On a warm and sunny afternoon, I found myself craving something sweet and refreshing to cool down. The thought of ice cream instantly crossed my mind, and my heart raced at the idea of indulging in a tub of deliciousness from Ben & Jerry s. Known for their creative flavors and commitment to quality, I knew that a trip to this iconic ice cream shop would be a delightful experience. Little did I know that this simple outing would turn into a memorable adventure filled with joy and laughter. As I approached the Ben & Jerry s storefront, the vibrant colors and inviting atmosphere immediately caught my attention. The cheerful decor, adorned with whimsical illustrations of cows and ice cream cones, set the tone for the delightful experience ahead. The aroma of freshly made waffle cones wafted through the air, teasing my senses and intensifying my anticipation. I stepped inside, greeted by the friendly staff who welcomed me with warm smiles, ready to help me navigate their extensive menu of flavors. Thanks to my dearest worker Carolina Castillo I was able to fulfill my tastebuds. With so many options available, I felt like a kid in a candy store. The menu board was a colorful display of unique flavor combinations, from classic favorites like Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough to imaginative creations like Brownie Batter and Mint Chocolate Cookie. I took my time perusing the choices, excitedly reminiscing about the flavors I had enjoyed in the past while considering new ones I had yet to try. The sheer variety made the decision-making process both challenging and exhilarating. As I stood in line, I overheard a conversation between two young children eagerly discussing their favorite flavors. I recently visited Ben and Jerrys and had an amazing experience, thanks to one of their outstanding workers. Carolina Castillo was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure that everyone in line was taken care of promptly. They were very knowledgeable about the different flavors and even offered great suggestions based on my preferences. Her cheerful attitude and excellent customer service truly made my visit enjoyable. I highly recommend visiting Ben and Jerry s at Palms Crossing and hope you get to meet Carolina Castillo!

Was visiting and stopped in as back home we dont have any Ben & Jerrys stores! Of course, the ice cream was top, I would recommend. The service, though, was rough. I came around dinner time, so 6-7 pm and the young man over the counter was soooo uninterested. I asked him if he had a flavor with peanut butter, and he didnt even respond. But anyway, got my scoop of ice cream and was happy.

They need to attend patrons in order and not in groups per say. A lady was helping us and had barely helped 2/4 in a group when a young kid came in and started helping the group after us creating a bottleneck at the register. Worst of all the people HE helped went ahead of us and started conversing and taking long to pay and were wearing a ridiculous amount of cologne making everyone uncomfortable.

This Ben and Jerrya location was great! The ice cream and the costumer service was astonishing. The people working in The Ben and Jerrys were charismatic and had great sanitation at all times, both of the workers there had a huge impact on the costumer service, in a positive way! I was fascinated with the taste of the Ice Cream to say the least. All in all i had a wonderful time in Ben and Jerrys, i couldnt ask for a more perfect place to spend time with my family.

10/13/2022 @ 6:00pm First timers....walked in employee was hugging I guess her boyfriend seems we bothered them. She was rude didnt greet us just looked at us. I even said oh youre ready....lol...over rated ice cream taste freezer burner. Got out of my car and trashed it. My daughter (12) threw hers out too.

Absolutely the worst service my family has had a Ben & Jerrys ever. We showed up about 30 mins before closing. Young lady working was happy to see us (was 8 of us). She did fill our orders, so we sat down to enjoy our treats inside. There was an older guy working on a Lego set in back hall which was odd. Another group of 4 people came in and got treats. The went to outside tables to eat, and the older guy went outside to inform them that they had to get up so that he could move tables inside (it was still 15 minutes before closing). They were not happy!! This caused a lot of loud noise inside for us, and he then asked if we were done because he wanted to gather the trash. It was a total slap in the face after we had spend over $60 on ice cream just 15 mins ago and werent done yet. We wont stop here again! I so hope the owner or manager see this and realizes this behavior is not acceptable to paying customers.

Worst Ben & Jerrys Ive ever been too. The girl was very rude, apparently it was an issue I asked for ice cream tearing her away from her laptop. She didnt wash her hand or wear gloves. Going off of maybe she had done that recently, while scooping ice cream she got ice cream on her hand and literally scraped her bare hand in the ice cream container to get most of it off , she then proceeded to give me the wrong ice cream. I cant say it really was going to make a difference for me at that point, it all went in the trash.

Everybody s experience could be different and this was mine I like ice cream but i do prefer the sorbet ice cream, is not really ice cream but is more tasty and dissolves better, i always get 3 scoops and that is more than enough for me to feel full. I would recommend sorbet over regular ice cream. Good location and customer service is good, i just wish they were open a little later but i do understand that they are people with lives

Ice cream was excellent, but the service needs work. There was two workers there and they seemed annoyed and bothered that we were there. They kept leaving to the back while we were trying to order. Only reason I m giving this 2 star is because the ice cream was very good.
