I had given them a good review & all stars when they first fixed my roof. 2 yrs later my roof has been leaking from different areas. The 1st time we called they were very helpful came over immediately. They FORGOT to caulk an area which got so wet which led to my living room ceiling with a huge stain& paint hanging. Which they did not fix by the way. Then we found another area of the house wet which would not leak before. We called & the same owner who helped us the 1st time it leaked said wed have to pay because that was the builders job. ! That the builders forgot to caulk that area of the roof. And they didnt come out to fix they job THEY forgot to do. Now I have a 3rd leak in the kitchen. Over 9grand to still have a leaky roof almost 2 years later. They are the worst!! ! I gave them 1 star cause I had to! They did a bad job, they dont own up to their bad job & then they want to get paid to fix their bad job.

They help me out with my roof. Insurance company told me that my roof was OK. That there was nothing wrong with the hail storm. McAllen Roofing came out here and inspected the roof and they backed me out 100%. My roof was installed and it looks very good. Very professional people. Hello I am currently enjoying my new roof which only took 3 days to repair, let me give a brief explanation of the whole process. I am currently a home owner in McAllen Texas, So I ended up requesting assistance with my insurance process, once the estimator arrived mcallen valley roofing was there as well. They helped me get the most amount for all my damages in my property, they walked every single square inch of my property with the estimator and they helped me understand all my insurance policy in order to ge the most repairs. Once my insurance approved everything, mcallen valley roofing once again was there to do everything for me, they repaired my roof, the cleaned the whole property once they were done, they found the exact garage door I needed for my garage and replaced my garage door, they gave me all the paperwork, all the expenses, all the bills once all the repairs were done and guess what? Their wasn t no surprises. It was an easy and accurate transaction, no headaches, no doubts, no worries. I wasn t even at my house when the repairs were made but Israel Villalobos was there to take daily pictures of all the progress and cleaned everything once it was done. I was currently in Hawaii but every time I would call israel he would pick up, every question I had for him he would answer without hesitation and the result was amazing. Israel is the best no questions asked. Thank you Israel Villalobos!

I was very patient with them telling them to take their time because of the weather but itTook them 3 months to finish my roof and when they finally started they left one side of the roof exposed to elements. I had to call several times because its excuse after excuse. When they finally finished 4 days later they left thousands of nails on yard front and back. I manage an apartment complex in Brownsville. Finding a good roofer in Brownsville is like pulling teeth. I called McAllen Roofing and they came out the very next day and their team walked around the property with my maintenance guy to go over all the leaks. They came out prepared, they took notes, pictures of all damages and made an amazing picture report so that way I could report to the owner of the apartment complex what was going on. They did all this work for free! I couldn t have made a better decision!

This is by far, the worst roofing company in the Valley. They did stucco work for me and replaced my roof. However, just a year after their work, the stucco cracked and I have spent the last 6 months trying to get them to repair the poor work they did for me. I even have a two year warranty for the horrible job they did, they came to look at the poor job they did like a month ago, and they have yet to send a crew to redo the stucco. Steer clear from this company, trust me.

Don t hire this company. Pictures say it all. I have been calling and emailing to redo my roof. No response for their negligence. If they cared about their reputation, fix the roof the first time. I had to get a new home adjuster to check the problem. Well from the report, it said that the roofing was not done correctly and that the roof was not sealed correctly. Interesting that I called and sent emails about it. I put my trust on my investment and this is the respect I get. They are not reputable and don t advise anyone using them. Use someone else.

I spent about a year dealing with this company on a roof replacement. The communication from the project manager was terrible from the get-go. The project took a long time to ever begin after I made the first payment and I had to constantly prod for info over several MONTHS on when it would begin. After the job was finally done, there were still problems with the roof leaking and for several more months I had to go back and forth with them, during which time the poor communication was persistent throughout. It was a headache and very stressful dealing with them, and I would never use this company again.

