I got an airmattres and a pump. The pump didnt work properly, so I exchanged it for another one. Its good to remember that if you dont keep your receipt, you will only be able to get cash for the lowest price the item has sold for. That means if it was on sale at some point, the lowest sale price is what you get. I didnt have my receipt. But you can exchange it.

I have never been to this store before and they had really good prices on items such as hiking boots, headlamps, water bags (0.5L-2L). Those were the 3 items I purchased. Ive already used 2 items and Im pretty satisfied! It was a little odd when all the workers (3-4) were in the middle of the store near the cashiers and I asked about hiking boots so someone pointed in me the direction of the womens books. Then no one came to assist me until I went back and asked (between 7-10 minutes). The store has one display shoe and so you have to have assistance to get the right size. Once I got assistance with 2 shoes that employee left and didnt come back. I didnt like the fit of the 2 shoes I tried but then tried in a display shoe and found it was my size and a great fit so that was nice. Eventually another employee came to help me out so I could get those boots. Regardless of that I would recommend you come and check out the store; they have some nice clearance as well as a variety of items. I would go again.

About a week ago, I called this sporting goods store to inquire/compare prices on foldable wagon sales. A very courteous and well-mannered young lady/Customer Service Representative by the name of Briana answered my call and over excelled by asking to place me on hold so that she can personally explore the best options for me on the Sales Floor. When she returned to the line, she had done exactly that. I was convinced by her Professional Sales skill(s) that I need not call nor go to any other retail store and that I will go purchase a foldable wagon, Within the next twenty minutes, which is what I told Ms. Briana.When I arrived to this Big 5 Sporting Goods store, another Professional & Customer Friendly Lady greeted me in a very welcoming manner, assisting me with any/all store product inquiries. Low and behold, this Respectable lady is Brianas Supervisor! Needless to say, it takes an Excellent leader to form an Excellent team. Nonetheless, I purchased the wagon that Briana diligently selected as the best wagon within my budget! Finally, the phenomenal Supervisor graciously instructed one of the Sporting Goods Team Members to help load the wonderful wagon, (by the way), into my family members vehicle. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! AS FOR ME, I WILL DEFINITELY SEE YOU, ALL SOON/AS A FREQUENT CUSTOMER. GREAT JOB BIG 5 SPORTING GOODS!!!

This place is really an amazing store. Sarah the store manager is incrediblly amazing. She is an amazing manager. Best sporting goods store I have visited. If I could give More than five stars believe me I would. Keep up the good work guys you are all the best. I would like to advise 1 only thing my wife and I who come here often had the worst customer service experience on 5-5-5-2024, Carmen and the associates who worked that day are the absolute worst. I hope management reviews this post and makes necessary changes to re-train or get rid of these toxic individuals. When my wife a d I walked into the store nobody greeted us or acknowledged us by asking us if we needed assistance. People like them is what gives this store poor reviews at this location.

I absolutely love this store. Its clean, close to home and merch is a good price nothing too expensive. Now there is a downside to this store. The staff is not very welcoming or nice (some not all). Short on amount of merchandise such as Football and track. But last but not least, the main reason for my review was because I purchased a XL sport brella around May. I used it once and it was broken, a piece of brella was bent crazy but we made it work in this heat. Now come today I opened it to make sure it would be ok for tomorrow. Well the sport brella completely broke. Now I cant return it because its been more than 30 days even the 90 days, and I have no receipt to show for it. So there went $80-$90 down the drain. What a waste.

Big 5 is the place I usually get my work boots and I have never had an experience like the last one walking in is a greeting as usual but I had trouble finding some things never got asked if I needed any help and I was the only customer at the time all I can hear is the works talking about there outside life they notice me walking back and forth but never offered a hand they would look at me and continue on with the conversation. I had to be the one to go find them and ask where some stuff is and they finished the conversation then decided to help. The help finally came around and didnt bother to go check the back stock to see if there were any of the sizes I was looking for. I will not be going to this big 5 location again please stamp me as a customer lost by this organization !
