The experience at the park is amazing the staff is one of kind and the Assistant Manager is a pure joy to interact with. She engaged with my sons party from The time we checked in and to the time we left to make sure that everyone was comfortable and enjoying everything . To the point my son forgot his hat and I called back and she politely put it up for us . I highly recommend Urban Air for all Your party needs for children it is a pure blast

I should have read review first before bringing my kid there. One front desk staff is very friendly. Another was flirting with a boy. The staff inside at the sky rider are not very professional. We got an ultimate package. We tried sky rider first but my kid was asked to go down after waiting in a long line because there was a party and they do not have harness for her. I asked the front desk staff and confirmed everyone should have the same opportunity and talked with the sky rider staff by myself. They let my kid in but asked her not to come back until 10min later when she tried to get the second ride. Guess what, 5min later they closed that area. Numerous kids are standing outside disappointed. If you just want to hire employees not willing to work, you should never own a business like this. The first visit is my last. I feel lucky that we did not buy a membership.

DEAR MANAGEMENT This is in regards to your employee (BAILEY) at the McKinney Tx location This sweet lady made such an impression on me that I literally texted myself right away, so I wouldn t forget her name. I was having a really hard time that day. I m a single mom and now a single grandma raising two toddlers I was totally overwhelmed and out of my league and started to tear up and cry when my toddlers ran two different directions, Bailey came over and Helped me calm down, find my toddlers, and then directed me to an area where I could keep an eye on both of them at the same time not only that she reached into her own pocket and gave my little girls spending money for Snacks . During the chaos around us, she shared a quick story that we all need to remember we should never judge and we all need to remember that we never know what people are going through and that a kind word or gesture makes a difference. Thank you for your kind heart. You compassion for helping me calm down When I was upset, I hope God blesses you in so many ways.I want you to know that you really touched my heart. My kid loves the trampoline park what I didn t like about this location is the floors are a safety hazard and I almost fell several times as well as the kids I was with..literally had to catch them from falling every time..they also passed out return play cards only for 5 start reviews that you literally had to complete in front of them..they know this place isn t five star worthy..plus I value my kids safety over a $11 dollar pass..duck tape all over the place trying to patch up floors and jump space..kind of terrible..I will not be returning

today me and my friends bought an ultimate pass at this bum of a place. we have been here for less then 2 hours and all the employees are telling us how we can t run around on the trampolines, how we can t play on things for the things they were meant to be used for. We didn t think much of it but when me and my friends were running up the stairs to the sky rider, they said we were horse playing and didn t let us on. We literally paid for our ultimate ticket and can t have ultimate pass perks. The lady came to us saying how we were horse playing and that was dangerous, but there was no one around and we weren t even horse playing! I would give 0 stars if i could and i m never coming back.

Save your money! This place is not well maintained and certainly not worth the $28+tax per kid they charge. The table legs are loose and the tables feel like they are about to follow over. The staff is oblivious and just kind of there but not really doing anything. We prder 2 slices or pizza that had cheese only on hlf and drenched in sauce. The music is so loud and over the tables you cant have a conversation. Its crazy Ive been to other urban airs that are so much better than this location. I wont be coming back.

7 year old & 5 year old had a blast in the ball pit and trampolines. Zip line has a minimum height of 48 and requires ultimate pass. Overall not as big as I imagined but it had a little something of a few varieties. Staff was available and monitoring. Adults can jump for 50% of kids rate. Groupon had better pricing.

Ive recieved a lot of emails from this location after having visitied once a while back. It was a pretty bad experience and I hadnt intended to leave a review because I dont live in the area. There were 4 teenagers working, none of which seemed interested in assisting anyone working there. The employee working the snack bar saw us coming and walked, kind of ran into the kitchen, after a while she poked her head up and saw us standing there. There were also gnats in parts of the trampoline area, which is wild. We went to the bathroom and it seemed like someone started cleaning but left a mop bucket and cleaning supplies on the sink and split. A lot of things were closed down and it was poorly lit. Wed have left but the trampolines were the only things working so my kid was having a decent time. I feel for those teenagers working honestly and its weird that theyd be able to serve alcohol but im not sure what the laws are in Texas. If you have options, skip this place until they change their hiring practices and clean up a bit.