We had work done by McAllen Valley Roofing back in late 2021. They did some roof repair, gutter repair and gutter cleaning. When ever their workers would show up they never reported to us and would walk across to neighbors alley for reasons unknown. On one occasion the workers caused some property damage and did not report to us or to roofing company. To this day company (Juan Estrada) has not come by to complete repair to damages. Mr. Juan Estrada complains he personally has to buy material for something that had some damage before his workers additional damage. Which to me is absurd if company has insurance. Besides, I believe that material is no more then $50. Of course company had no problem charging a pretty penny for the job. Which we were ok with it because we had seen good reviews on their jobs. However, we have issues with gutters. Several gutters were not completely drained out and have about three feet of compacted dirt and other material. Which has caused drains to open up and we now have weeds coming out of those openings. Mr. Juan Estrada did come by and said that birds drop seeds and so on. I understand that but what about the clogs. He said they would be coming by to correct that also. Here we are going on three weeks and still waiting. Calls to Mr. Juan Estrada are now being forwarded to voicemail. Left message with Mr. Bryan and Erica at office. Hopefully this can be resolved soon. From 2021 and ongoing... APRIL 22, 2022 Id like to update my review. Like the saying goes ....a rotten apple spoils the (whole) barrel...It only takes one bad person, thing, element, etc., to ruin the entire group, situation, project, etc. (Google). (SIDE NOTE: JUAN ESTRADA CAME AFTER ERICA HAD TAKEN CARE OF THE MATTER. I DID MAKE IT A POINT TO TELL HIM HE DID NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR MATERIAL FOR DAMAGES MADE LIKE HE STATED. It seemed there was an under estimation of shingles. On the Friday when the roofing was to be completed, I was informed that they were short of material. They ordered the material around 1:00pm and was told they would return to finish the installation on Saturday morning. The material arrived that Friday afternoon but Noone showed up till Monday morning, and yes we got rained on Saturday. The agreement was also to remove and haul away an old Direct TV dish no longer in use, it was left dangling. If you have plants you care about be ware, they will damage them.

Had McAllen Valley roofing install a new roof on my home. A few months later I had a small leak, I called them about the 5 year leak free warranty. They ve constantly put off coming to even look at it. I ve made over a dozen attempts and they have yet to come out.

Not one of those I recommend, very bad service They did a very bad job on our roof, they were taking Arriva off the roof all day We had to talk to an inspector and he did not pass the installation and there is no one to return and they do not answer me, we already filed complaints with the BBB and the court. We do not recommend them

There number 1 on bad customer service, from wrong materials and lying sales people in lieu of all this their subs do a good job when theyre being managed. 11 weeks to put on a roof on 1500square ft home. As for me I no longer ever want do business with them. 11 weeks of headaches think twice Be for you get involved was this company.

He was friendly and professional, and we would certainly work with him and his company again in a heartbeat, based on his performance. The pricing was also incredibly reasonable. To rate a business either one of two has to happen, the company you hired did a superb job or you got ripped off. Well, I m sure glad to say that McAllen Valley Roofing did a GREAT job at my home. From the start, when Mr. Philip Westerman stopped by to give us a quote, we perceived the professionalism and the humanity in him and the company that he represents. Philip, was so helpful and patient with us, since our insurance company took some time to approve the damages. He made sure all our questions were answered and maintained communication with us through all the stages of the roof repair. Our insurance company did a second inspection on our home and the adjuster was going to arrive at 8: A.M., It was 7:15 A.M. and Philip was already parked in front of my home waiting for him. It was comforting to know that you have an experienced and responsible person taking care of every aspect of the job. I also want to mention that the crew that worked on my home was so well behaved, I never saw the debris because they took care of the cleaning immediately. When they were done, they took time to sweep around my home with a magnetic broom to pick up any nails that might have been left behind. Philip made time to make a final inspection on the finished work before getting the last payment installment, making sure that we were satisfied customers. I am so happy with the work that they provided that I have made time to review them the way they deserve...5 stars.

I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIER WHOLE PROCESS OF WORK AND WOULD HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND MCALLEN VALLRY ROOFING!! My roof suffered damage from a hail storm. There were multiple roofing companys in my area performing estimates. Right off the bat McAllen Valley Roofing were being difficult with the estimate process. That was the first red flag and I wish I would have gone with XYZ roofing instead! The guy they had overseeing my house was rude and always too busy and I could never get in contact with him. Long story short, they subcontracted my repair work out to someone else. So it wasnt even them performing the work. McAllen Valley Roofing is Not Professional At All ! I was fooled by all the positive reviews here on google, so if you are reading this, listen to this one and not the other false reviews ! After the sub contractors finished my roof I had to go through my whole yard because of the extremely poor job of cleaning their mess up! After two hours of clean up I found a handful of nails! Which is completely unexceptable! Prior to this I made it clear to the foreman that it is extremely important to pick up all nails and trash due to the fact that I have a pool and kids are always bare foot in the yard! On top of that they dismounted my dish network and damaged it and stuck me with the bill for remounting as well as damaging a flood light that was mounted to the side of my roof. They paid me for the damaged flood light and my work for cleanup which came out to a whopping $90 and they never paid me for my dish remount which they said they were going too! They are dishonest!!!! They also lied to me about getting wind storm certification for my roof. They originally said it was covered in the estimated cost. The foreman called me saying that they are not going to cover it and it would be an extra $500 for the certification. I asked them who they were using for the certification and I contacted the company myself and they told me it only costs $300 to have it done.

I needed a roof replacement at my home due to a recent hail storm. McAllen Valley Roofing came to my rescue, They assisted me with dealing with my insurance company and understanding the process. The crew replaced my roof in a timely manner leaving everything clean when they left.
