Sometimes I felt bad that she went far from her area, and showing up well after regular business hours only for us (after seeing a house) tell her that we were not interested. The BEST agent in TEXAS, Jenny was a tremendous asset with selling a house. This was an estate sale, and besides Jenny being very knowledgeable with all aspects of real estate, all of the problems that can occur with an estate sale, became a real nightmare for me to deal with. But Jenny hung in there all the way, putting up with family and attorney issues, she was professional with all parties, patient to put up with us, and kept us always updated, especially once we received an offer and moved into closing. I have a chance to work with Jenny on a house project. I called her when seeing a house on Zillow and requested to tour the house on the same day. Jenny picked up the phone promptly and when she knew I have a super busy schedule, without hesitant, she made an appointment for me that late evening. Didn t I know that she was in the middle of a dinner with her family when talking to me, and to grant me that appointment, she had to postpone spending time with her grandchildren. I cannot express how lucky my husband and I were to find Jenny almost 12 years ago (wow time flies).From the day we met her she worked tirelessly to find us our first home. She listened and went above and beyond to make sure we had our home. Few years later the economy was not doing great and my husband and I both lost our jobs and Jenny was there to help us, once again. I loved working with Jenny. Even after we bought the house she has helped solve our questions and problems. The process of getting a home was made easy with Jenny. My husband and I had no clue as to how extensive the home buying process was. She guided us through the process, and we got our starter home in less than 2 months.
