Pretty restaurant. Seated right away. Coffee was good. Unfortunately, Hash browns tasked like canola oil, the hollandaise sauce was so watery and bland I just ate my biscuit with jam. Our server was kind and smiled and got our food quickly, but did not check on us or offer more coffee until we were finished with our food despite restaurant not being even 1/4 full. Not inspiring.

Fairly new breakfast restaurant with very confusing limited parking. Our food was prepared well and very good. Service was mediocre. Recommend as a good breakfast restaurant if you live in the immediate area. Parking: Parking for this restaurant is not close. It is rather hard to figure out where you can park in this area and then walk to the restaurant.

I had gluten free pancakes with bacon and eggs. Eggs and bacon were ok. Nothing special. But the GF pancakes were very bland and tasteless. It would be great if they put some seasoning in them, maybe vanilla or ?? They were like eating glue. Husband had Denver Omelette and said it was good. Ordered a classic breakfast like always. You get a choice of biscuits, toast or 3 pancakes. I always order a waffle in lieu of pancakes and there has never been an upcharge. Bad experience. We went there to feed my little son only, so I ordered 3 coffee lattes, 2 scrambled eggs and a kids Apple juice, Im sure I would never order an orange juice because my son doesnt like it, the server brought a K-OJ and as soon as I took the juice I told her that I wanted apple juice, not orange, she insisted that I order orange, she exchanged it for me immediately but on the check she charged me for it as k-orange juice. I was almost sure that orange juice is More Expensive than k-apple juice, so I decided to double-check and ask my server if the k-apple and k-orange juice were the same price and she immediately responded yes. After that, I didnt want to go to check the menu and check the prices, but I was pretty sure that they were not the same. I called them today to double-check the prices, and of course, I knew I was right. k-apple is $2.65. An k-OJ $5.00 Its not the money is more about the bad actitud that the server had with us. I dont know if her annoyance was that we only ordered food for my little one or if she was upset that I didnt want to grab the k-orange juice that she brought me first, when I never asked for it. It doesnt seem fair to me to pay for something Ive never consumed. I never understood why she lie to me.?

The food has changed over the years, my eggs for the Benedict was overdone, pointed it out at the staff and nothing was done. The only thing that really bugged us was looking over and seeing someone curling another girls hair right next to the espresso machine, the entire time we were eating. We went there as a group after playing tennis and the food was horrible. My friend and I both ordered a cheeseburger and it was gross! It tasted like they cooked it earlier (like maybe a day or so before) and reheated it! I ordered it medium temp, and it was gray! It smelled bad, and tasted bad. Not just a fluke because both of ours were bad! I sent it back, and got a Cuban Panini, and the pork on it was the same. Seemed to be precooked. I would NOT recommend eating anything there, besides maybe some breakfast items where they can t precook. Disgusting! No management staff, nor the server, apologized or even referenced the issue.

My family loves this place. We come here, do a little walk by the lake nearby, take pictures and then chill at Starwood for a nice laid back brunch. The staff is super friendly too. Starwood Cafe is a very good place in McKinney, Texas. With an amazing view outside and good food, there is no question of the popularity within the locals. Beautiful location, but the worst location I have visited. We were given a server who doesn t speak or understand English. Everything about our order was wrong. And even though we were given the meals for free, they weren t worth eating.Popped in for a bit before an appointment thinking, it never takes long even when they are crowded . this is a lovely and unique place to eat and walk with friends. There is a lovely European aesthetic to the building and area. Please note that parking is practically hidden, across the street! You may want to set aside extra time to enjoy the grounds nearby. This is the perfect place to get together for a leisurely meal with friends. Everyone in my group enjoyed their food. I have been to this same location for about 6 years. I have always been an excellent customer and good tipper for the food I ordered. I usually tip between $5 to $10 every time I was there no matter how big or small I order. As I went in today around 10:00 am and 12:30 pm for my 2 personal meetings , the first meeting went well and I tip the waitress $5 for $33 orders we had. But on my meeting at 12:30 , my guest ( she was paying for our order ) saw the $0.79 charge on a little cup of salsa which was a surprise because I was never charged for salsa And went to the manager, she did not waive it and insisted for the $0.79 charge on the salsa was correct. I gave her $1.00 and told her to take out that $0.79 on the revised receipt because I was with my guest and my guest was not happy about the charge which the manager did not inform us that they charge for little cup of maybe 2 spoonful amount of salsa! Well , all in all , the manager does not know how to make your long time customer happy over this $0.79 salsa. Sad .. a Giant Thumb Down for losing an excellent customer! We will never go back again !!

