1. The place looks nice, too much for a breakfast place but ok. 2. Both our plates were nasty. Old hash browns that tasted off and barely warm. The sandwich was weird and not at all what it should be based on description. 3. Wife s food was basic as hell for $17 poorly made crepe. 4. Server was ok. I told him it was disappointing so he tells GM Amiya. 5. GM Amiya comes over, is rude and refuses to comp the sandwich because the description was right and I took a bite of it. This is the worst customer service experience I ve had in a very long time. Weekday at noon with 1 other table in the place. How s it possible to be this bad as a fluke. Not really a complainer as I m in the service industry too. But what she comes over as my wife tries to give our card ad points saying let me finish . No attempt to make our experience right. She said she doesn t eat their stuff. Maybe should at least taste it. Do Not waste your time, palate nor frustration coming here. Negative 2 stars!!! Never Again will they get my money.

My test for if a breakfast place is good is how well they handle Benedict because the eggs and hollandaise are difficult to execute well. I would definitely recommend coming here. I ordered the Tex-mex Benedict with hash browns. The eggs were perfectly poached, the hollandaise was light and seasoned well. They didn t overwhelm the flavors with the sriracha drizzle. The hash browns were crispy and delicious. The coffee was also good and not bitter or too acidic.

We had visited here a few times. I really tried to like it as its right off the highway and every so often like having brunch before a movie. I rarely write reviews, but unfortunately, our experience this weekend was far from satisfactory. I will be dividing my thoughts into a few categories. Service: The servers are friendly enough; I have been working this industry 20 years and know a mismanaged restaurant when I see one. A girl who I assume is the manager could be heard chewing out a couple employees. I tried to wave at her a few times but she completely ignored us, and it was frustrating. Food Quality: When the breakfast finally arrived, it was a letdown. The pancakes were overcooked and dry, and the scrambled eggs lacked flavor and seemed under-seasoned. The bacon, which should have been crispy, was soggy and greasy. It was evident that the kitchen had not put much effort into preparing the meal. Adding to the bad food, several items were missing from our order. And the coffee, which should have been a nice start to the morning, was lukewarm and weak definitely not what we were hoping for. The CLEANLINESS was another issue. Our table wasn t properly cleaned before we were seated, and the floor around us had crumbs and debris. It just didn t make for a welcoming atmosphere. Considering the poor food and service, it didn t offer good value. The breakfast prices felt high for the quality we received. Overall: While Breakfast Club 51 might have a decent setting, this restaurant was lacking on all fronts. From the indifferent service to the lackluster food, it just wasn t worth the visit. I really hope the management takes these issues seriously because there s definitely room for improvement. For now, though, I can t recommend this place for breakfast. There are a few brunch places nearby that we went to that are a better bang for your buck.

All I have to say is mold on my toast. I lost my appetite after that. When we alerted them there was mold on the bread, they took the plate and said oh. Brought new toast out with nothing else said. And what I did eat of the eggs and hash browns had no seasoning. No one at the table enjoyed their food/drink. Will not be returning.

This was truly a surreal experience. Also probably the worst dining experience I ve ever had? Food/drink: at a table of 6, no one finished their order. My friend got served bread with mold on it. Most if not all of the food was under-seasoned. My iced latte tasted like watered down milk (I m fairly certain they didn t use espresso to make it) and the home fries had a couple undercooked pieces that weren t quite frozen, but you could tell they had been frozen until quite recently. Service: they were sweet but oh so confused. They brought out things none of us had ordered and they didn t bring things we did order. Had to ask for the gravy that s supposed to come with the fried chicken and a side biscuit. Two of the servers both stared at a plate for a while bc one server asked the other what it was and neither of them was quite sure. Also had to ask for change after a while after one of us paid with cash (a good amount of change, about $12 on a $8 check) and the server came back with wet(?) bills. Apparently they were also out of coins so like sure keep the 60 cents but also, shouldn t you have coins? They truly were not that busy, at least half the tables were empty. I get that the servers were new, but for their sake if not the customers, give the poor things some training.

