Everything tasted fresh and I love that you can add more veggies to your signature bowl. I ordered the tofu bowl with brown rice and it was so filling. The seaweed salad was bomb and the avocado gives the whole thing a buttery texture. I topped it off by adding all the crunchies and I was in texture heaven. My mom loved the miso soup that comes with the combo. Check this place out if you want something fresh and delicious! Vegetarian options: Lots of veggies and can opt for tofu instead of meat options. After receiving a potentially unsafe order of melted plastic bowl due to the rice being sent so hot it not only cooked my salmon but also needed two bowls to hold. Was hung up on twice when I called to ask and third time told to come in tomorrow which I will. I cannot recommend this place to anyone anymore and hope this is rectified by the owner. I ve spent thousands there and am really disappointed they would not only send food out like this l, but then shirk responsibility and act like it s normal for Plastic to be melted.

Staff was super helpful and the explanation of the restaurant and ordering style was very concise. Easy to order and fresh, labeled ingredients with a wide array of sauces. Ponzu sauce and salmon is something I will be going back to. Pokeworks is a restaurant I will be recommending to anyone looking for a different well priced meal.

The Poke bowls from here are good, the Spicy Tuna is my favorite, they seared mine with a blowtorch. They have many many options to choose from for toppings, and for proteins also. Beware that they have made a change to their policy, if you ask for non-priced ingredients such as edamame they will charge you extra. The staff here is so wonderful and kind, I asked what the Spam looking thing was and they kindly explained it to me and gave me one for free( the Spam Musubi was very delicious, the sweet taste from eal sauce was incredible), that is amazing customer service. Overall I would definitely recommend and I do see my self returning to Pokeworks.

Just tried for 20 minutes to order food offer their website which didnt want to work. So I called the McAllen TX location who refused to take my order over the phone for just 2 bowls. The employee said Because they could mess up. Ive ordered from this franchise in DFW without issues. That was unacceptable customer service. Well, it was no service.

Usually have a good experience, today I arrived at 8:40pm, 20 minutes before closing time, and the lady was super rude. She throw everything in the bowl, didnt want to mix the sauce in a separate bowl and when. I asked her about it, she got a plastic one throw it at the floor, pick it up and used it to mix my food. Very disappointing experience today

Service was fantastic! This was my first time here and the employees were really kind and helpful. I ordered their Lux Lobster bowl with their new signature Boba drinks and it was delicious!
