Our waitress was great, apps n good were hot, scolding hot, thats how I likey food!! The bartender was slacking a little bit and killing out servers flow, bit our server was great and kept checking in on us and reassured us on our drink order. Over all had had fun with the fam, would defs go back

I havent had a much more happier meal in such a time. I almost want to say the food was made with love, delicious food I am happily full. Ive never had Applebees before and this was my first time. The Alfredo fettuccine was a delicacy and good Lord I never enjoyed breadsticks like this before, other restaurants breadsticks are hard and not much buttery flavor. Applebees breadsticks did not disappoint, I wanted to rate Applebees on Uber but I couldnt so I went here. Thats how much I enjoyed my meal!

5-3-24 We arrived just after 11:00 and were the first customers. Waitress was friendly and got our drinks while we were deciding on our orders. We chose to get the 2+1 for 25, App was spinach/artichoke dip (came with tortilla chips and a side of salsa) wife got chicken strips (5 strips with fries and honey mustard) while I ordered fiesta lime chicken (comes with rice and a side of pico) All was good, hot and served quickly. Waitress checked on us several times to make sure we had all we needed.

Cruising down 10th street in McAllen, my wife and I were craving a meaty dinner without breaking the bank. Applebees on 10th came to our rescue with their irresistible 2 for $XYZ deals, or whatever. We kicked off our meal with some tasty boneless wings before diving into well cooked steaks. I opted for an 8oz grilled to medium-rare for just a small additional fee, while my wife enjoyed her 6oz grilled well done. The chef nailed both temperatures, and the sides were delightfully fresh. In just 45 minutes, we were in and out, having enjoyed a satisfying meal for under $40. Thank you, Applebees, for hitting the spot with great food and unbeatable value.

Our waitress, Mandy, was awesome. Happy, great with suggestions and good sense of humor. Had the all you can eat special, tried all three. Shrimp was plum, juicy and delicious. Riblets were so tender and juicy. The boneless chicken were crispy, juicy breast and full of flavor. Had all with sauces on side to try all flavors. Me and my friends will definitely be back soon. Owners are definitely customer service experts, hiring of employees from wait staff, bartender and cooks spot on. Oh and the people margaritas best Ive had in a long time. Keep up the greatness!!!!! Dietary restrictions: Was able to get anything with sauces on side. Great for diabetic folk to control glucose.

Came to eat for our weekly mother and son dinner. We ordered the all you eat special. The food was not that great. Ribs were over cooked, and the shrimp tasted old. The fries were what we ate most. We eat Applebees at least once a month. I suggest the Monday burger special is still the best meal there.

This was my first time dinning at this restaurant and I must say the Fiesta Lime Chicken is the best chicken platter I have ever tasted. What makes me say that ? Well let me put it this way, with each piece I sliced of the chicken and placed it in my mouth I just kept chewing it over and over again not wanting to swallow in order to keep tasting that wonderful. Food, service, everything was great! We got the special 2 plates for $30 including an appetizer. I got the bourbon street chicken and shrimp with mashed potatoes, it came in a sizzling plate and tasted amazing! It was a good portion. Great service, the employees kept asking if we needed anything. Love the juke box that we could put the music we choose from our phones through the app, super cool. I will definitely be back soon, thank you Kid-friendliness: They give the kids a paper menu with a crayon and they select what they want to order from their selection of kids menu, along with little games to do while waiting for the order

The old and decrepit waitress was the rudest person I d encountered all year. She got in our faces and screamed WHAT?! when she couldn t hear our orders, she wiped her hands on our napkins that were ON OUR PLATES, full of sauce! She kept staring at our table angrily, like she didn t want to work and made us so uncomfortable that we left early. Food was good, but they had dirty floors and bathrooms as well as terrible service. The staff was just standing around talking to each other and not checking up on tables. Waitress told us that she would bring us drink refills and never came back. The guy who brought out our food asked if we needed anything. I said we were still waiting on refills and he told us he would bring them out. He never came back to our table. This was a Sunday at 3:30pm. And the restaurant was almost empty, so no excuses. Will not be returning.

My experience at this place was pleasant. The food was good. I went on a Saturday at 8 pm, very quiet, I still imagine it would be later if it is more crowded. My family and I had a good time. I would have to go other times to continue commenting on more specific things. . From the beginning, when I saw the menu online, I decided on boneless for the app and the shrimp for the main course, but when I saw there was a plate for 14.99 that is 12 wings and you can change it for ribs and/or shrimp Breaded as many times as you want, I decided on it. Wife and I came here for lunch and was the worst experience ever ordered teas to drink they were watered down with no flavor ordered a half rack of ribs they were so old and tough that we couldnt even cut thru them with the knife I ordered shrimp and chicken the chicken was dry and rubber the shrimp had a taste of being old the Manger didnt even come apologize for the mishap or offer us new meals so we just paid and left on a empty stomach and $50 less Im our bank account never again