Had i rated this on my first visit, it would have been a tad higher. Service was the only awful part the first go around. Came back thinking it was a one off. Boy was I mistaken and then some. To start, we were seated at 11:12 and didn t get our order taken until 11:35. Ended up wasting over an hour there. The food was a far cry from good this time too. Things were either burnt or raw and obviously looked like they sat under the heating lamp for a good while. Servers actively avoided looking at us and a couple of other tables. We had to call out to them to get our order taken and anything else we needed thereafter. On arrival, our order was also wrong. No cutlery, drinks took over half an hour to arrive. I really could go on. In summary, if you want to waste your time and money on garbage, this is your spot.

I recently dined at Breakfast Club 51, and it was an experience I wont soon forget mostly because I wish I could! From the moment I walked in, the service was abysmal. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping us, and we waited ages just to be seated. Once we finally got a table, it took forever for someone to take our order. When the food finally arrived, it was a huge disappointment. The dishes looked unappetizing and tasted even worse. My meal was overcooked and bland, and my companions dish was cold and poorly presented. We couldnt even finish our plates and ended up leaving most of our food untouched. There were many in our party who didn t get their food at all. Our drinks never got refilled. Even after complaining to the manager.

Ordered delivery and was excited to get biscuits and sausage gravy, most places just have plain pepper gravy. Very disappointed when it arrived. It s pepper gravy with cut up sausage patties in it. That s not the same as sausage gravy. Happy to share my recipe if you like. Home style potatoes were done enough, but you should try onions and peppers in there for flavor. Bacon was good and done, fruit was a good portion. Just my thoughts.

Food was mediocre, and dishes were dirty - returned a milk jug for coffee that had old food stuck on the inside. Had a caesar salad that was supposed to have romaine and arugula - only had romaine lettuce. Also there was clearly old yellow lettuce in the salad. My daughter had fried chicken that tasted like dirty old fryer oil. Table water served tasted like tap water. Coffee tastes like they hadnt cleaned the machine in some time. No issues with staff. Lots of small details that add up to a mediocre experience.

The food we did receive was amazing. But, my husband ordered a omelet and pancakes. I order the a meal with a crepe and French toast. After part of our order was brought to us I had to say something 20mins later, they finally brought my husbands pancakes but forgot about my French toast and crepe . This time we have already finished what we had, but, we still had to wait another 20mins for my French toast thats right just the French toast not even the crepe, so the waiter said he took 20% off our ticket because of the issue, as we are leaving I looked at the receipt and seen he took 2.00 off and thought that was generous. When I didnt get everything we paid for and had to wait to get my French toast not even my crepe after my family already finished there food except the pancakes that was brought out late as well. This place is a joke and they have no idea what customer service is. I want a refund and no worries we wont be back. Poor management experience and food was over cooked/burnt. Biscuit, bacon, egg, and cheese was burnt and I specified no bacon and they put it on anyway. The chicken fried chicken was undercooked. Called management the old mgr was no longer working there who promised a remake on the order. The new manager said he could do nothing about the experience bc others may try coming in with there receipts trying to replace orders even though I was told to keep my receipt and I had a bad experience. Also, they were out of a lot of menu items including potatoes and it was early morning. We had a long wait to receive our food and a long wait to get assistance to order. Very unorganized.

Do not, ever, order from this place through door dash. They clearly cannot read a simple order. In the last month they have forgotten multiple orders of bacon, toast, French toast. Food is cold, constantly. We live less than 2 miles so temperature should not be a concern. Todays order consisted of missing bacon and an order of French toast. How is reading a receipt that tough, YOU TAPE IT OR STAPLE IT TO THE BAG. Read it first possibly? Whomever the manager is needs to be replaced as they do not verify their staffs work. Over 10 orders in the last month or so have yielded significant errors. Embarrassing and terrible business practice.

