But what sets this Taco Palenque apart from all the other ones around the valley is the service. All the Taco Palenques in the valley have good service, this location somehow goes above and beyond to Make sure you are taken care of while you are there.

Picked up tacos to go on Saturday, while ordering at the drive thru I had difficulty with ordering as the lady could not provide any information on pricing when asked about combo vs non-combo orders. I asked given an order of two fajita tacos and and order of street tacos was $24. When I asked about a combo price she simply added it and the price went up to $28. I requested corn tortillas and fudeo soup. Instead I got flour tortillas and beans. Not sure why asking cost me $4 more dollars but will definitely think twice about going back given prices have gotten outrageous and service is non-existent. Note: the cilantro was no longer good. Stopped today for a fajita combo with fideo, chicken fajita tacos and carne guisada taco. The carne guisada is carne con Pappas no where close to carne quisada. Taco Palenque sure doesnt make mistakes on charging but definitely on completing orders. Called to complain, no one answered.

No It doesnt matter how many times they come, as long as we come in the afternoon or the service is super slow, or inefficient, if they dont have enough staff to understand and speed up the waiting time they should hire, the quality varies sometimes it is good and other times it is bad. Apart from the fact that the cashier spends her time on her cell phone laughing and joking with her colleagues while there is a huge line and orders to be delivered, I really miss it. Today was the last chance I gave myself to this branch. Maybe I could come back in the future if these things were to change.

If you come here to dine in or pick up food, you better check your order before you leave. Here they have no one double checking that your order is correct. It s either the wrong tortilla, no beans, no cheese or wrong kind of meat. I have had many negative experiences with wrong orders. They don t know or have any knowledge on care about customer service. It s so frustrating that you get home and your order is wrong. Horrible service and waiting time, incorrect orders, long waiting. All you get is an automated message, same reply saying that they are sorry but they do nothing to improve their service. Their food it s not cheap & they can t afford to establish good quality control service? I m absolutely tired. I will never come back to any location and will spread the word about their lack of quality control & service. THE WORST!
