Barbertio is a trustworthy and honest person. I had the privilege to get his services. He guided us through the whole process. He answered our questions with the most honesty and knowledge. The lady at the front desk was also very supportive through our process and helped us get answers to our questions and help make everything easy when it came to paper work. They gave us a payment plan and they made it work for us at an affordable price. We put in the case in February and our case got closed and approved in August of that same year. I know so many people hire lawyers and get scammed. But this law firm is not that!! 100% recommended Mr. Jose Barbertio and his staff!

My mother applied for adjustment of status, she brought all the documents they asked for, how three months later she spoke to see the status of her case and the secretary no longer worked there, there was already another one who didnt even know about my mothers case Apparently they lost the documents and they didnt even notify her, I took them again and after months she spoke and that they had not sent them because she was missing a piece of paper, otherwise she would have never noticed, it took so long to send her documents that she had to pay for medical exams again, there will be those who had better luck but personally I do not recommend it.

My husband and I contacted the lawyer for support with an adjustment of status within the USA, in the first call/consultation he answered all our questions in a timely manner and explained to us how all the procedures flow and time windows. The work permit, travel and adjustment procedures went sooner than expected and very easily! My wife got her Green Card in the mail just a few days ago, what a relief, many years of set back without counting past attorneys, USCIS fees. My wifes case was complicated. By pure coincidence on a Texas trip she was told about Mr. Barbeítos Law Office, at the time we were looking for an Attorney and she found a good one. We lost a lot of money and time with a few Law Firms; the worst in Tacoma, WA; husband/wife attorneys with immigration talks radio show on Saturdays, he was Ex-Judge here, easy to put thrust on them. Washington State disbarred her in 2013 and he was reprimanded. There was a deportation order we didnt know about and found in 2019 before our Cd. Juárez appointment by Mr. Barbeítos Law Office. Pardon approval, COVIT times, documents collection really stole life from us, she couldnt be with her parents, both passed away a few years ago; often bothers my soul thinking about that. Thank you to Mr. José Barbeíto. My wife received her Green Card in the mail a few days ago, what a relief, many years of setbacks not counting money spent on lawyers, payments to USCIS. The case was complicated. By coincidence, on a trip to Texas, they recommended the Law Office of Attorney Barbeíto, we were looking and found a good one. We lost a lot of money with several here, the worst in Tacoma, WA, husband/wife lawyers with a weekly Saturday radio program with immigration issues; He was a Judge in the State. We trust them. The State of Washington prohibited her from practicing in 2013 and they reprimanded him for malpractice of the Law. There was a deportation order that we did not know about and found by Mr. Barbeítos Office in 2019 before our appointment in Cd. Juárez. The wait for the approval of Forgiveness, COVID and recollection of documents was wasted time, she could not be there with her parents who died a few years ago and it does make me feel bad remembering. The staff is extremely rude and disrespectful. I had a phone appointment that was delayed and was told that the lawyer might call me later that day and if I dont hear back then the next business day. I got a call couple hours later while grocery shopping and I asked respectfully if They could call me back in a few mins so I could pay and leave and thats when they gave me a nasty attitude. They said that the lawyer is extremely busy and he doesnt have time when it was my appointment that got delayed after waiting for two weeks to get a hold of the lawyer. They hung up in my face. I called right back a few times with no answer. Then I called with a different number and they answered and when I told her who I was she kept speaking in Spanish with a very bad attitude when I had told her I dont speak Spanish. She said she will forward me to the lawyer but she kept me on hold on purpose because she never took a payment from me meaning I wasnt waiting for the lawyer. I personally didnt deal with the lawyer himself and I was hoping I would be able to meet him and have my parents case handled by him but unfortunately the unprofessional staff made that impossible. I hope this will be seen by the lawyer so he could do something about his bad and unprofessional staffing that are not willing to help him out by maintaining good clients like myself. I know he is a good lawyer but in my case there was a BAD experience with him He called me on a Thursday and he made the exception of seeing my parents and me for a case and it turns out that while we were there, the lawyer did NOT show up.
