Had few people say this place amazing but chicken was dry, I was better off getting one from Costco for half the price for the full chicken. Customer service wasn t all that great either, I waited few minutes before anyone notice I was at the counter than same thing with the food, I didn t get my food right away but was seating the counter for a bit before they realized it was mine

I made an order at this cowboy chicken location. I ordered the Monterey salad with no tomatoes with five extra dressing when I got my order when I looked inside I had my dressing and when I got home, I look at the Portion size of my salad and I cant believe the amount I got today . When I got my order yesterday from cowboy chicken, the order was good when I got it today. The size in the salad is totally ridiculous. It was small. What the hell

The restaurant is very lovely and well lit on the inside. The menu is diverse. The chicken was amazing, however the sides were mid. I got the half chicken plate with Mexican street corn and Mac & Cheese. Service was quick and the sweet tea and lemonade were very pleasant tasting. 8/10

I went and bought a chicken strip plate I got a small portion of Mac n cheese fries were good the chicken strips were very bland no flavor it tasted like fish from reused oil the thing that saved the food was the ranch and fries everything else was terrible one of the supposedly strips look like a testicle which was two small pieces and the rest a alright sized strip customer service was great

First time here, Suzie was kind enough to go through the menu to help make a decision. Establishment was clean and well kept. You can tell the staff really take pride in their store. Suzie gave me and my family the best care we have had in a long time especially for being a franchise. My family and I were very pleased with the food and how well we were taken care of . The worst money I ever spent on a Thanksgiving meal. Never again. Turkey was so dry it crumbled when cutting. Twice baked potatoes looked like hashbrown potatoes but raw. Peach cobbler tasted nothing like peach cobbler and the gravy was over salted. Feel free to refund me my money

Got a slow and kinda rude cashier, she wouldnt verbally reply or repeat my order but just stared at me, was weird. Food is usually good for quick service but often the chicken is cold and dry. First, let me start by saying the female manager goes above and beyond to ensure you are pleased with your order. You are always greeted and feel welcomed. They have a large menu which includes whole chicken, enchiladas, salads and desserts (all are delicious). My favorite is the banana pudding. I never seem to wait long for my food. They also offer great promotions on the app and you can earn points. I recommend this place to family and friends.

Maybe I just came in a bad day, but not sure why this place has high reviews. The Jalapeño lemonade was awesome. So was the hot sauce. Tasted like a spicy Heinz 57. Everything else was bland. The three piece dark were small. Them combined is the size of on piece at any other chicken place. Taken a while for them to bring out the food, but wasn t waiting on chicken. The pieces I got were old and dried out. The elites were lacking seasoning. The beans had good flavor, just undercooked. The bbq sauce tasted like re-bottled Sweet Baby Ray s. Might go back, but just to get a lemonade and snag a bottle of hot sauce.

This restaurant is ok. I thought ordering the half chicken with the twice baked potaters and mac n cheese would be a safe option, but I was mildly disappointed. I found the chicken to be dry and my sides were lacking in flavor. However, I was able to sneak a few bites from my boyfriend s plate that I found to be much more delightful. Our first time and it was soooo yummy! I had the enchiladas which were great! The salsa they use is delicious my sides were Mac n cheese and the potatoes. Im a fan of this places chicken. Its smoky, well-seasoned, and juicy. So when I was craving a buffalo chicken sandwich and saw that they had one in their menu, It seemed like a no-brainer for me. Sadly, it fell way short of what a buffalo chicken sandwich should be (in my opinion, of course). Chicken The chicken breast appeared to be well dressed and with plenty of breading. Unfortunately, the breast was very overcooked and dry. Thankfully, the ranch helped but if it wasnt for that, Id probably find myself taking a sip of tea with every bite in order to wash it down. Im no expert cook, but maybe butterflying the breast would help prevent overcooking and avoid handing the customer a block of chicken jerky. Sauce After a few bites, it was clear that the buffalo sauce was more like dark-red-colored liquid and nothing more. It had the slight aroma of buffalo sauce but no flavor. I know that the heat tolerance is different for us all, so as a reference, I typically get regular buffalo with wings and sandwiches from other places and all of them get me sweating a bit. I placed the order online and asked for extra buffalo sauce, which I dont think they added. If they did, I fear what a non-extra sauce sandwich looks like. In the end, I was extremely disappointed in this buffalo chicken sandwich. I mean, I dont know, maybe it was shame on me for ordering a buffalo sandwich from a place that focuses on damn good chicken plates (and damn good they are). Then again, their enchilada plate is also quite impressive, so who knows. Maybe my sandwich was just watered-down. Id love to try it again to give it a second chance, but I cant be sure I will.

Great flavor on the chicken & Brisket. Macaroni also had good flavor, however it was a little dry. Same thing on the Brisket. The watermelon salad was nice & fresh. I was curious to try something new, so I decided to order the COWBOY BRISKET TACO PLATE. It is two tacos, ranchero beans, chips, and salsa. Although very filling, I was not crazy about the taste. It is not terrible, but be prepared for brisket with non-traditional flavor. It is likely due to the red onion? The flour tortilla was terrible, though. The BANANA PUDDING, however, is everything you hope for! The larger size is great for sharing.

I used to love coming to this place but I was told that I couldn t place an order at 2:30 because their chicken wasn t going to be ready for another hour? Then when I waited the hour to place my order, this is the Laredo chicken sandwich I got. At first I thought it was the wrong sandwich but no, it s just a poorly made chicken sandwich. Oh, and they forgot the ranch on my salad. You d think for a place that didn t have any customers for half the day that they d be able to get the order right when they did start coming in, but maybe my expectations are too high.
