Theres no point in calling back. Demanding phone calls went to passive texts. I had given a date as to when I can provide info and was ignored only to call back at the promised time to find I had been dropped. Recently I was a pretty bad car accident. I called Herrman and Herrman while I was in the ER and they let me sign with my phone and then set up all my treatment for when I left.
