not know what to expect from this experience, but it certainly was a positive one. Since I have a desk job, Im in a sitting position for most of the day, not including the drive to and from work. Ive had lower back pain for a couple years, so we decided to try out a chiropractor. First week in made a difference, and its rare when I find myself with and lower back pain. Its definitely worth it. Dr. Don is an excellent chiropractor and I will definitely be returning.

This is from Vikki Hilbun Cleland Treadway! Had never been to a Chiropractor but it has certainly been a beneficial experience. Lower back pain, neck pain have been greatly reduced thanks to the adjustments. Beautiful office, adjustments take only minutes, great staff, wonderful Dr. in Dan Thorpe. Calm you fears, get rid of prejudice and go in!

First I want to start off by saying that Doctor Don and Kaity are awesome,caring people and provide great customer service. Well if you ever gone to a Doctor for some back pain,neck pain,stiffness in your back etc. and you have been given medication for the symptoms without having ex rays or some sort of analysis. You take the medications and they help for a while but they do not cure you. Which brings me to my first visit with Doctor Don where he explains what he does and how he treats your spine and a very thorough explanation on how your spine works, what it does and how it should look. Well ex rays were taken and turns out my neck has no curve and my lower back was off a bit which explain the stiffness and pain in my neck and lower back. So Doctor Don gives me my first adjustment on my neck, man let me tell you it did wonders for my stiffness and pain and as for my back it was very stiff but now after all the treatments I would say I am about 90 percent over all better. I highly recommend Doctor Don to anyone that has back pain or discomfort to go visit him, you will see as I have that it is the greatest investment you could make for it not only helps your spine but your over all health, for he truely cares for your and your health.

Prior to getting treatment from Dr. Thorpe and the staff at Foundation Health Chiropractic, I was in a lot of back pain most everyday and was taking medications to ease the pain. During my first few visits, he explained what was causing the pain and his prescribed treatment plan. After a month of treatment, the amount of days I am in pain is very few and the intensity of the pain is very low. So much so, that I do not take anything for the pain. Dr. Thorpe is wonderful and caring. I couldnt ask for more in a doctor. I cant wait to see the final results from my treatment with Dr. Thorpe and the rest of the staff at Foundation Health Chiropractic!

I have been seeing Dr. Thorpe for 3 weeks now. Prior to my visit I was suffering from migraines that would last 3-4 days a week, I was taking OTC migraine medicine that while instructed not to exceed more than 2 pills a day and I was taking an average of 8 just to try to dull the pain. Since I started my treatments, I have only had to take one. ONE. I cannot even begin to tell you the amount of relief that I have felt and and the comfort I feel being in such good hands!

Dr. Don and his acupuncture have worked great for me. I have been using his acupuncture treatments to improve function and relieve pain in my hip and shoulder/neck areas, and could not be more pleased. Acupuncture is relatively pain free, and does not take much time, I think everybody should give it a try. And Don & Kaity make each visit to Foundation Health very enjoyable, informative, and beneficial...if you have any health issues requiring chiropractic care, I highly recommend Foundation Health Mckinneyand Dr. Don!!!
