Went in today and the cashier there was very nice. I don t know why there s rude people saying a cashier treated the customers bad. What I saw was that customer was being rude and said a lot of profanity to the cashier. The cashier just stayed quiet. I m always coming back to this place because of the prices and great customer service! The ladies there a very nice! Keep it up! Don t let one rude fake misleading comment get to you guys.

All the employees are rude, I arrived and asked the cashier where I wanted to leave the bag that I had in my hand, she never answered me, she just made signs with her head as if she couldnt talk, I asked her several times until she told me leave it there ... I had to put my bag and take the corresponding number... and in the same way all the employees have a horrible attitude, it seems as if I were asking them for something as a gift, or if I were a thief or if I was eating customer was a nuisance for them... very bad attitude!!!!

I really love shopping at this store but sadly the other day my husband and I, we went to buy something s here but they didn t let him go in because he was using a scooter (he needs it cuz he just had a surgery in his foot so he can t walk on it) and they told us he couldn t go in the scooter doesn t have a basket or nothing is super simple So never again Casa Kevin..

Very. Bad experience I had going shopping today. And when leaving. And ask for my bag that I had left with the employee and I gave her my number so she could give it to me. It turns out that he gave my bag to someone else and I told him. It wasnt my fault and the employee told me to take the bag that the other person left. They were hats and I tell him. I want my bag with my things. That I pay and I get the employees that the manager wasnt there to come. Another day because I had to check the camera. As if it were easy. Go again if I stood in line for 3 hours to get this and the employee still insists what Sell the caps. From the person who made a mistake so she can get the money back. From my lost bag. This happened to me at Kevins home store at the location in Hidalgo, TX. And they still dont solve it for me, they still want me to waste my time and gasoline. Because they dont know how to solve the problems that happen in the store