This place used to be nice and it has gone down hill. It has been trodden down. Each of the last 3 times I have gone, it has gotten worse. They have put very little into fixing anything, maybe theyre just overwhelmed. The 2 attractions my kids like the most are shut down and I was not made aware when a full priced ticket was purchased for my toddler. I did not ask for refund, I just left when my kids were disappointed. Restrooms were broken the time before and there was a huge hole in the jungle gym netting where toddlers could have fallen down 10 feet onto a metal beam, just negligent like nobody inspects. I was happy to see that was at least patched up with more netting the next time I came. I was disappointed that the ball pit was not open because they were cleaning it, but it just looks like they abandoned the project and nobody was working on it, trash everywhere including the plastic bins used to clear it out, just tossed in there. Nobody even bothered to at least throw the trash out... they took down the spinny thing which was a fave as well. Duct tape everywhere holding the place together. I should not have renewed my membership. Pretty sure this place will close down soon, it doesnt look like they are putting any capital into it, probably not making money and just not putting enough back into the business. Also looks like they cut hours or payroll because only 1 person was manning the floor between all the trampolines. Sad sad story.

Edit: this place got even worse! Last time I went it was overcrowded and everyone was jumping on each other. The only person enforcing anything was this poor girl, and even that wasn t enough. If you come here beware that you will have to be next to a younger child a all times, they can disappear easily with how crowded it is. Come here if you d like your child to walk out the building with a stranger. Old review: this place is falling apart. First, there was a rebrand from the monkey to this ugly pale boy. Then, the super bouncy trampoline was replaced in favor of some barely used bumper cars. Next, the volcano slide was removed and replaced with overpriced arcade games. The place is also getting more and more unhygienic, and children are just breaking all the rules nowadays, and the people who are watching are caring less and less.

First time at urbar air sucked. Got the group pass for $105.00 for 2 adults, 3 kids, 1 pizza, 3 ICEEs and 2 sodas. Played around on the attractions for a bit and went to the cafe for some food. It s 3pm and they don t have any more pizza. The sodas were so flat I had no idea what I was drinking, they were out of cherry ICEE. The nacho chips were stale. They did offer to make another nacho chips but then the Tostito cheese machine went down and they had to heat up the bags of cheese to scoop it out for the nachos.

It was only 230 so we went over the the bumper cars we were the only ones in line about to be next. Celebrated my kid s birthday there recently. It was not bad, but the dodge ball court and another trampoline attraction were closed. due to repairs. The party room was bland, no music resulting in a pretty dull atmosphere. We ordered 4 pizzas well in advance. Two came on time and other two 10 minutes before the scheduled end time, and one of the pizzas were burnt. The host was nice and responsive but overall it was just an OK experience.

This place is gross, everything is duck tapped and dirty, most of the enclosures were closed, multiple trampolines were off limit due to breakage, but I believe the ball but is the worst! There is gum on them and they are just so visibly dirty, we had to wait over 30 minutes for a piece of pizza, also the employee at the food stand was on her phone the whole time. I am very disappointed.

I will be canceling my membership to this facility. The bumper cars were broken. The girls bathroom was closed. There are a bunch of teenage boys working the Cafe with poor customer service, moving slow, sloppy and messing up everyones orders, took 30 minutes just to get popcorn, they only had 2 types of mini melts ice cream that were frozen like a rock which indicates they were melted and re-frozen. I love urban air for my kids, but this facility is way below standards.

Be careful with the Urbanair Annual pass ( McKinney ) and posting to protect others from companys predatory practices. I have yearly membership and after completion requested cancellation on march through phone and associate confirmed the cancellation. On April 11th sent email for cancelation to ensure i have cancellation record. despite I am charged on April 30th. poor customer service experience, while you can purchase the annual pass online, cancellation is not possible through the same channel. I had to resort to sending emails, but unfortunately, I havent received a resolution despite sending 10 follow-up emails I noticed that user Jie Cheng shared review with identical experience three months ago, which suggests that the companys predatory practices may be intentional and a recurring issue.

