Do not come to this location. They are so irresponsible and brain dead. I had come 2 weeks ago and it took them 30 min AFTER I submitted my order to call me just to tell me they didn t have any pan pizza left. I waited on the phone thinking the employee was going to suggest a medium size or anything similar, but nothing. I was so frustrated I just left. I decided to give them another chance and came again today and they didn t call me so I assumed they did have pan pizza this time. But my order never came. I called them several times and they never answered. I was so frustrated I didn t wanna deal with them anymore so I just went to another Pizza Hut location where they finally attended me and rather quickly too.

Great lunch specials for a good price. Yummy food and quick service. Went during the lunch rush hour and Lety was the only waitress on floor and she did an amazing job to serve everyone in the restaurant. She was quick on her feet and very attentive. Go Lety!

The place is nice. Only one person attended to it. Leticia was the one who attended us. Because I was alone, the service took a long time. The prices are not well explained and when paying it was double. The taste of the pizzas is good. And the air conditioning was very cold, so I didnt enjoy my dinner as I was cold. I think all those bills should be taken care of by the owners. There is a small parking lot in front.

Placed and order for a different location and it somehow ended up here. Like what? They called me right as I was trying to pick up my order at the location I had ordered it to. Both my app and the Email receipt showed the correct pick up location but the system actually placed the order to this location. This is not the first time the app behaves funny

I cant give a rating to the food, there wasnt enough staff to even get us to the table, we spent more than 10 minutes waiting We only saw 2 people in the kitchen, they were in a hurry. Lots of takeout orders. But they didnt put enough staff to eat there. We left.

Pizza Hut used to be the pizza joint to sit and make amazing memories over amazing pizza, with amazing service. This is the 2nd Pizza Hut, locally, that we have visited in 1 month. Just like the other one, service was scarce. We had to get up and ask for refills, and our meal was not as we ordered. Pineapple was supposed to be on a little bit of 1 pizza, they placed it on the entire pizza. The other pizza was missing cheese on a lot of pieces. The wings tasted freezer-burnt. Rhe wings had a little bit of sauce drizzled over the wings, leaving most of them dry. They redid one of the pizzas, but we had already filled up on the substandard wings, good pasta, and breadsticks.

Now the 3 star rating is because they charged me over $22.00 for 12 wings, which comes out to almost about $2 wing. At the local supermarket here in RGV, you can get a pack of about 30 wings for $22.00, which comes out to about 75cents a wing. Now I know that there is no way in hell Pizza Hut, is paying that much per wing, they buy it in bulk from the cheapest distributor there is, chance are they are getting it at about 10 cents a wing, according to a buddy who works in the poultry industry. So they have a a ridiculous mark up on these. A large 1/2 & 1/2 speciality pizza cost less than the wings. Not to mentioned they arent breaded or flavored, just thrown in a deep fryer and sauced sprayed all over. I they were okay at best, nothing amazing, but i xan say with all honesty, they were a rip off, and definitely not worth the money. Everything else was fine and the servers were nice too.

They made my order to perfection. I have no complaints about this location. Everyone is so nice. I did wish there was a cancel order option online. I accidentally ordered from the wrong location first because it changed my preferred location and it was a mess, calling and getting through the answer machine and then an employee to cancel the order.
