They charged me for my order twice and when I called back one manager said that they could give me a free plate but when I went in they said no they can t do anything. There is no flexibility with menu. I asked for some more peanuts for my Kung pow and was told they can t give anything or sell any extras. King Pow should have peanuts. Very few. I normally bring my own because of that when I eat here. Several tables were not wiped after people left.

If you want food from this location and you want to make sure you get what you pay for, go inside and watch them serve your food. Online orders at this location 1 out of 3 times youll get what you order. That has been my familys experience. The last two times we have ordered online we have either had half the order missing or/and reduced portions. Instead of a plate with two meats we got a bowl this time with a missing meat portion. The sticker on the bowl even says plate. They also didnt even include sauces.

The people at the drive thru were great, very helpful when they took my order, but the issue is that what we ordered was not in the bag. When we unpacked the food, the portions we ordered were wrong and no one picked up the phone when I called about it. We ordered a medium bowl with 2 meats (only one included), another plate (missing), a large bowl and a 2 entree plate .. seriously? $50 for that? I tried calling multiple times and no one answered. Who ever works the front counter has the absolute WORSE attitude, he wants to be extremely rude, and then laugh when you get rude back. I placed an online order and my boyfriend went to pick it up, they kept stating over and over they did not have the food when we could literally see it. My boyfriend offered the order number, the order itself, and both of our names. They proceeded to say they have no idea what he was talking about and after them arguing I finally went up there and got them to give him the food. I will be going out of my way to AVOID this panda even though it is 3 minutes away from my house. It was by far one of the worse experiences I have ever had, and it was mainly over the cashier. Normally I dont like to go out of my way to leave a bad review. Everyone has a bad day and thats fine, and I get what service industry employees have to put up with, but this place was gross. I ordered a chicken egg roll that they left out of my order through the drive thru, but made sure to give me 6 fortune cookies that I didnt ask for. My orange chicken was cold. My teriyaki chicken was basically just pieces of fatty rubber. I nearly threw up from it and didnt touch it after the first two bites. I even donated to their childrens hospital drive, and regret spending over $14 total on a garbage meal.

Someone get the old man with glasses some customer service courses!!! Why is he so bitter towards women customers? Put a bag directly in my face again and the bottom of my shoe will meet yours! Also, he doesnt need to raise his voice either. Instead of donating to the childrens fund we can all make a donation for his new hearing aids since he wants to act all loud. I m seriously disappointed with this location! We ordered and prepaid online. When we got to the drive thru, a polite young man admitted they had a mix up with our order and asked us to come in. I went in to discover that whoever picked up our order had brought it back. I asked if they packed our order fresh and the young man admitted it had not been. I requested that it be redone. Then one of the two oriental women working, quickly and abruptly spoke to the young mans and said it had been. I knew she was lying. She wouldn t even look at me. I will NOT be returning to this location again and will be contacting corporate. This is bad even if covid wasn t an issue.

Today I wanted Panda Express, after I guess a good while, and the first thing I noticed was GREAT customer service through the drive-in. Young lady overall had GREAT customer service. I wanted something like chicken fried rice. She suggested the fried rice with chicken teriyaki & a side of beef & broccoli for my husband. I want to thank her for her help & Great suggestion!!! It has been quite a while since I visited Panda Express last time (Maybe 10 years?). But it has been my soul food. But I did not get a chance to try it because my area did not have the its store. When I moved McKinney, I was glad that there is one nearby. I tried it the very first day after my moving. Im not sure if my taste has changed. But the taste was quite disappointing. I entered through the drive and the cashier at 2:30 was very rude and unpleasant when she served us she was very unfriendly so when she gave me the change for $50 I almost threw the change at me and lost 1 bill and several coins on the floor hit me I had to get out of the car in that little space and collect my money that was under the car. Very bad service and the portion much less than other places. I do not recommend it, the meat was 2 pieces and the shrimp only 2, very little for $10.50, very bad service, very average food and very little.

Fast food Chinese food here is wonderful, except if you have allergies. My family usually gets the family feast: chow mein, orange chicken and Kung Pao. Since I have food allergies, about the only choices are the steamed vegetables and white rice. Overall, kids love orange chicken and chow mein the most and hubby loves Kung Pao. I do enjoy the steamed vegetables (cabbage, khale and broccoli), but do wish they offered more entree options for those with allergies.)

The food was MARVELOUS. The food was hot, fresh, and of course very delicious. Ive been to many Panda Expresses and even in Prosper. There is NO comparison. GREAT WORK to this AWESOME facility.

This location is usually much better than what I got tonight. They forgot to give me one of my items, my orange chicken and white rice had chow mein in it, and the chow mien had the cabbage cores in them.