Quite possibly the worst restaurant Ive visited in years. Went with my wife for a late breakfast. Walked in, was greeted promptly and told we could sit outside or at the bar, otherwise we had a wait. We picked outside, it wasnt that hot yet. We were seated outside and immediately noticed the smell, not sure if it was the dumpster, or the construction going on, but it was pretty bad. We went back to the hostess stand and she said we could sit at the bar or wait. We picked the bar. Looked at the menu, had some fun looking things, we ordered. A couple of sausage and cheese omelets, juice and toast, breakfast. Juice came out promptly. Then we sat and we sat and we sat some more...roughly 30 minutes. Its eggs...finally, our omelets arrive...but wait, whats that green stuff in our sausage and cheese omlets?. The server replied, Green onions. The menu was pretty detailed in what they put in all of the omelets, green onions were not listed in our omelets. My wife sent them back...at that point I had had enough. I was not going to wait another 30 minutes for them to cook me some eggs. My wife tried to flag the server as we were standing so we could pay for the juices and go. Then our toast arrived, after the eggs for some reason...or before the correctly prepared eggs, I guess it depends on your perspective. I told the food runner we did not need the toast, as we were leaving, and could he get the waiter so we could pay our check. To which the runner then asked did you enjoy your meal or something to that effect. At which point my brain started short circuiting. The waiter came over and we told him we were leaving, we just wanted to pay for our juices and go. We paid and left. Starwood was good that morning.

The food was good and the portions more than enough for multiple meal leftovers. For me, it was the service that was lacking. The server wasn t very personable and was very obviously bored. We went to a later breakfast, so we may have arrived between breakfast and lunch rush. There was one employee stocking the bar cleaning tables. Our server appeared disheveled, dirty clothes, untucked shirt. He wasn t rude, but he didn t say hello and act personable. He didn t seem too familiar with the handheld ordering system. We asked for sodas with our meals. He brought us tumblers of ice and a can of soda. I m disappointed that our drinks were $3.50/ea and we had to pour ourselves. A fountain drink for about that price is a larger cup and easy refills. We asked for flatware and napkins. There seemed to have some dishwasher residue, so we used to napkins to wipe the flatware. The music was overly loud for the amount of people in the restaurant and was glitching. Overall, the food was good, but I m unlikely to return.

Tried this place for the first time. Overall Id give it an A or an A-. The service was excellent, the atmosphere friendly. My wifes breakfast tacos were fantastic. However my bloody mary was bland, and the meat lovers omelette a bit middlin as well. Still I would recommend it to a friend and will happily return to try some of the other offerings. Tldr: the potatoes (not hash browns) and waffles were the best thing from this order. Portions are huge, especially if you order the skillet - could easily feed 2-3 people. The skillet was too greasy. Was not expecting potatoes with the Avocado & Bacon skillet (was not listed on the menu) but they ended up being the best thing on the plate. Service was interesting... It was very communal as in we had 3-4 different waiters take our order and give us food and drink. Drinks were also interesting... Waited a while for drinks and ended up getting two orders (at no extra charge). The first round of drinks wasnt quite right, but the second round was much better as in what youd expect from a Cranberry Mimosa and a Raspberry Martini. The breakfast burrito was okay, and the hash browns were overcooked so they just tasted like grease and burnt. The waffle was great and luckily a half size.