I lost my phone there at a birthday party on 4/26/2024 between 7:30-8:15Pm, and Monica the party host was not cooperating she left the party immediately within 3-5 minutes she was clocked out and gone. I was tracking my phone every minute and the location was showing me Urban Air, also I had lost mode activated. On 4/27/2024 at 12:33 pm when the business was still closed and only staff were inside I got an email saying my iphone has been found this is only possible if someone is actively trying to deactivate lost mode and or location. When me and my family went on 4/27/24 to talk to the manager she denied all these claims siding with her staff she also used very daunting words. Absolutely DO NOT recommend

I let my kids talk me into going this Saturday afternoon and we will never go back on the weekend. There are way too many people in that building, I wouldn t be surprised if they are over the building capacity for fire safety. There is also no enforcement of rules and older children run around bullying younger children, both verbally and physically. The employees working the stations generally do nothing about it until it escalates to a very high level because the employees are children themselves. Currently seriously considering canceling our Ultimate membership. It s a further drive but we had a much better experience at Altitude Trampoline Park in Richardson. It definitely felt like a safer environment than Urban Air.

Great place. The kids were worn out after the birthday party. The party host was a young girl with long, pretty braids(I forgot her name) and she was very helpful. She kept us stocked with what we needed and checked on us frequently. Management was very accommodating as well. Facilities were clean and well maintained. They should put a sign on the closed womens room letting people know that there is another one on the other side. That situation was a bit weird and caused at least one lady at our party to use the mens room. I would definitely have a party here again.

Urban air was a horrible experience. Staff were disrespectful and were not kind at all. My kids also had socks with the same footing and grip socks that were not from urban air, but they still made my kids buy an urban air sock. One staff member was following my kids around telling them to wear the Urban air socks. The inside was extremely disgusting and dark. And the bumper cars were shut down. The floor was also VERY dirty. Not coming back. Horrible place.

Our 2.5 year old had a blast at the Frisco location so we thought we d try this location as it is closer to us.. Originally the employees at the front were super friendly, however, after there was an issue they were not. Our son had been jumping for a good 30m alongside his dad & I was sitting next to him as I am currently pregnant & could not jump with him. A new employee showed up in the littles area & walked over to tell us that we either need to buy a band & socks or sit on the benches. First off, we should ve been told that at the front & second off I m not even jumping & you ve had an employee watching us & never said anything in the beginning & he also wasn t getting onto older kids coming into the little kid area. The new employee apologized & said it was their fault they didn t tell us at the front. Our son started crying because we couldn t be with him anymore & the employee couldn t care less. This could ve been avoided if the employee at the front had told us we needed at least one parent wristband & socks OR if the first employee let us know. I went down to purchase a band & socks for my husband. I mentioned to the employee that it would ve been nice if they would ask if either parent will be jumping alongside their child, especially when they are so young & do not have any siblings with them & that we didn t have this issue at Frisco as our son was so young. Her exact response with attitude was, we don t just assume someone is going to jump with their child . Not once did she show respectful customer service. A simple apology goes a long way. She then proceeded to tell me I had to go & get my husband to come to the front to get his wristband & socks. Thank you for inconveniencing us yet again. If you want to enforce rules , then they should be enforced for everyone. We saw multiple moms without wristbands & socks jumping alongside their children around the same age as our son. Also, employees should enforce the age of kiddos who can be on certain areas. The slide area wasn t even being enforced as far as height limits. A kid who was too tall for the area was knocking younger kids over including our son. We also overheard 2 employees chatting about how babysitting pays more than this job so we should just quit & start babysitting. Super professional. We do not plan on returning to this particular location.

My kids had a good time, though they didnt get to do as much as you would think in the 1.5 hrs we were there. Its overpriced unless you go all day. Had a bad experience because the person at the checkin didnt explain we had to have their socks. So after 40min of the kids running around and two off on their own, I was approached by one of the kids working there and told we didnt have the right socks. The manager handled it well and gave us the socks, but his staff was pretty rude about it like I was cheating them when I didnt know. The place was also very run down for how much it cost, lots of things broken including the drinking fountain and a stall in the bathroom. I get they want profit, but they need to invest in upkeep.

Hosted a party at this location. The assistance from the party host was pretty lackluster at best. We needed to add a drink and were told we had to go buy it ourselves versus at it to our bill. Additionally there was zero supervision at the trampoline area (not sure if they were short staffed). One of our party guests was injured and come to find out he had his able fractured. We will not be returning.

