Got food poisoning from here and ended up in the hospital for 3 days. Be careful choosing to eat here. The place is also dirty (should ve been the first red flag to make me choose a different place to eat) the pancakes were not fully cooked, the hash browns were cold.

Food was great. Been graving pancakes. Didnt sit well at the end when getting already to pay servers were mopping the back sections. Putting chairs up in the middle of the day while tables are still eating I get needing to do your side tasks to leave for ur shift. Chemicals were way too strong while trying to finish eating. Very off putting to end the meal that way.

Walked into a smelly fithy dirty restaurant. Floors tables n menus were sticky. The waitress couldnt get our order straight. Then once placed they got everything crossed. Ordered 2 salads but they didnt have any lettuce! Theres a Walmart behind the restaurant why didnt the Mgr who was just sitting in the bank not go buy some! Finally our order arrived, but it was not any good. The chicken fried steak was sour the so called whote gravy was literally water with pepper it was disgustingly watery not thick at all. The 2nd plate hardly had any mashed potatoes, Mac n cheese was barely mixed so ot was tasteless. $18 for each plate is high way robbery when the plate appeal is lacking the food is half azz thrown onto the plate thwn the taste is disgusting! $44 down the drain..never again IHOPs all over have gone downhill but this one takes the #1 prize! Place was empty except for another table and noone could clean up. Go buy lettuce or make coffee? The waitress was cuzing from the kitchen saying all damn day amd we do t have any coffee made! Really, no coffee, wow!! Definitely lack of management skills...totally care less about the place he is super to manage.

The food here is alright. Not the greatest thing weve ever had. But when youre hungry for breakfast at night, its an option other than Waffle House. My boyfriend enjoyed his chicken and waffles, he did mention the breading wasnt his favorite though. I feel it was a tad overcooked and a little salty for my taste. I think the grease needed to be changed too. I appreciated that the gravy had no pork added to it. And my meal was only 5 bucks. Cant beat that! The turkey bacon was a little sweet for my liking. The server was attentive enough. Came by the table a couple times at least, she seemed to be serving all the tables, but she seemed nice. The atmosphere reminds me of a modernized 90s diner, with the music adding effect. Overall its okay here for something away from the usual fast food. They seem to have a lot of pancake options too.

Guys this place is great. Ive never had such premium top tier pancakes in my life. Truly this place has opened my eyes to the true colors of life. The waiter Cody tonight was amazing and hard working, kind and professional, working his butt off, but the manager Cifari that was cooking couldnt keep up with him. She actually started turning people away and saying she couldnt do her job. There were a couple of families that left disappointed all dressed up to go eat together, and they couldnt. She refused to give them service. In my opinion the waiter should have her job. She was very unprofessional, and the whole restaurant heard her threatening to fire him for wanting to serve customers coming into the restaurant. We even heard him telling her the store is open. We cant deny service. Ill help you cook. But she refused. It made everyone in the restaurant very uncomfortable. Please fix this manager problem. Cody should have her job.

From the entrance the service is excellent. The people who serve are very friendly and help you with any requests or extras that you may require. For example, I ordered syrup of two different flavors that were not on the table and they brought them to me. The food preparation time is acceptable, it is between fast food and a regular restaurant. I highly recommend it.

On 8/4/24 Morning i decided to take my little boy for breakfast ,excited we drove to this particular I hop since it was close ,as usual when we got to the front we were shown our sitting location and immediately a waiter,i forgot her name came to our service,I ordered apple juice and Orange for a start while waiting for our breakfast,little did i know that was the start of problems.Our order took ages.My baby started being uncomfortable because food was taking long to come,he would see other people getting food and would ask where is ours,i kept on reassuring him, i had to order for the second apple juice to calm him down.45 minutes went by and i decided to enquire about it, thats when she came rushing with only 3 pancakes for my baby then later eggs.I had to wait for mine,by this time i had totally lost my appetite.She later came saying my order got lost in the kitchen thats why it was taking time.We left there very sad .What a way to waste a beautiful sunday morning.

Atmosphere - place seems run down, but not terrible, nothing special, but fine to sit down and eat. Service - our waitress was nice, but we barely saw her... drinks ran dry while eating so thats annoying, what made it worse was there were no other people there... Ive honestly never had great service at any IHOP, so I was expecting this. Food - Fajita omlette was 8 out 10, the chicken it it didnt scream Fajita to me, but it was still good. Choclate chip pancakes are solid I would recommend. The French toast was good, generous serving. Overall, the food is good, but I give the nod to Dennys. I will still go back every now and again out of convenience and nostalgia.

