I was there with my friends on Friday. I am 23. I showed my ID to the bartender, a waitress with bangs. Blondish hair comes up to a 20 year old and tells him the under age one. I need to leave. She was very rude and unprofessional. She completely ruined the vibe. She looked younger than me. I offered to show her my ID and she said I need to leave. How are you going to walk up to someone you KNOW is underage. And talk to him about me. Girl. I am probably older than you.

I ordered the Chopshop burger with fries and it was very good, thick patty and fresh veggies! The sauce was good as well. My spouse order the Salmon, and the taste was as good as the presentation. Friendly atmosphere and staff. We will be coming back to try again. Food : 5/5

New favorite place. We went here tonight and my kid said I love this place more times than I could count. The atmosphere is chill, fun and lively. We sat on the balcony upstairs which has a perfect view of anything going on, on the lawn downstairs. Food was good. We had the burger, fries, house salad, tots, green beans and grilled cheese. The kids really enjoyed it. Not anything to write home about but we liked everything as had. Will def be back. We love this place now!

If I could give -10 stars, I would the food is disgusting and old and rotten. The bartenders don t know how to pour drinks plus I went at 9 PM, which is 21 and over and my boyfriend could not get in even with proof of ID because of the bouncer and personal issues that had nothing to do with getting into the restaurant. Do you not go here because the Staff does not care about the customers and the bouncers are not smart enough to know who is under age and who is not. They turned a multiple customers with proof of ID. Find somewhere else to go. Do not go here.

My friends are regulars here due to the close proximity of their apartment. I have came a few times and always enjoy the environment and drinks. I usually don t leave reviews but the service at this place was terrible for the tacos to be this mid. I was the first one to order and the last one to get my food. They also brought me the wrong order twice before getting the right one. I don t know why it was so hard to get my order right even though everyone else at the table ordered tacos. Won t be coming back here unless someone else offers to pay for me.

Tonight there was no where to sit at the bar so I asked one of the waitress if I can be seated at the tables or do I seat myself. I told her I am not sure how this works. She responded as if I was bothering her and said I just where I can sit and a waitress will come to your table. I sat down at a table in the back and the a/c vents were blowing hard in my eyes I could barely see the game on TV. I sat down and waited...and waited...and waited for 20mins and NO ONE came to my table AT ALL! I never ordered anything after waiting patiently on a game night. The waitress went to her table and looked back at me and thats when I left. I realized she felt her tip would be small being that it was just me and not another table of 10. So I asked another waitress for the managers name and they said his name was Nick.I will be calling Nick tomorrow.

I visited this place on 04/29 around 8:30pm and the waiter asked for a credit card right when we placed our drinks order. It did not raise any red flags but seemed super odd since it s like a restaurant that allows kids until 11pm. I got my credit card back around 9:30pm when we left. So, this place kept my credit for the full hour on this day which I think is something they could fully avoid. On 05/07, a few days after my visit I notice a fraudulent charge of $400+ on this same credit card for some other thing. Almost all transactions after this visit are either online or used apple pay which is secure than handing over a physical card. I don t know who ended up using my card fraudulently or if this particular visit has anything to do with it but this place needs to revisit its policies and ensure people can just pay for their food&drinks at the end of their visit.

Came in for dinner and catch a few games on TV. My server Aidan was great. Greeted me almost as soon as I sat down and took great care of me. Food is really good and comes out with relative speed. The new menu options are excellent and provide lots of choices that I didnt remember the first time I came in. The TVs are plenty and every game was already on so you dont have to beg anyone to change the channels. I will definitely be back again!

The restaurant was hosting a watch party for the UNT vs UAB NIT Mens BB champion game. I had the salmon and salad. It was very good. Service was great. Margaritas were delicious. Cool little sports bar with deals Sunday - Thursday. Keaton was my waiter and was super attentive and absolutely great! He suggested the chimichurri steak and I was definitely happy he did. Spare yourself! Went there for lunch today. Not so much as a hello walking in the door I assume they were busy with the one table that was occupied. The bartender served much to her dismay. She was not rude but offered zero hospitality. The greeting was more of an eye brow raise. Maybe she was pre-occupied no biggie. Decided on the Tennessee hot chicken sandwich. That was probably the nastiest chicken sandwich I ate i. my life no exaggeration. I ve never ate chicken that didn t have a taste. The 12 fries were soft and soggy but at least it tasted like something. I really feel bad for the owners they really need to do a better job staffing the place. From the front of the house all the way back to the kitchen.

Was excited to try out this new burger place but left disappointed. Unfortunately I was not able to due to the sand which coming with spicy Mayo on it which is not listed on the menus that were provided to us to order with, and I know some people would be okay with that on their sandwich, for me it would have left me in the bathroom for hours. I would have had our server ask to remake the order without the Mayo on it but by the time they came back to our table to check on us we had already run out of time and had to ask for the check to leave. On top that they did not remove it off the check either for some reason, even though it was very clearly an error on the restaurants part.

I had a fantastic time here! The food was delicious and drinks were on point! The staff is very attentive. Great place to watch sporting events and they have a roof top! Highly recommend!

Lovely experience! My girlfriend and I have come a few times since opening, the quality of service has gotten better with every visit, but Danny has exceeded any expectations we had. We never went without a drink. Our food was incredible, even when a small hiccup happened with the kitchen he was quick to correct it with no hesitation, and to find out it was his first week on the job .we were floored! Danny has a level of hospitality that cannot be taught. Thank you so much for such a pleasant experience!

My husband and I walked in around 5:30 pm 7/16/22. We sat at the bar. We were never acknowledged. The place had 4 other people at the bar and only 2 other tables. 10 minutes went by without service. We got up and left and walked to the next place and got service. First and our last time to be patrons there.

This is my new favorite bar. I came today to watch the UFC Fight and I m telling y all the food is great, the staff is amazing, and the place is fly free. Such a clean and great establishment. I will be here every UFC fight from here on! Thanks Chop Shop for a great evening!

Typical bar food we ordered trashcan nachos missing something in the flavor,and waffle fry nachos and they were cold very quickly I don t think the cheese was heated enough. However The peach tea mix drink was very good. Place has a cool vibe, amphitheater outback whenever they have live music. Saw a few burgers on the server trays that looked good. We will probably give it another try.

The service was okay, the food was average, not seasoned and we left hungry. I am not a very heavy eater and it usually does not take a lot for me to feel full. I ordered boneless wings (buffalo sauce) and fries, my sister ordered a well done burger with fries. My fries came out before my wings, the wings were similar to the wings served at Pizza Hut and werent nearly as flavorful. My sisters burger was pink in the center, the mayo wasnt spicy, they used the wrong type of cheese, the burger wasnt seasoned and wasnt much larger than any burger you could get at a fast food restaurant. As mentioned in another review, we also had to ask and wait for silverware. We were not full when we left which seems like a waste of money for $30.
