1. Halo halo only had a a tiny bit of langka, boba, mixed jelly, beans and pinipig. I was hoping for the saba, kamote, a bit more of nata de coco 2. It was lacking evaporated milk, so the halo halo tasted watered down 3. Some parts of the siopao served to us was cold because it s frozen. They didn t have a steamer, hence, microwaved. 4. Nothing was on display apart from macarons. No cakes, Spanish bread, etc. that they posted online.

Purchased a classic milk tea, a mango slush and strawberry banana slush all with boba. My kids and I sat down to enjoy our drinks and my youngest immediately said this tastes bad, she had one sip, we never left the location. I went back to the woman who made the drinks and said, I m sorry my daughter says this tastes really bad, can we please exchange for another mango. The woman says, I m sorry I can t, that s just the taste of the strawberry, I told you that the mango was the most popular one. Unfortunately for me, I didn t take her comment of mango being most popular as an insinuation of the other fruit flavors tasting spoiled or undrinkable. I walked out of the location and tossed a $5 drink in the trash. Shame on Delish Boba Tea but fool me once, never twice. We ll NEVER be spending our money here again. I should ve gone where we always go to enjoy a boba slush - and that s right down the road to Boba Bros!!

This is my kids FAVORITE place! We are ALWAYS greeted with kindness and she remembers everything! She knows us when we come in- knows about our family and genuinely remembers details about us. It makes me feel like we are in a small town- though there are dozens of options for boba tea in Frisco. Every time I m here she interacts with all her guests similarly and knows so much about all her customers. She is such a gem. Also, all the drinks and macaroons are always perfect! But, the experience, 11/10!

I have been to this location several times & Love it! The service is always great.....BUT I have been sitting in front of the store since 1:35 & its now 1:50. I have seen 4 other customers walk up all to leave because they are still not open. This isnt the 1st time this has happened to me. Seems it happens more times than not if you come around 1:30 when they are SUPPOSE to open!! Why put a time on the door when you clearly cant open on time. I get things come up but it seems to be more times than not that you cant open on time!

Went to the store to get a Boba tea for my 9 year old. After paying through apple pay, the cashier called us back as we are exiting the store, asking me to pay again as the initial payment did not go through due to their faulty POS machine. Then I went back and stand at the cashiers for about 5 minutes try to tap my phone again and again, try to catch their POS machine while it works. At the same time, my kid got bored and played with the Boba tea cup and dropped it before he can take even one sip. While I am cooperating with the cashier trying every way to tap my phone to pay to accommodating their faulty payment system, the cashier refused to make another bubble tea for my kid. Eventually the payment went through, we leave the store with nothing but disappointment. Would not shop there again. Kid-friendliness: Not Kid Friendly at all. see above review. Kid drop his tea cup while parent is helping the cashier with their faulty POS system. Cashier would not offer a replacement. huge disappointment

*update*: finally got my boba tea. I ordered jasmine milk tea. Tastes like milk with boba. Do not recommend!! Had to wait 35 minutes and still (currently) waiting to get my ONE tea. One employee taking both orders and making the teas. Lots of people coming in and no teas are being made. How they let this poor employee be by herself is incredibly concerning. Owner needs to fix this.

My daughters love this place so I came to grab them some bubble tea today. It s Monday and we ll past 1:30 and they are still not open. Saw another review that mentioned this very same issue. If you can t open when you say you re going to be open then you shouldn t be in business. Its a waste of your customers time and a lack of respect.

I am very upset and will not be returning here. Used to come here almost every week when living in Allen and it was great, never had a problem. Today having driven 30 minutes from Frisco to get here, I find the place closed even though they should open at 1:30pm. Waited around for about 20 minutes before deciding to leave. A few months ago, I had the same experience here as well and thought it was a one off. If you cant open your establishment on time, change your hours! It is horrendous customer service for a business to not open on time. If I showed up to work late, Id be fired!!!

Went at 1 pm on a Friday and the doors were locked. Door hours stated it should have been open. Went back after some sushi and had a great experience. The woman helping me was so nice and patient with trying to figure out what I wanted. Boba is cooked perfectly. I have a hard time finding boba that isn t insanely chewy. Will be back

This place is incredible Ive been going here for about 4 years now and even though Ive moved recently I still come back here every chance I get. The original owner (Im not sure if shes still there) always remembered our drinks and the nice lady that runs it now also remembers :) Everyone there is super kind and friendly. Just today I walked in with my friends after probably 5 months not going and she still recognized us and remembered our orders!! I will always come back here anytime Im in town for as long as the universe allows.

This place is absolutely the best! Really love that they dont over-ice their bubble teas. Great flavors and great people. This is my second time coming here and I love the consistency. I tried the flavored bubbles and they were interesting because they were sweeter than expected. I got the poison fruit ones in the raspberry tea, which was great, and then Thai tea and honeydew regular bubble teas, which are my favorites. Also very reasonable pricing in the $3-4 range.

What a charming little gem! I got myself a raspberry boba tea with strawberry/pomegranate popping juice bubbles - so refreshing! The place offers a free WiFi and a calm modern ambiance. I visited it earlier in a day, pretty sure it gets much busier in the evening with yummy drinks and fun games being offered. Its a nice spot for a study during the day and I think its a great place for a date or even some family fun.

I came in and asked for a milk tea. When I saw them pump like 6 things of almond and some other liquid sugar I knew I was in trouble. It didn t taste like any milk tea I ve ever had before. Went here with my sister and my drink took forever to be made as well as my sisters because the lady was so busy focusing on her phone orders. Long story short the lady, which I hope wasnt the manager, due to poor customer service standards was very rude and rushed us the whole time. My sisters drink ended up being nasty and we went back to have it remade but the lady only gave attitude. Then had the nerve to throw up that fact that the covid-19 virus was happening, but you couldnt even take care of the people still supporting you. Then proceed to give the money back rudely. Loved the kind service and options for ice cream and smoothies Their pricing is one of the cheapest Ives seen for Boba; however, the tapioca is more soft than I am used to and there are less tea options as well than many other Boba speciality cafes. By far my favorite Bubble Tea place, theyve made me a loyal customer. Ive been going for years, after my first visit was extremely pleasant. At this point, Ive gone so often some of the staff recognizes me, making my visits personal and sweet. Even when Ive been gone for months, I still receive a warm welcome. I personally choose to order the Avocado smoothie most times I go. However, I have tried other flavors, and havent been driven wrong thus far! Best bubble tea I have ever had, but not just that the customer service is amazing. The workers are so kind and even remember you. This place is over an hour from my house been when I have the time I drive here just for bubble tea. Maybe I m crazy, but I definitely recommend it.

Normally very impressed. Sweet ladies working here and always great service but it seems like they can never show up on time. I like to go on my lunch break but half the time end up not even being able to get anything because they say they open at 12 but by the time they actually show up and open i have to be back at work. Wish they would open when it says they do.

Went with the family and was really impressed. The pizza was good and all. Wife said the salid was all good too. Not a bad place the have a party of 5 eat good pizza and have drinks