The experience started off great as we were seated the moment we walked in for a party of 3 on a Sunday morning (1030), but thats where the good part ends. We were seated in the back of the restaurant at a table/booth meant for 10 people that boxes you in on one side and then had a party of 5 seated next to us with less than 6 inches of clearance between the tables (which made for an awkward exit trying not to touch their food). After that we ordered 2 sweet teas and a Dr. Pepper, what came to the table was 2 unsweet teas, a can of Dr. Pepper and a glass of ice that was half full of water already. When asked if they had sweet tea thinking that the waiter just got the order wrong they assured me that they would bring us replacement sweet teas....we received more unsweet tea so we decided to ask for a mimosa and an orange juice. The mimosa had to be reminded 3 times and on the last time was spoken with who appeared to be the owner before it was brought. We never received the orange juice (even after reminding them twice) and had to have it removed from the check as we still got charged for it ($6 for freshly squeezed orange juice). The food arrived about 30 mins after ordering which was not bad and the food mostly tasted good. We got the chicken fried chicken sandwich with fruit (which was an extra charge, not explained) and that was really good. We also got the BC51 banana and chocolate waffle, the waffle was really good and the over medium eggs were alright but DO NOT ask for extra crispy hash browns, they were hard and burnt (my fault for asking for that). Lastly we got the Western King omelet which was overcooked and dry. Overall the food wasnt bad but the service was terrible for a $70 meal.

We were surprised by the food. Took the family her for the first time. The food arrived quickly and it was GOOD! Seems like the front of the house struggles a bit with communication and the server who took care of us today was trying but poorly trained. This restaurant has an ambitious menu, but execution is mediocre to poor. Started with coffee, which was weak. Perhaps their espressos based offerings would be better, but the brewed coffee was unsatisfactory. One of us ordered the bacado omelette and it was pretty good, but was served lacking the ado part. When I called it out to the waitress, she promptly offered to rectify the situation and brought out a side plate of avocado. I also requested multi-grain toast, also not delivered with the meal, and then later was told the multi-grain bread was not servable. I was offered a substitute of several other breads and received a tasty sourdough. A side of fresh fruit was mixed - unripe melon, and some tasty strawberries, pineapple, and grape halves. My partner ordered the ham, Swiss, and asparagus crepe. Her one word description was sad . The asparagus was a pale green, the woody ends not cut off. The ham was the best part. The crepe was light and slightly sweet. Service was very good, our server attentive and apologetic for the kitchen. We were greeted and sat promptly. The space is open and airy with some greenery and a patio that would be lovely in nice weather. The front of the house was doing well today, but the back was not up to par at all, at least on these dishes. Since the food is the focus of the meal, three stars for the overall experience.

As a McKinney original, I ve struggled to find a regular breakfast spot since Bill Smith s closed. Either the food was great but service was lacking or vice versa. Today, I decided to give Breakfast Club 51 a shot and I now have my new breakfast spot! The food (I had the BC51 Wildberries) was amazing. The waffle was light and fluffy and the berries were fresh. The eggs over easy was the perfect consistency and the bacon was a perfect crispness. My servers Sydney and Maddie were very polite and attentive, but not in an overbearing way. I m very happy with my new breakfast destination and can t wait to come back!

I seriously had high hopes for this place because it was mentioned on a TikTok but i will not come back. I went with my boyfriend today and I went to the restroom to wash my hands. The men s was out of order so everyone in the restaurant was using one bathroom. There was pee all over the toilet and it was absolutely disgusting, if everyone is using the same bathroom then at least have someone cleaning it every 30 minutes or so. I left the restaurant and went to the ChopShop 2 doors down to use their bathroom. When I came back to our table my boyfriend said it was the first shift at the restaurant, both our water glasses had white stuff floating around at the bottom. So grossed out that we just walked out. If you re looking for a brunch place, I would not recommend this place

2nd visit this month I really want to love this place, but the service needs A LOT of improvement. The food is good, but I think they just need more time to get the total package together. More attentive, knowledgeable service, cleaner tables/booths and bathrooms, staff who aren t messing w/their hair & phones while working, food that comes out hot & server saying minor modifications can t be made to entrees, even at an additional cost. Really great potential here. We ll just have to try again in the future.

