Dirty location. You can smell from the entrance its not cleaned correctly. The restrooms are a mess. The waiting is excessively long. Either understaffed or incompetent. Mcdonalds changing to no fountain drinks is a clear mistake when the staff is not attentive to those who request anything.

McDonalds stopped being fast food and Im talking about all the establishments, the staff is slow to serve and lacks training, they always forget something about the order and there is not enough staff, there is no one to take your order and they tell you to do it than yourself.

Its hard to mess up McDonalds but the Sunday crew at this location has a gift for it either they dont have the main area open on time or they ate completely lost on an order sometimes its unbelievable that it can take them 15 to 20 min to have a simple coffee and oatmeal ready in a timely manner the Sunday crew manages to always make it a wonderful day (sarcastically). The shift manager is also just as lost as everyone else on the Sunday shifts.

The truth is that this, despite being in a very busy place, is a take-out-only McDonalds because they lack staff to serve the people inside, they dont have the soft drinks to serve you alone and they dont serve you quickly when You are going to want to refill your drink, on the other hand what is entertaining is the playground for the children but it is a bit of a wait to be served as it should be in a fastfood. Kid-friendliness: It has a fun playground for children.

Well, I was pleasantly surprised to see the newly remodeled McDonalds here on South 10th McAllen. The service was fast in dining the decaffeinated coffee was delicious and fresh mind you. The sausage biscuit was as always delicious I prefer the strawberry jelly. I highly recommend this place the seating was very accommodating for large or small families as well a for singles. 5 STARS ( and dont forget to ask for the senior discount for the coffee )

Cashier didnt seem to be genuinely interested in being there. Waited for a while for my food, which is unusual for McDonalds. They are known for being fast at serving their food fast. And it wasnt even busy. When I went to check on my food, I found it sitting at the pick-up window. The cashiers attitude was like, Oh well, thats what happens when you order for pick up on the app. This is after she told me at the register that she would take it to my table when the order was ready.

The food was NOT good. Smells & tastes like rancid oil. I see from the reviews it s been a couple of months since they changed it I would guess. The looked like someone threw the ingredients in the air & threw it in the bag how it landed. Service was decent but the location is gross. The bathrooms were not clean. The main area was not very well kept. There s a play area so yeah . Nice place for the kid to play but don t waste the calories on the rancid oil & find another location

Bad, the girl who helped me was bad, I told her give me freshly made nuguets..., they give me warmed ones in the bus. Well, I do that at home. I also asked him for a soft drink and he didnt give it to me because he didnt charge me for it even though I had asked for it, I asked him for a snow so I could order it later, because first I was going to eat my nuguets and nothing... they sent it to me along with the food apart from dripping snow... until I told the boy Nooo, give me that, How do you think Im going to eat everything at once?