Have not been here in years but thought I d give it a shot because I got a gift card in the mail. Will was my waiter he was kind and brought my food fast. Food was great made exactly how I ordered. They literally served me cold, unstirred hot chocolate. It was just chunks of powder in cold water. All the food was lukewarm at best and not good. Ive had much better at other IHOP locations. Stopped in for a quick dinner after a long day before heading home. Allie was our waitress and she was phenomenal! She absolutely blew my boyfriend and I away with her service and kindness the entire time we were dining. Continually checked in on us and was always asking if we needed anything. Never got a chance to eat or anything. Was seated and waiting for server and unwrapped our silverware and it was all dirty. Looks like food crusted on all 4 servings of silverware. Unbelievable! Been to IHOP of Sherman Texas and same thing but McKinney Texas location is usually good but it is horrible now. Walked out before saying anything. Probably never go back to an IHOP again. If you are crazy enough to go to a IHOP I encourage you to check silverware and glasses and coffee cups before using.

I recently had a truly awful dining experience at IHOP. The fruit served in my dish was clearly frozen and tasted stale. When I expressed my disappointment to the waitress, she blatantly lied about the quality of the food, making excuses rather than acknowledging the issue. To make matters worse, I did not receive enough food for the price I paid. Despite the waitress claiming she informed the manager, no one bothered to address the situation or offer an apology. The lack of accountability and poor food quality make this establishment one to avoid at all costs. Save your money and dine elsewhere where your taste buds wont be subjected to disappointment and deceit.

Man, mckinney IHOP has really gone down hill. One of the employees was sleeping on the floor in the bathroom. The entry area smelled like trash and dirty mop water. The lights were flickering on and off because of an electrical issue. My food was cold. My personal server was very sweet, but the whole experience left me with a bad taste in my mouth. Update: 2/2//24 We havent had the best luck as of late with good food. We decided to wait a few months and try them again. Unfortunately, we ate very little of what we ordered. I ordered the Classic Eggs Benedict and country potatoes. The potatoes were great, the Eggs Benedict wasnt close to edible. Photo included. They substituted the thick breakfast ham for 2 slice of COLD shaved ham and they eggs were practically hard boiled, not poached. English muffin was raw, not toasted. Hollandaise Sauce was served on the side in small condiment cup. I tried a bite, it was cold throughout, not edible. My husband offer me his 2 pancakes, which were cold and extremely tough. Since I didnt have a steak knife, they too were left behind after one attempt. Service was great and the coffee was good. Breakfast was good, the service was prompt, and the restaurant was clean.

Great place! We went there late at night after an event, we had a pretty large crowd that went and the service was good but got many of the orders wrong and mixed up. It was clean and wasn t to bad for it being so late a night. Definitely would recommend only for Kate night large groups exertions! We ll be back next year to enjoy some breakfast late at night! Only thing that needed improving was the bathrooms; they need deep cleanings-top to bottom. We plan to return to this location the next time we re wanting IHOP. Thanks!

Our server, Maryam, was the absolute best! She made sure everything was good and kept our drinks full the entire time. She was friendly and gave us input on some of the menu items. She made our visit so enjoyable! The food was good also. There were too many of us to put what we all had, but everyone seemed very pleased with their food. Thank you, Maryam, for the wonderful service!

I know this place is old and you have done remodeling inside but OMG please clean and fix the restroom. You can t have scotch tape over a ceiling leak. The stall walls are horrible dirty and the toilet seats are broken! Come on, that is not an expensive thing! Makes you wonder, if the restroom look like that what does the kitchen look like!

The food was awful. The eggs tasted weird. The pancakes were horrible and I dont know how to explain that. They were the worst pancakes I have ever eaten in my life. However the manger did make up for it a little. I should have gotten that comp. The waitress didnt check on us but 2 xs. She should have at least 4 xs. The place wasnt clean. Food was cold. Dont waste your money, find a Dennys. Wheelchair accessibility: At least they had parking there.

Well that was beyond disrespectful. I come in as a single person and sit after waiting a while due to 2 of the employees having a long conversation instead of doing their job. After that, Im finally sat and provided some water and then they go back to a 15 minute conversation. Since then, a party of 7 comes in to take their seats and Im still left there waiting to take place my order. He then starts taking all 7 of their orders. I left. Suck on a dozen eggs guy.

Cold food and no manager to apologize. The waiter was not happy to be there and it showed. For as expensive as it was one would expect better. Always still a classic spot for us but just wish they would take more pride in what they do.

Food is usually decent. Service good, but extremely slow and not always friendly. The restaurant is usually dirty and feels dark & dingy. (We usually go around dinner time) Parking: The lights never work, so if you go between dusk & dawn, its difficult to see and feels a little sketchy.

IT TOOK 20-25 MINUTES (maybe more, wasnt lookin at phone) 2 GET THE FOOD 4 4 pancakes & 2 sausages!!!! No rootbeer 2 say the least, waitress says only Pepsi products but names Dr. Pepper . WILL NEVER EVER COME BACK!!!!! Sad 2 cuz this was closer 2 us, oh well! Service real bad! Hardly anyone comes 2 check on us. Mostly standin around and speakin spanish. The cooks music was loud and overpowerin the xmas music IHOP has. There were great servers who liked the customers but theyre gone. No more comin here