My family and I came here for brunch this morning we were able to walk in and get seated right away should ve known this was a red flag from the beginning. We ordered two vanilla lattes that we waited over 30 minutes for. The place was not busy at all maybe 5 tables. The food was absolutely terrible I ordered the crepe breakfast plate the crepe was so over down it was more of a tortilla than a crepe the sausage tested bad I tried to take my 2 year old to the bathroom and it was absolutely disgusting the manager is not a team player there were many tables that needed to be cleaned but she was too concerned with what playlist to play in the restaurant instead of assisting her employees to make the restaurant presentable. The waiter was alright but you could clearly tell he lacked training and was honestly just there . The silverware looked like it wasn t even washed and my glass of water had yellow stuff in the bottom of it. Please listen to these reviews of others before wasting your money on a subpar dining experience.

OMG I love this place! Service - The employees are always so sweet and get me everything I need, from the minute I walked in, I had a warm welcome then I was sat almost immediately. The server was busy with other tables but the other employees brought us our drinks and brought our food for their servers, it looked like they were helping each other out, I love to see the teamwork. 10/10 Atmosphere - The decor is Beautiful, the bar is my favorite, the lighting is perfect for mornings and just for the view, they have a patio that is soooo pretty but the only downside, which is temporary, is the construction right behind them:(, it was loud but not their fault, anyway this place is beautiful, I wish their was a rooftop like next door. 9/10 Food - Amazingggggg, you need to try the Houston, the Triple Berry Waffle plate or the Chicken Fried Chicken Waffle Sandwich, those are the three Ive had and omg they didnt disappoint, soooo flavorful and unique. Im going to get the meat skillet with some avocado because it was so mouthwatering, I had to steal a bite from my husband. 11/10 Ive been here 3 times so far and you know what they say... 3rd times a charm! I will be back with more family and friends! My wife and I visited this restaurant for the first time Sunday after church. Im sorry to say it was quite disappointing. Was seated right away, but didnt get a menu or eating utensils. When we were finally contacted by a server we were able to order our drinks. The hostess came back to our table and gave us access to a card with a QR code to scan with your cellphone to see a menu. Were not a big fan of this concept but was told by hostess that this was the only menu. Of course we saw another table later with menus. When we received our drinks and food the experience really went the wrong direction. My wifes water glass still had food or dried bug stuck on the top of the glass. The food looked great, but the jet black hair that was hung up in my scrambled eggs ruined my appetite. The server was very kind and was attentive as he could be. When we received our check it was incorrect because the server was having issues with the computer. It gave us a credit for $18. He couldnt figure out how to fix it. The server was a very young kid and I was afraid it would be taken from his check, so I gave him a rather large tip to cover the shortage. His politeness was the only thing good about this place and we didnt want him losing $18 of his pay. I cant recommend this place to anyone. It was just a mess. I saw some parties just giving up and walking out. Sorry guys, but this is our first and last time to visit Breakfast Club 51 McKinney.

I would describe my experience at Breakfast Club 51 with two words. Great Potential. The location is absolutely perfect. The service was a little better than average, however the food wasnt good. I dont want to like Gordon Ramsay, however either the manager over the kitchen needs to be replaced or the executive chef needs to be replaced. Simply said, the food wasnt good. Matthew was our server, and he was polite and courteous. There were a few items with the food, and the manager did an excellent job and tried to rectify the situation. I honestly feel, if they changed a few things, Breakfast Club 51 would be an excellent choice for Breakfast or Brunch

I recently visited a breakfast restaurant bar combo that left me quite underwhelmed. The food overall was not great. The sausage was slightly overcooked, though it did have a decent flavor. The okra had a nice crunch, but it desperately needed salt to bring out any real taste. The Monte Cristo was another disappointment. Essentially a French toast, egg, and ham stack, it lacked the usual cheese component, making it feel incomplete and bland. However, the worst offender was the shrimp and grits. It resembled a soup more than anything, with a terrible texture that was extremely off-putting. Our experience was made even worse by an incident with the staff. When my husband stood up to go change our baby, leaving me and our other child seated and eating, the staff came and took the highchair, starting to bus the table. In the process, I was hit in the shin with the highchair so hard it left me breathless and unable to speak for a moment. Despite my attempts to stop them, they continued trying to flip the table. When I spoke to the manager, she said she would talk to the owner, but that does nothing for me, the pain I am in, or the sheer disrespect we experienced. I found myself hoping that their cocktails were better, and frankly, you might need to indulge in the alcohol to tolerate the food and the service here. Overall, I wouldn t recommend this spot if you re looking for a satisfying breakfast experience.