We really liked the setup and they have plenty of attractions for the kiddos. My little ones had a blast for the little time we were there. Unfortunately there were some bigger kids that were playing extremely to rough and cursing that made everyone very uncomfortable. They were running fast and wrestling around the other smaller children. There were no staff around to tame them to keep the other children safe. It was a bit of a bummer.

In general, its an okay location. Kids have a good time if its not too crowded. The complaint I heard from them is that there are older teenagers 16/17 that tend to hog some of the things they want to do. Yesterday, some kid was doing video on the basketball for social media on hoops, and they werent able to do it. Think that should have been addressed appropriately to allow everyone the ability to use all attractions that they paid a steep price for. On more than one occasion Ive seen some bullying between kids..physical altercations and not just the verbal nonsense. Its Spring Break, I get that theres a lot of crowding during holidays and weekends and its busier than normal...but that being the case, I felt like they should have had more staff than normal to anticipate that. A lot more staff. Excruciatingly slow at concession with one person. Tables dirty, bathrooms dirty. Eh.. Im sure other locations feel the same overcrowding during peak times, but general rule of thumb for management would be to staff appropriately for supervision, cleanliness, and faster service.

First things first I want to say this place is amazing!!! They attentiveness of the staff to the children is amazing!!! Its not full of teenage staff members that would rather be jumping than doing their job. LOVE THAT!!! SECOND I would like to address Coya she is AMAZING!!! The way she handles herself for the children is nothing less than again AMAZING she deserves a raise. She happily informed us(my party and others) of an autistic child... everyone deserves a chance to play!!!! If I could give 100 stars for Coya alone I would. Third thing I lost my keys inside the establishment. They were QUICKLY returned to me with questions asked to make sure they belonged to me... Again 100 stars!!! If Im in the area we WILL be back!!!

Customer service at this Urban Air McKinney location is horrible. Employees at this location are very, very rude. Bumper cars are not operating all the time... Our kids ultimate membership renewal is coming up, and we will make sure NOT to renew it, and tell family and friends not to go there. It was nice for one week and then the ball pool park turned into a walkthrough park. Kids cant really even play in there no more. Would not recommend. We are members that will not be renewing. This is a waste of money. Attractions are always down. Half of this place doesn t work, in poor and dirty condition. Snack for members has been stale, salty popcorn for quite some time. There s no members only line anymore even with a reservation just chaos and disorganization at the front desk. Kids always get sick after being here because staff doesn t clean. Don t buy tickets first, go see for yourself! Thumbs down. Absolutely the worst.

I subscribed to be a member, but found out this is my worst decision ever. Lines are always long, and reservation online seems like a joke. What s more, it s very difficulty to cancel the membership. There s no options to cancel it online, and store could not help neither. Also want to worn people that Urban Air requires 12 month s subscription, and after the term, you re automatically transferred to a M-M plan and stuck with how to cancel it. This is like a robber. I would recommend to get the ticket on Groupon rather than having the membership.

Dont pay for the Ultimate pass as most of the attractions will be closed or understaffed and your kids wont be able to use them. Waited for ages in a line of less than 8 kids to climb the rockwall as only 1 person working all the junk in there. Bumper cars were closed, gauntlet style bouncer was closed, Zipline was closed and the single kid working on the Skywalk had to keep closing it to rescue kids, so we waited almost 30 mins to do that. Spent $60 for 2 kids to have 2 hours of playtime and spent most of our time in line. Did get to watch 2 employees watching another employee have a dunk contest though. This place is a joke, we wont be back.

Its an ok place for the kids to burn energy. Im a member so Ive been here a bunch of times. Its definitely worth it to become a member, if you go 4-6 times in a year it pays for itself. It seems like they need a refresh of the attractions, some seem to be showing their age and other locations have more modern features. Their bumper cars have not worked for years and are always closed down, just get rid of them. Snack bar is severely overpriced, $4.50 for an Icee (slurpee). Gets very crowded on the weekends.

I have been many times to this location and its great. Today has been the best. They had workers out making sure areas were being used the rite way no one breaking the rules.