Solid breakfast choice with a very cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and unique location in Adriatica Village. Im a regular at this location and will continue to return. Their food can sometimes hit the mark, but its rare. Love the variety of vegetarian options. Highly disappointed by the mutligrain pancakes- like trying to cut through some sort of makeup foam rather than soft fluffy pancakes, so Ill stay away from that going forward. I ordered banana multigrain pancakes and was given a stack of super firm and dense pancakes and sliced bananas on the side. However, their coffee is delicious, and they provide creamers and jellies on the table so you dont have to request those. Vegetarian omelets, skillets, and avocado toast are decent, and Banana Nutella Crepes are a favorite. Really the atmosphere of this location is my favorite feature of this Starwood. Its always busy, especially on weekends. (Fyi: On weekdays you can call ahead and add your name to the list but not on weekends.) Parking: Parking on the street is harder to find, but theres a garage within walking distance.

Upon entering my wife and I were greeted by a gentleman named Carlos. He was very polite and smiling. He sat us at a booth with a view of the lake which we both loved. First time visiting and we ordered to go. My hope was to eat as soon as I received but that wasn t possible, but after 2 hours I was able to warm and it was delightful . The pancakes were thick and amazing! Will return to dine in and would recommend.

The breakfast was absolutely awesome! The eggs, bacon, sausage, and hash browns were so good! The waffle was just perfect too! First time to eat here, but it won t be my last! I highly recommend this place! Diana was an awesome server too!

I tried the Chocolate pancakes - good berry French toast - ok but way too much cream on top . It was too much happening for me. Veggie skillet - good but it wasnt hot enough when it came out but thats probably cuz we ordered a lot of food.

Got lucky and beat the Sunday rush to brunch. Meal was delicious and even with a crowded restaurant, we never waited to get a refill or had any delay in our food getting to our table. Great food, great service, all around wonderful experience that we cant wait to return for another visit.

Keep it simple here. My wife and I have been here many times. Cuban sandwich is great. Skillets are great. Ordered the eggs benedict today. Egg whites were raw on one of the english muffins and the raw egg white drained onto the entire plate after cutting into it. Sent it back after explaining clearly and got a new plate of eggs benedict with the egg yolk cooked over hard. Lol. My drink was also given to me with a gross piece of avocado stuck to the side of the glass I had to wipe off. Youll have a good experience if you keep it simple and order things that are difficult to screw up.

A good breakfast place in Adriatica. Tried their Starwood Crepes, a savory crepe with chicken, mushrooms, spinach, and drizzled with Hollandaise sauce. A truly standout dish and unique to their menu. Best option for parking is the parking garage just last the location (to the south).

First visit. The food was absolutely delicious! Im plant based and had no issues finding something to eat. The power bowl was delicious. Add some dressing to it though. Had a oat/coconut milk hot chocolate, yum!! Food was cooked perfectly. Great quality. Service was great. Will be back. Vegetarian options: They have alternative milks for lattes and hot chocolate.

Always an amazing time at Starwood. My favorite menu item every time is chicken fried CHICKEN. Delicious gravy, great breading, and hash browns are my favorite. I recommend getting the orange juice or Segafredo coffee for sure.