Today was the first time for us to try. We sat at the bar. Yes it was Mother s Day and a crazy busy day. We were prepared to be patient. I brought a book to read. We waited over an hour for our food. When we asked they had no idea where it was. Very frustrating. Working in the industry in my past this place wasn t ran well. They weren t prepared for a busy day. More training is needed to happen. While it is a chaotic the customers should never know. The atmosphere and vibe was very chaotic. It s the Dallas area we should be prepared for it to be busy. While today was probably out of the norm bc of Mother s Day. There was plenty of staff. We are grateful our drinks were taken care of. We ended up going to Elwood in the same shopping area and had a way more relaxed experience.

Went for brunch with friends and had a great experience. We had a waiter who was new and was up front about it from the get-go, and he did a stellar job. The manager checked on us several times throughout the visit. Anyone who gives this place low stars just really doesn t understand what it means to give a new restaurant and new staff, grace. Decided to try this new place out on 4/14. The atmosphere was nice until i went to the restroom which had over flowing trash can and toilet paper and paper towels on the floor. Started off with a smoothie which was pretty good due to being undecided as to the lack of food options. I would expect alot more breakfast variety! I eventually chose the burrito w/ sausage and was less than impressed due to it being bland and lacking flavor(put a little seasoning in your food). Our server failed to get silverware even after food was served until we asked him for some. Maybe the manager should go around and engage w/ the customers to get real time feedback being a new place. Alot better places around town, doubt I will return. Really surprised by the high reviews on here, it is anything but.

This is my second time coming (not sure why I didnt put a review before). Atmosphere is great and Ive been here on busy and slower times. The first time blew me away with the food options and bigger portions/variety. Multiple drink options for when friends come to town. Second time was alright. Husband loved the eggs Benedict and the fresh fruit side was a nice portion. I wouldnt recommend the meat lovers omelete though. Very greasy and I had to force myself to wat 25% of it before giving up. We got checked on by the manager and the server Joe was attentive. We will be back but will be picky on my next food choice.

Pay attention to the real reviews. This place is NOT good. It has a few tiny high points, that are overwhelmed by the lows - the food. If you want poorly cooked food that s straight out of a Sysco truck, this is your spot. There s not a drop of made from scratch that I saw on my visit. There s 4-5 breakfast spots within 1 mile you should drive to instead. Atmosphere - good layout. Where we sat, between the kitchen and the central bar was stuffy and hot. The rest of the place didn t seem as bad. Staff - lots of staff, not that it helped the experience. We had a pretty bad order to delivery problem, not sure if that s the server or the kitchen. A specific floor lead was super attentive, he rescued what was utterly the worst service I ve had in months. Multiple times. Coffee - the coffee was, dare I say, good? It was pretty fresh and was almost always on time. Food - let s talk. Hash browns - mushy, not cooked to order, almost no flavor / seasoning. Home fries or Skillet potatoes - not fresh, frozen and fried. You can tell they cook them in batches and keep them in a warmer. French fries - literally the same as the horrible skillet potatoes - except in stick form. Chicken fried chicken - imagine you were going to eat the worst chicken sandwich you ve ever had, take the frozen cutlets out of the bag and put two on a plate and call it chicken fried chicken the breading did not resemble chicken fried steak in any form. The bacon was rubbery and greasy. The eggs, were cooked to order and fine. This place will be fine because of location most likely. I don t know how they can afford the rent and the ridiculous amount of staff - we ll see how long that lasts. Usually places go downhill after 6 months when they need to start cutting corners.. that s a slippery slope with something this mediocre to begin with. Don t waste your hard earned money here.

