Never responded to an email...talked in person about a rental for next Sunday and was told she would call me back as soon as she returned from lunch. Called again the next day and was told Oh I thought you ment two Sundays from now.....how is that NEXT SUNDAY. Very poor communications...how do you run a busines like this?

We rented chargers and napkins for our wedding reception and everything looked lovely. Kimberly was very accommodating and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend!
