Im sure most of you who read this are aware of the penalty for those who break a mirror, 7 years bad luck. Well, Mr. Hardaway managed to suspend that sentence for me. I only got probation. Now that folks, is skill. Seriously though, this man can do wonders. He knows when to be a tiger, and when to be a kitten as far as the judicial system is concerned. Further, he can transition between the two seamlessly as needed. However, Mr. Hardaway is one of the few that still has a heart and honors truth. Be truthful with him and a stronger defender you will never find. Mr. Hardaway defended me in a hard case...and we won. This, of course, made me very happy. That said, what I really feel like I won was a new, great friend in Mr. Hardaway. Hes one of the few good guys still around.

Back in 2018, I reached out to The Law Offices of David Hardaway regarding a misdemeanor I received in San Marcos. Initially I met with Mr. Hardaway who was extremely helpful in a time when I didnt know what to do. He started working on my case right away and answered every question I ever asked. Shortly after, my case has handed to Mr. Thomas Pare who took it on as lead attorney on my case and he quickly picked up where Mr. Hardaway left off. Due to Covid and other circumstances, it took 6 years for me to finally have my day in court. When the time came Mr. Pare showed up!! I will admit there was times when I wanted to give up but every time Mr. Pare counseled me and told me we needed to fight. I ended up getting the result we were looking for and will forever be grateful for his persistence. My experience with David has been amazing. During my case I was charged with a felony that wasn t even supposed to be a felony nonetheless a charge itself. David helped me through everything and eased my mind about getting a dismissal and charges being dropped. Thank God I called this law firm! We live in San Antonio, but unfortunately, my husband got himself a DUI in San Marcos. It was gonna be more expensive to hire a lawyer from San Antonio to travel to San Marcos to represent him so he looked online and found the law offices of David Hardaway. After reading the reviews, we decided to contact them and see if they would take his case. From the very beginning, they were very accommodating to the fact that we lived in San Antonio, and not San Marcos. Also, their rates were very reasonable, and they even allowed us a payment plan. All our meetings were done through zoom, which was very convenient for us. Mr. Thomas Pare was assigned to my husband s case and he did an outstanding job. Texas Monthly lists David Hardaway as a Super Lawyer. And that s exactly the way he handled my case. I was charged with DWI in one of the toughest counties in Texas, and a stiff DAs office. David and Thomas had my charges dismissed even after the State claimed to be ready for trial. These guys always took my calls and replied to my text messages. When I got into a spot of trouble my stress levels went through the roof. Thats when I started looking for attorneys to defend and represent myself. I turned to The Law Offices of David C. Hardaway and instantly felt better. Thomas Pare was put on my case and together David and Tom put my mind at ease with their professionalism and attentiveness. Thomas Pare was able to explain my situation with me in an understanding way without using all that legal jargon that confuses most. When I first met David Hardaway, I could tell immediately that he was an up front and honest lawyer. He looked at the details of my case and made me feel confident I could trust that he and his associates would do everything in their power to fight my case.