Place is pretty, has a nice vibe and atmosphere. Food left a lot to be desired - chicken waffle sandwich I wouldn t order again. Chicken was dry and looks like the chicken was cooked for a different meal but re-used and fried which dried it out further, breading fell apart and had a greasy taste but no flavor, avocados were HARD days away from being ripe, and the fried egg was bland and over fried, but upside prices were fair in my opinion. Service was okay - requested more creamer and instead of getting it from the back server grabbed it from another table which was odd. Water is not given with coffee you have to request it. Hard to find the server she only checked on us once through the meal and took a long time to come back after we had been done eating for almost 10 minutes. Upside she was pleasant. I personally wouldn t come back too many great breakfast options in this area.

Walked in and really enjoyed the vibe this place gave off unfortunately it was short lived during service. Server was very nice but not as attentive as one would like. Ordered coffee to taste flavor and was very happy with the flavor and temp. Refills were far and few between and no water was offered until we asked. Waitress came back maybe twice unless flagged down. Food came out hot and looked decent just kind of minimal. 13.95 to skimp on items is not great for breakfast. Nothing spectacular that I couldn t make at home. If I don t want to see a server I would just stay home. Was seated immediately which was the only highlight of the breakfast. Went on Good Friday and maybe 10 other tables at 10am. Took 10 minutes for waiter to asked if we had been helped. Ordered food and sides were all wrong, wrap was small for $15 food took 25 minutes to come out. Other patrons were looking around to see where their food was as well. Asked for crispy bacon it was just flimsy so they brought me burnt bacon. Packaged and bland gravy with old sausage in it. Waiter never came back to check until the end to give check. Food was way under par for the amount they charge. Expensive, food was poor quality, pricing is $$ for anything on the menu. Would not recommend. If I want those prices and better food I will go to Bread Winners or Common Table. Highly likely this chain doesn t have well trained managers to train cooks and staff. New breakfast place in McKinney. Gave it a try this past weekend. Got there shortly after they opened on Saturday and had some good food served by Melissa. Will be going back. May drag my parents with us next time.

just wanted to drop in a quick review for this place Ive recently visited a few times. The food is absolutely superb ! They have maintained a pro-level customer service, which really enhanced my dining experience. I was particularly impressed by the manager, Mr. John Akbari . Outstanding guy! I would wholeheartedly recommend checking out this place. It is truly amazing .

First, they sat us in the wind tunnel. The air was blowing so hard on us inside and freezing. We asked our waiter if it was possible for them to either turn down the fan or adjust it. He was gonna let the manager know. 10 minutes later, the manager comes over and she s holding her arm up trying to see where it s coming from and literally looked at us and said, do you still feel it as our hair is literally blowing in our face. As soon as we got our food, It was immediately cold within a few seconds. I had ordered the avocado toast with eggs and asked that there be no runny yolk, so I wanted them over hard with nothing runny and eggs came runny. Avocado on toast tasted like it was under a warmer. Overall just meh.

Love this place! We took the kids for my birthday brunch and Melissa was so sweet! She even heard us saying it was my Birthday and they brought me the most beautiful heart shaped waffle and sang to me! Great addition to the neighborhood!

Not impressed with the quality of food at all. Hollandaise sauce was thin. Eggs Benedict egg was missing a yolk. Pancakes were flat. Latte was so weak & tasted horrible. High prices for not good food. Service was ok. Decor is a weird mix & ugly yellow. No way to contact you if youre there in the wait list, so you have to wait outside with no seating available. Will not be back.

Melissa was so nice and recommended the Houston for my daughter and she said, this is heaven!!! Strawberries and Bananas waffle and the best part-warm Nutella, so yummy! Really cute restaurant, we will be back! Kid-friendliness: Lots of families enjoying breakfast

Our server Melissa was the best part of the experience. Food was mediocre and over priced for what it was, and the food came out like warm. My kids enjoyed their smoothies. But the service was great. Melissa was friendly, attentive, and timely.
