Found this bar/restaurant it s now called the ( Big Easy saloon) while exploring on back roads and must say it was a great experience. The food was excellent. I had the shrimp basket ( grilled large shrimp ) and fries and my son a delicious wrap call the the Dean and it was loaded with deliciousness and the beer was ice cold. The guy behind the bar ( Steve ) was so pleasant and attentive. David the cook was such a charming young man. Overall a great experience and we will definitely come back for karaoke. Thanks for making new Texas residents feel so welcomed. Definitely recommend this place

The people make this place. Cold beer and good friends are always available. Music, karaoke, and music bingo are fun too! Servers are friendly. Games in the back. Occasionally theres been free food available along with high priced snacks and grocery items.

Throw out the gambling games, there is at least twenty screens, and add a pool table that is not broken( has been fixed since OP).A rightside door leads to an open air, gravel laden, fenced for beverage sipping around a firepit, lounge, thats cool. There is a food truck that serves way too expensive seafood. Juke box is a dollar a song. I think those prices have something to do with gambling that goes on there. They have live music and Karaoke at least once a week. No darts to play. Three or more tv screens to watch but no sound (sound distracts people from gambling). The staff is friendly but can be rather busy at times tending to the gamblers. Over all not to bad to chil in a friendly out of the way, off the beaten track, down home country eclectic place. Update: Pool table is in working order and lighted well.
